Once the luminous pearl bracelet was revealed to everyone in the ballroom, commotion arose from the crowd as they marveled at the magnificent piece of jewelry.

Although the people in the ballroom represented the elites of the country, a forty million dollar antique was still a rare sight for them to behold.

Even Ashley’s grandmother looked pleasantly surprised when she saw that the luminous pearl bracelet was to be offered to her. Her previously dark expression had now transformed into a joyful one. 

“Bring it here to me. I want to take a closer look at the bracelet.”

After the butler brought the bracelet to Ashley’s grandmother, she started to closely examine the bracelet inches by inches. 

The more she looked at it, the more she found the bracelet suited her very well as if it was heavenly matched.

“Andrew. This bracelet looked absolutely stunning. Are you sure you want an old lady like myself to have it?” Ashley’s grandmother asked delightfully, grinning from ear to ear. 

She was very fond of the gift. 

Compared to the price tag, she was more appreciative of the historical value of the bracelet.

"Certainly, Madam Flander. I cannot fathom anyone else possessing this bracelet. Your exquisite taste and refined elegance perfectly complement it, and it would be a shame to give it to anyone else." Andrew complimented her as much as he could even when he thought otherwise.

“If that is what you think, then I shall greatly cherish it.” Ashley’s grandmother said as she wore the luminous pearl bracelet on her wrist. 

The wrinkles of her face grew deeper whilst she admired the beautiful bracelet.

“Oh, that’s right. I’ve heard from William that the Mason family has submitted their tender offer for the construction of the supermall project in Nova city. You don’t have to worry much longer about that, I will grant the Mason family the approval to be the one in-charge of handling the project.”

“Really? Thank you so much! The Mason family is forever in your debt!” Andrew Mason exclaimed as he clenched his fists.

He was on cloud nine! He had finally achieved it!

After spending countless effort and his own dignity into currying the favor of the Flander family and putting himself in a lowly position where he was always at the beck and call of them, he had finally secured the project! 

The earning potential of this project is projected to be worth at least a hundred trillion dollars! 

With the supermall project awarded to him, the Mason family would rise further in influence and power!

Sooner or later, he would overtake the Flander family and bring them down for acting haughty and superior to him.

When that time comes, he would like to have a taste of Ashley Flander in bed. He had always fantasized about the beautiful goddess renowned throughout the country! 

Now that she was standing right in front of him, he could understand her fame.
