Chapter twenty-one:

As she entered the restroom, Helena found Charlie, who was supposed to be her contact, waiting for her. He looked worried and started talking in a low voice. "Helena, we have a problem. The police have discovered our plan, and they are waiting for us outside. We need to leave now," he said urgently.

Helena's heart sank. She had put everything on the line for this plan, and now it seemed like it was all going to fail. She took a deep breath and asked, "What do we do now, Charlie? Do we abandon the plan?"

Charlie shook his head. "No, we can't. We have to keep going. We just need to improvise," he said.
