Chapter 1: Kyle's Trouble's

"Hey Kyle come over here and pick up this dirt! " A boy shouted down the hallway.

Kyle carried on walking down the school corridor. It was not the first time he has received this kind of embarrassment, he has experienced a lot more worst than this type of embarrassment, he has been in situations that he wouldn't want to experience a second time. Harassment has become a daily occurrence for him just as much every day and he couldn't help but not do anything about it. He wasn't that stupid to retaliate, at least he still wanted to be in school that was what gave him the morale to stand strong. "No condition is permanent" he thought.

Kyle stopped and pushed his glasses back up as they had slipped from his face. He needed a new one and just from looking at them one could tell that they where heavily worn out, he couldn't do anything about it, not that he didn't have the money to get a new one but they where other bills that need to be paid.

"Hey didn't you hear your name or has poverty blinded your hearing" the boy from earlier said stopping kyle from moving forward.

"Hahaha!" the laughter came from the group of student standing by.

"Isn't that the famous poor student" a student whispered.

"Like as if there is another one in this university, he is very famous for been poor" another said.

"I heard he is even poorer than a church rat" a student murmured.

"I wonder how he managed to enter into this university" another said.

Of course this university was none other than Spring crescent university the best currently in the state, it was where all rich businessmen, politicians,senators and the rest would bring their children, it was a place of class and ecstasy. This university was everyone's dream, how Kyle managed to get in was still a puzzle yet to be solved. Kyle normally did part time jobs to pay for his tuition fees and other bills, his body was considered to be some sort of computer, because he was always working to meet his daily needs.

Kyle clenched his fist as he heard all sort and manner of insult spoken about him but he reminded himself that it will be best if he ignored them all.

"Please am sorry, I just needed to rush to class am already a minute late, please am sorry" Kyle bowed as he apologized.

"Huuh" Dennis scoffed, do you think I care if you are late for your classes or what ever, I just told you to go pick up those dirt because you look like one, you stink and I hate it when I see you because you don't belong here. But if you really want to apologise to me then you need to do it properly, get on your knees and bow properly for me so that I can see your sincerity.

"Am 100% sure that Kyle would do that" a student said, after all he won't dare disobey Dennis.

"I heard his dad is among the board of directors of the prestigious school"

Kyle's eyes where filled with tears as he knelt down, it was true he had no choice but to agree with what they said he wouldn't there offend, a student whose father was held authority in the school, he didn't have any ego because it has been lost a long time ago.

"Am really sorry" Kyle said kneeling and bowing properly.

"Thuudd" was the sound that came next and in the next moment kyle was in the ground wallowing in pain, damn, Dennis has kicked him.

Kyle gritted his teeth, Dennis you and every one doing this to me will pay one day" he murmured.

Did you say something" Dennis asked

"No way, am just happy that I got a beating from you" he responded immediately

"That good" you really know how to entertain me.

What going on hear, they could hear the voice of their teacher clearly, immediately student started dispersing leaving only Kyle on the ground.

"Kyle is anything wrong with you" Mrs weevil asked looking concerned.

"No not at all, I just slipped while walking to class, that's all" Kyle lied.

"No problem if you say so" Mrs weevil said walking away. I just pity him but there is nothing I can do about it, it's not his fault that he was born poor maybe it just his fate.

Kyle slowly picked himself from the ground and started heading towards class, he knew he was extremely late but just wanted to try his luck besides he knew it was never going to work out the only teacher that seems to care about him was Mrs weevil not that she could do anything to help his situation, the rest teachers where just a bunch of shit just like the rich kids.

"Good day ma, please can I get in" Kyle asked.

"Why should I allow you, just look at yourself you look like who hasn't had a bath and you stink" the teacher yelled.

Kyle could hear small laughter's coming from the classroom. Ma, please with all due respect am not smelling, I don't think that would be possible, and what had that got to do with me entering your class " kyle defended himself.

"Are you trying to question my judgement, how dare you, now get out from my class, I don't want to ever see you here again" she yelled.

"Oh, poor kyle, I guess you come to work as my dad personal mechanic with those clothe you are putting on" a student said and the whole class erupted into laughter.

Kyle walked out dejectedly and started going back to the dorm, he just wanted to pick up a few things then go out to work so that he can make some money since there was no point staying in school for that day.

"Hey Kyle" Ezra called out. He was kyle best friend because they where almost at the same level but was better that Kyle at least, Kyle's situation was just special.

"Hey" kyle responded still walking.

"Kyle who did this to you" Ezra asked

Kyle shook his head. "As if, if you know you can do anything about it, it was Dennis"

Ezra gulped down emptiness "don't worry kyle am here for you okay, everything will be alright some day"

Yeah I know, I just need to stand strong, you know am a strong boy right, Kyle encouraged himself.

"Yeah, I know" Ezra said. Kyle take care I need to head to class know we will catch up later okay.

"Yeah" Kyle said walking away.
