Abraham was more shocked than Lyon who just got to know about what might be after him.

Lyon had never heard about the shadow before and he couldn’t help but wonder about how many things he doesn’t know and still needs to learn.

“Shadow?” He enquired with a raised eyebrow and a huge part of him knew that The Shadows are really powerful.

The hairs at the nape of his neck curled and not just him but Chelsey and Kelvin could also feel the chills running down their spine.

“If the Shadow is what’s after you then we’re all doomed because they won’t spare anybody.” Elen said in fear, her eyes were still wide and her palm was sweaty.

There was no way the Shadows would be after them. It’s been years since they’ve heard of or even seen a Shadow’s attack.

Abraham was so sure that they'd been exiled until now and although he had doubts, all symptoms and evidence were pointing in the Shadow’s direction.
