7. A Psycho's Castle
I opened my eyes expecting to find myself in my very comfortable bed. But instead, I woke up to a scene that wasn't supposed to exist anywhere close to my life. I was standing in what looked like a throne room... with human bodies hanging on the walls. They were mutilated and bleeding profusely. Some were missing their lower half, others had their organs on display, while the rest had their eyes pulled out with blood continually flowing out. For the first time in a very long while, I didn't oversleep. We were being led to the academy by our ever present guide. And with every step I took, I could hear my heart beat more forcefully. Like it was trying to break free from my chest. We kept walking till we found ourselves in a garden. Tall trees and colorful flowers were sprawled out before us. And behind us was a dazzling city. The contrast was as clear as day. "Beyond this garden is the academy," our guide said. "It will take us about two hours to cross it, then you will undergo your awakening." Stepping out of the house, I couldn't help but appreciate the cool wind brushing past my face. Walking down the cobbled streets, I saw different kinds of activities going on.
