Chapter Seventeen

"You're welcome sir" a man whimpered, accompanying Tyler into the first floor of his father's company. Tyler's lips formed a silent wow as they both stepped out of the elevator. He had never been to a corporate place before and this was the first Tim, it felt like he just stepped into heaven.

"This is the marketing department, sir," The man said to Tyler again. A smile curled on his lips. His demeanor seethed with joy and a drizzle of fear as if he was starstruck. Like he just saw his celebrity crush.

"It is nice" Tyler muttered. His tensed voice was stuck somewhere between nervousness and surprise. He tried to disguise that by wearing a smile on his face and plunging his hands into his pocket.

"What's your name?" Tyler asked.

They bubbled with laughter again. Who wouldn't be happy if their new CEO is humble enough to ask their name?
