Golden light spilled from the sky as darkness had faded for a new day. The city of Frostholm buzzed with frantic rhythms of moving cars and passengers.

In the heart of the city stood the building of Starlight medical center, a conglomerate of steel and glasses. The glasses seemed to drink in the golden warmth of the sunlight, reflecting it against the tinted glass window is a sleek black Cadillac CT6 that just pulled over in front of the hospital.

Chrome accent— Polished and refined, scattering the golden glow of the sunlight. This car costs more than most people's rent in the city, and just one of the mechanical machine can erect a mini sophisticated house. Behind the car is a private letter embedded boldly on a gold plate: Serena Marcelline.

Also, Behind the Cadillac is a convoy of two black cars— Two Audi A8, each one polished and demanding attention. People turned their heads in the direction, gaping with jaw dropped in amazement.

Whispers began to rise among the small crowd gathered in front of the hospital. Some were pointing at the plate, exchanging curious conversations and glances. Phones hung mid-air, covering the quiet spectacle.

"Isn't that the convoy of the DPF party leader? Serena Marcelline?" One person muttered, gesturing finger at the plate.

"She's really pulling big things. That's her convoy now? The Cadillac looks untouched." One man said, clearly amazed by the appearance.

"What's she up to?"

And then, the door of the two Audi A8 gilded open. Tall Securities in sharp charcoal suits which blend with the car color stepped out, their posture straight, dark sunglasses on their faces. There were four of them, each one looking as though they were cut from concrete.

They took some seconds to scan the area before one stepped to the back door of the Cadillac CT and pulled the door open and stepped behind it.

The murmuring dipped, necks stretching in curiosity.

Black heels kissed the floor. And out stepped the queen. Serena Mercelline.

She clad a charcoal black peplum gown with matching dark sunglasses like a mourning b*tch. A red designer purse dotted with black stones clutched in her hand. Her hair swept behind in chignon style, shimmering with hours of treatment in the salon.

Her presence radiates effortless beauty and authority as she carried herself with confidence and grace. The murmuring increased now, cameras fluttering on her face, some fans shouting her name in the air.

But she wasn't here for campaign. Not today. Not now.

Two bodyguards trailed her. One shielded her with an umbrella under the sunlight, while the other pushed the paparazzi and fans shouting for autographs as she made her way into the hospital.

In a second, Reporters littered the hospital entrance to get the news of the day.

A female reporter stood in front of a camera, microphones inch from her lips as the camera caught the backveiw of Serena as she was walking elegantly into the hospital.

"As we can see, the leader of the DPF party is currently at Starlight medical center. Is this another political movement or for another agenda? Stay tuned."

Meanwhile, Dr. Frankenstein was inside of his office, pacing around, sweating bullets as the news about Serena's arrival had reached him.

He'd never done this before. Spinning lies to form truth. He'd burnt test results, eliminated evidence that shows Aria had suffered Fibrosis.

Evidence and results of the swindled diagnosis rested on his desk. Freshly printed. Aria was poisoned. It was no fibrosis. Serena had her plan. Schemed smartly.

This was against medical ethics, but his hands were tied. He was coerced by power and threat.

The cost of the lies glowed on his phone on his desk. $10,000. Serena had wired it immediately the previous night.

Every fibre inside of him screamed against it, but his family had been threatened. It might be something, or it might be nothing. But he couldn't risk putting his family life on the line.

He grabbed his phone from the desk with shaking fingers, pulling a call across to Kael.

"Hello.. She's here..." He cracked into the phone.

Meaning while, inside of a mini house, Kael stood tall, his eyes sharply fixed on a plasma TV as he watched the live news with cold expression. His hands crossed behind in calm precision that could break through steel.

He remembered everything now. The woman who he loved for years. She'd betrayed him. Put a bullet in his chest like he was just an animal hunted in the forest.

She was the reason Aria died! She never cared. Never bothered. Now that she's dead, she'd come down to see her dead....No, his dead.

The phone still pressed on Kael's ear. "Follow the plan." He clipped, dropping the phone without moving his eyes away from the screen. "Let's see her plan with the dead."

Serena's heel struck the marble of Dr. Frankenstein office.
