“Your eyes….they…they look like diamonds,” he said, swallowing hard.

Loretta blushed as it had been a while since anyone said anything that beautiful to her.

She was about to say something when her mobile device beeped.

It was a message from her father, he wanted her to spend the rest of the weekend at home.

Ethan read the expression on her after she looked at her phone.

“What is it?” He enquired.

“It's my father. He wants me to come home for the rest of the weekend,” she announced.

“Okay, I'm sure he misses you. Who wouldn't?”

Loretta blushed even more, ‘Is it just me, or is he being unusually sweet tonight!’ She wondered.
