Mr. Gates, Felicia, Sophie, Dr. Trisha, Mr. Stewart, Robin, Mr. Allen, and Stanley were present together and Stewart was currently speaking,

“looks like I found their locations…they’re still there in Washington… in different locations”

“Great… we’re going there?”, Sophie replies

Felicia smirks, “go ahead… when it's time for the real deal, tell me”

“and this is taking too long .. or I'll have to find them myself. Nebula…”, Sophie grits before she continued, “I'll have to face them again …”

Robin sighs and replied, “we’ll get this done together”

“And while you're at that… we should prepare for the take off too”, Dr. Trisha said

Sophie looked at her for few seconds and spoke, “yes… we prepare. I'll get the there”, “and I'm coming with”, Stanley said as he came in.

(WASHINGTON)

Daniella Tucker; the blonde lady amongst the three who escaped from the underground laboratory was walking alone in the evening. Hiding her face as she walked. But just as she made a turn to the right, she almost bumped into someone and was startled; falling to the ground immediately, but the person was pushed back slightly. It was Stanley (Mister Marvel)

He offered a hand, but she stood up on her own will, “apologies… my name is Stanley Gregor, and I believe you’re the individual who goes by the name; Daniella Tucker”

“huh… how…?”, she muttered, but he cuts in, “the whole world depends on us now; with your power and the powers of others; we can combat a threat posed on our world; a malevolent force to reckon with”

“this is crazy… you’re… crazy”, she replied

“then I'll show you”, he said; touching her shoulder immediately.

Tom Hill with the silver powers was alone in a house; testing his abilities. He morphed silver cube out of nothing; and continued reshaping it; slowly turning it into a coin shape. He chuckles and was about to continue with it when he heard a voice,

“Tom Hill…”

He raised his head and saw Sophie standing before him. He looked around; wondering how she got in… no one came in, so how did she?

“you have questions; but you will have more questions when I speak of what I'm here for”, she said, “you've been called on for greater things… to use your abilities to save lives”

“what do you mean? What does this mean?”, he asked out of confusion

Finally, Naomi Green; the speedster was dressing up to leave the city, she was hesitant every second; and the thoughts of what appeared to her began to come. The door flung open; Mister Marvel walked in with Daniella.

“Daniella…”, Naomi said and both hugged each other, but Stanley spoke, “I’m Stanley Gregor… otherwise known as Mister Marvel… we’re putting up a team… a team of superhumans to fight the threat our world is about to face”

“fate…”, Naomi sighs and whispered Inaudibly, “chosen speedster…. Now, a call to be a hero”

The next day, everyone had come together; it was still around 4am. A space craft was on an open space on the land. The whole team was now; Sophie, Stanley, Robin, Mr. Allen, Mr. Gates, Mr. Sherman Stewart, Dr.Trisha, Felicia Gates, Tom Hill, Naomi Green, and Daniella Tucker. They were 11, but not all of them were heading out of the planet.

Mr. Gates, Mr. Allen, and Dr. Trisha were staying behind. Trisha walked up to Robin and gives him a hug, “You're okay now… but you must come back, okay?”

“where are we headed?”, Daniella asked out of curiosity, so Sophie answered, “IC 1101 GALAXY… PLANET GONALIS… MY HOME”

“wait… wait .. you're not…”, Tom asked, but Felicia snapped back, “she's a bitch goddess who stole the body of a human”

Sophie grits get teeth angrily, “I’m… Star, and I didn't steal Sophie’s life… Sophie is in here, but I’m…”

“how else do you explain it…?”, Felicia retorted back sharply, “are you taking us to your world so your other godling friends can take our bodies and live on a blessed planet”

“No…!”, Sophie yelled back, as she began to shine bright; looking angry

“Enough”, Stanley said as he held them back with blue auras shaped like hands. He freed them after they were calm, “We fight amongst ourselves? Then we're done… we have multiple enemies to deal with, and we don't know exactly how many they might be”

“Let's just get into the bird and fly”, Tom said

In an unexplainable place with only white light, it was just bright; the source of the light unknown. No shadows, no beginning nor end. Photo Power was walking. He was speaking to someone or perhaps something,

“I have failed to defeat Phantom Knight… I couldn't get the sword…”

“Then go for the ring”, a voice replied

Photo Power sighs deeply, “what about…”, he was saying, but the voice interrupts, “don't worry about them; they're not searching for you; they have other problems to deal with first; their immediate problem is Nebula, and her master; SAI KOU… even if they wanna go after you, Nebula is after them”

“what are the chances of successfully retrieving the ring?”, Photo Power asked. There was a short silence before an answer was given unto him, “1% at most; and the aftermath would be the destruction of the planet; this will attract many beings if they realize it's in your hands in particular”

The brightness dimmed and became darkness slowly till it was pitch black.

Strange man was putting on his long black coat and clown mask and before him were his men; all in black, and they were all putting on clown masks too, but they had guns with them.

“they have taken off; and are out of the planet now; we will launch our attack on the House of Gates now; we will terrorize them, and they'll all be put in a tight spot… For SAI KOU!”

“FOR SAI KOU!!!”, They yelled back.

The space craft was now outer space; moving very fast; extremely fast, but it didn't seem so from the inside. The space craft was in auto-pilot mode at the moment.

And they were all seated, except Naomi. “Alright… it's kinda boring here, so… I think we should talk”, Tom suggested, “I can see Stanley goes by the name… Mister Marvel, Sophie is the Star goddess”

“just star”, Sophie responds

“I'm just me…”, Felicia added

“Light”, Robin said; speaking for himself

Daniella shakes her head sideways, “no name yet…”

“okay… I'm Hot silver”, Tom said with a broad smile, before turning to look at Naomi, expecting her to speak, she noticed they were all staring at her, so she spoke, “I’m… A Racer… huh… Swift Racer”, she said; was she thinking about what the figure that appeared to her said!

Note; Naomi Green is therefore the first female speedster to make an appearance in Splendid Comics SC. Mega Lass (Marie Jordan) and Lightning Lass (Lena Jordan) are not speedsters; they have electrical abilities and it enabled them respond and react fast with a spark. We've seen speedsters like Hotfoot, Velocity Black, Motion, Fury Speed (Arnold Martin), Blink, Dr. Velocity and guards on speed world, but Naomi marks the first female of all; and she's chosen. But how did she get her powers? You're about to find out in this same episode.

“how did you acquire your abilities?”, Felicia asked

Naomi sat and exhales, “it wasn't some freak incident nor was I born with the powers; I simply woke up one day and began to feel very different; too different; everything felt extreme and sometimes it seemed slow. Till I gonna participate in a relay race competition. I do engage in different racing sports and running included… But this particular day… There were lots of people there. And just as I was about to run, with determination to win, I was engulfed in lightning streaks… I sped forward and instead of going in circles, I collided with the barricades and it was destroyed; some people were hurt as well… I couldn't complete my studies because of that. It happened 2 years ago… I was only 18”

“I'm really sorry about that…”, Felicia said while the computers of the space craft began to blare an emergency sound.

They all hurried to the computers and they could see through the trajectory, that there were some objects around their space craft. And theirs had stopped automatically.

“Open glass shields”, Sophie said

And the metal racks blocking the glasses were rolled up so they could see what was outside.

Strange looking space crafts were outside; about 10 of them; if not more. Stanley smirks, “ looks like we’re stopping by”

“Who are these?”, Mr. Stewart asked

Sophie pointed at a planet which they were close to, “they’re from that planet; and they must believe we're threats to them”

“Or something else”, Stanley said as they saw a figure floating from out of one of the space crafts; hands on his back, face unseen; outfit unclear but obviously dark.

“Didn’t see this coming”, Stanley whispered.
