Claire immediately covered her mouth, her eyes widening as she stared at Jasper. “It’s really you, Jasper! It's been a long time! Wow!”
Jasper smiled back. Keeping his cool. “Really long time. Nice meeting you again.” Claire then took the initiative to hug him, still grinning. The moment Claire's hair drifts over, he could smell the scent, he feels as if he has been taken right back to their school days life. After that, she looked at him from head to toe. The first thing she noticed was his suit. It was clearly expensive, perfectly fitted, and nothing like the simple clothes he used to wear back in school. She could feel the aura coming from him. “You have changed so much,” she said, her eyes moving over him curiously. “And this suit… You look completely different. You seem really wealthy now.” Jasper chuckled. “It’s nothing special. Just pure luck.” Then she laughed it off. “By the way, thank you so much for helping me back there. Seriously. Who knows what might have happened if you hadn't shown up?, what can I do to repay you” Jasper waved his hand dismissively. “It was nothing. But if you really want to repay me, there is something you can help me with.” Claire immediately became attentive. “What is it?” “I want you to become my personal financial analyst.” Claire blinked. “Me?.... Hmmmm. Sure that what I do” “I’m planning to start investing in futures, and I need someone I can trust to help me set everything up properly. I want you to handle the financial side for me. So for now, I am planning to invest about 5 million dollars to start with.” Claire froze. “5 million?!. ” Jasper nodded. The people standing nearby who overheard the conversation were equally stunned. “five million dollars? Did I just hear that right! What the fuck! ” “Is that guy really that rich also?. And Claire would be a financial analyst, what a luv!” “She just landed a five-million-dollar client!” “She’s going to make a fortune from the commission. This should have been me!.” The whispers quickly spread through the crowd, and several people looked at Claire with envy. Claire herself was still struggling to process the number. This was Jasper. The same Jasper who had literally had nothing in school. Zero. He had been bullied precisely because he was always alone and appeared to have no money or influence. She remembered how helpless he had looked back then. Yet now, he was casually talking about investing five million dollars. Meanwhile, she had been working herself exhausted just trying to keep up with her own financial problems and her family's debts. She couldn't help but sigh inwardly. Well, that was life. But this was an opportunity she couldn't afford to waste. She immediately agreed to help him. “Yes yes… I can be your financial analyst, that what I do. Come with me”. Then, they went upstairs. The investment process itself wasn't as simple as handing money to a broker. Claire explained that they first needed to establish the appropriate brokerage account, complete the required identity and compliance checks, verify the source of funds, and determine the account's trading permissions. Since Jasper intended to trade futures, they would also need an account specifically authorized for futures contracts. Claire would help him select a suitable regulated broker, complete the application, and make sure the account was properly configured for the instruments and level of leverage he intended to use. Claire carefully walked him through every step, making sure nothing was rushed. By the time they finished setting everything up, dusk had begun settling over the city. Jasper looked satisfied. Claire was very good at his job. Even a four year old could understand her explanation. Then he stated. “If everything goes according to plan, this investment could eventually turn into 50 million dollars.” Claire stared at him and scoffed, “50 million? Let's hope so. In this market, nothing can be certain.” Jasper mysteriously, “well, we shall see”. Claire smiled at this, before checking the time. “You know what? After all this, let me at least buy you dinner. To thank you properly.” Jasper nodded almost instantly. “That great, where?”. “What about WaterFall Restaurant”. Jasper popped out his eyes, he had assumed that given Claire’s family background, she would only pick a reasonably decent restaurant. To his surprise, Claire took the initiative to suggest an expensive, upscale place, showing her genuine sincerity. Stunned, Jasper realized that despite everything she had been through, Claire was still a good girl at heart. Jasper nodded. Claire gave him one last smile before leaving to get ready. For her, the evening had suddenly become much brighter. Not only had she reunited with an old friend she once thought she would never see again, but she had also just secured a client whose investment could completely change her financial situation. The commission from handling an account of that size could go a very long way toward helping her finally pay off her family's debts. And for the first time in a long while, Claire felt genuinely hopeful. Shortly after Jasper and Claire parted ways, Jasper’s phone rang. He knew it was Adrain as he saw the number. He answered calmly. “Hello?”. “ Mr. Jasper…It's me Adrian. Fuck. Everything you told me was true. 100%, I was being played all this time. ” Jasper scoffed, “I told you”. Adrian exclaimed. “The DNA, the entire backstory, everything about my driver and Emily… I had people investigate it immediately. The records were manipulated. Even details about their past that nobody should have known about were exactly as you described.” There was a brief silence..Adrian let out a shaky breath. “What the hell… How did you know all of this?” Jasper thought about how to answer that for a moment and simply said, “Well, I just seem to know’. Adrian drew a sharp breath, stunned by the jasper's sheer composure. He was the president of Horizon Bank! Yet, Jasper had effortlessly uncovered secrets that even he knew nothing about. Just what was his background? What kind of connections were backing him in the shadows? Adrian steadied his nerves. Whatever the case, Jasper was absolutely someone he needed to treat with the utmost respect. The realization sent another wave of awe through Adrian. “Sir, I don't even know how to thank you,” he said sincerely. “You saved my life. If you hadn't told me, I would have continued living like a complete fool” “It's nothing.” “No, it isn't.” Adrian's voice became firm. “I want to thank you properly sir. Let me meet you tomorrow. I owe you that much sir.” Jasper frowned, as this clashed with his date with Claire. After some careful consideration, he chose to go eat with her first. After all, the foundation with Adrian had already been laid, so there was no need to rush into deepening their tiers right away. He simply replied, “I already have plans tomorrow.” Adrian drew another sharp breath. Jasper had casually rejected his invitation yet again!. Clearly, his true status had to be far more prestigious than his own!. Most people would be dying to have dinner with him. Adrian immediately responded, “Then whenever you are free, sir, please call me. I would be deeply honored to meet you. Also, if you need anything at all, do not hesitate to call me. Whatever it is, I will do everything within my power to assist you. You have my word, sir.” Jasper was momentarily silent. He could hear the sincerity in Adrian's voice. This was no longer simply gratitude. It was respect. “Alright,” Jasper finally replied. “I will remember that.” After the call ended, Jasper lowered his phone and leaned back. A quiet rush of excitement spread through him. Money was important. But money alone wasn't enough. In this world, connections, influence, information, and, most importantly, leverage mattered. Today, he had established a connection with the president of Grand Horizon Bank. That was far more valuable than a simple favor. Jasper looked out through the window, a faint smile appearing on his face. His glorious new life was finally underway. Meanwhile, on the other side of the city, chaos was beginning to brew inside Emma's family.Latest Chapter

Ryan and Ms. Victoria also rasied thier head and saw that it's him, and before Jasper could say anything, Ms. Victoria let out a mocking laugh. "Wow! What a surprise. I never expected to run into a useless piece of shit like you here!" Jasper sighed inwardly. He had only come to buy a car, yet somehow, trouble had found him again. He had no interest in wasting his time with these people, so he simply stepped aside, intending to walk past them. Unfortunately, Ms. Victoria had other plans. "Oh, you're running away?" she shouted, raising her voice so the people nearby could hear. "How dare you slap my daughter simply because you couldn't afford a two-thousand-dollar meal? You're nothing but a lowlife! You have no money, no status, and no shame!, Now you want to run away so I won't disgrace you" Jasper stopped briefly but didn't turn around. Standing beside Ryan was a slim, beautifully dressed woman named Nina. She wore an expensive-looking dress, and the designer handbag hanging fro

“Give me my money!” Emma kept shouting “Give me my money now! You are the one who made me throw it away!” Harrington stared at her for a moment before letting out a cold laugh. Instead of showing any sympathy, he simply shrugged. “You made your trade,” he said. “And trading is a risk. You took the risk yourself.” Emma's eyes widened in disbelief. “But this is my last money!” she cried. “That was everything I had! You told me you are sure!” Harrington's expression hardened. He clearly had no intention of accepting responsibility for what had happened. “Look, I don't have anything fucking to do with this,” he snapped. “I didn't know the stock was going to drop this badly. Not my fault” Emma shook her head furiously. “You were the one who told me to invest in it!” Her voice attracted even more attention from the people around them. Several investors turned toward the pair, and before long, a small crowd had gathered around them. Some people immediately recognized what had happ

After some moment, The Market finally open. The moment trading began, the stock Harrington and Emma had chosen started climbing again. The numbers moved upward on the screen, and the reaction from the people gathered around them was immediate. “Wow!” one of the bystanders exclaimed. “I knew this would happen!” Another person nodded excitedly as the price continued moving upward. “Look at it! It is already climbing, and it’s even faster this time!” Harrington laughed loudly. He turned toward Jasper with an expression full of triumph. “You see that?” he said. “This is how real investing is done.” He folded his arms proudly as he watched the stock continue to rise. Emma was even more excited. She looked at Jasper and began laughing again. “What happened to all that confidence?” she asked mockingly. “You were so certain Harrington was wrong. Now, you nearly wet yourself!” The people around them continued reacting to the rising price. Some praised Harrington’s decision, while oth

Harrington folded his arms and looked around at the people gathered around them before turning his attention back to Jasper. “Apparently, everyone here can see that you are just choosing a whole lot of nonsense,” he said with a smug smile. “Even they know those stocks are going nowhere.” He then turned toward Claire, his expression becoming more serious as he pointed toward the screens. “If you are the one putting your money into those stocks, I would advise you to pull out right now,” Harrington said. “You still have time to save yourself from making a very stupid mistake.” Claire looked at him for a moment, then glanced toward Jasper. Although it was her money, she had already decided to trust Jasper, and she was not going to let Harrington make her doubt that decision. “What I do with my money is none of your business,” she replied firmly. Emma immediately burst into laughter. “You should just leave her,” she said to Harrington, shaking her head. “She will soon cry!” S

Harrington hadn’t expected Jasper to actually have the guts to challenge him. For a moment, he simply stared at him before letting out a mocking laugh. “Do you even know my reputation here?” Harrington asked arrogantly. “I am not some penniless bastard like you who wandered in here by accident. People in this trading hall know who I am. I am master in this!". Emma immediately joined in. “Exactly. Jasper, I know you don’t even have the slightest idea what you’re doing here. If you actually knew anything about the stock market, you would have used that knowledge to escape poverty a long time ago. Instead, you spent years leaning on our family like a parasite.” "You still have time to think about this". Harrington stated. Claire turned toward Jasper and lowered her voice. “Let’s just leave them. There’s no point arguing with them.” she didn't want the argument to move on. "Good you are having sense. you still have time to leave him, and well come to me. I know about this

Hearing this, Emma was overjoyed. Her eyes immediately lit up, and before Harrington could react, she threw her arms around him in excitement. “Really? You’re actually going to teach me how to make money?” she asked, her voice filled with anticipation. Harrington chuckled at her reaction. “Yes of course, it really nothing". Emma have always wanted to make serious money, but she never had anyone to guide her but now Harrington was willing to do that?. Her mind was already racing with possibilities. Harrington was a wealthy heir, and his family had access to resources she could only dream of. If he taught her how to make money in the stock market, wouldn’t that mean she could finally secure her future? She immediately began showering him with promises. “I’ll take good care of you,” she said sweetly. “Whatever you need, I will be there for you. I’ll make sure you are always comfortable around me". Harrington’s smile widened. He was clearly pleased with her attitude. “Okay, t
