"Help me!" the woman yelled at the top of her lungs as loudly as she could. She was making an effort to fight her way free of the invisible thread that was tied around her body, but it was proving to be difficult. She tried everything she could think of, but she just couldn't seem to get rid of the invisible thread no matter what she did.

Now that Vandread's focus had shifted, he was paying attention to the woman who was being held hostage by the monster. It caused him to become even more enraged about the circumstance because it had already progressed to the point where even the woman whom he was attempting to protect was involved.

He could not allow the monster to get away with this. The monster initially attempted to trick Vandread by making him believe that his sword was moving of its own accord.
