6. Neo the Devil!

“Greetings, I am Neo Kain, Your class Teacher.”

“Now, from the right-side start introducing yourself one by one. Just give a brief introduction and don’t waste the class’s time.”

Neo commanded while taking back his aura. The students heaved a sigh of relief after Neo suppressed his aura and some were even drenched in sweat already. Afterall they have just awakened their classes just a few months ago and are just newbies who don’t have much strength.

But Neo is a Lv-6 Paladin already and is already at the peak of veteran rank. His aura obviously can make them fear him. Even though these students may have more talent than him and will become stronger than him in the future but right now he is strong enough to kill them all with his aura alone, if he really wanted.

The first student on the right-side seemed as if his soul was about to leave him, he was already scared enough to introduce himself:

“M-Me, I-I am th-the son of count an…and I have awake-awakened the c-class Knight”

Neo just looked at the student and nodded his head while he continued to hear the students. The students continued to introduce themselves.

“I am Mira Milan, the heir of the great sword family and has awakened the class of Sword-Saint.” (Mira)

Neo nodded his head like he did to everyone else and looked at Mira for a few seconds with his expressionless face and then looked away to continue the class.

“Now that the introductions are complete, lets get to the point straight away.”

Neo took out the teacher’s authority card and flicked it lightly the huge ceiling of the hall started to open slowly and the clear sky brightened the insides, this is actually a space artifact given to every teacher of the academy and have fixed function in it.

Just as the students were engrossed in the opening of the ceiling, Neo flicked his card once again and all the desks and tables in the hall disappeared in thin air. All the students sitting on the desks directly fell down on ground rudely, while some with great senses managed to barely balance themselves.

Then a rude and mocking voice made them bring out of their trance.

“Pathetic you can’t even respond to such a small thing, how will you become an honorable knight, all those who just fell right now will run twenty laps of this hall.”

The students were immediately stunned by this action and those who fell had a sour face now, even Mira had fallen directly to the ground afterall she has only trained in basics of the swordsmanship not in fast responses which can only be learned in advanced trainings.

All the students that fell became angry visibly, but before they could say anything, they were face slapped again rudely on face:

“Those who haven’t yet started running will now have to run 30 laps, run otherwise your marks will be deducted.” (Neo)

The students who fell were now covered in fine sweat and immediately started to run laps of the hall, even though the hall is so big that a single lap can be considered a kilometer big and 30 laps means running 30 kilometers non-stop.

Seeing the miserable conditions of those who fell the students that were able to maintain their balance felt proud of themselves until they were also slapped on face:

“Those who remained standing will now run in the opposite direction of the other student, and if you collided with anyone you will have to run an extra lap every time you collide.”

“Run fast or your marks will be deducted”

The students started to run with all their might but those who had to run opposite the crowd were now in a huge disadvantage and have to pass through the crowd even without colliding.

The students had already started to feel hell even though it was their very first day. Not to mention this is just the starting they will be treated even more strictly by Neo later. Which can even make them question their decision why they chose to come to this academy in the first place.

Neo can do all this because every teacher has a different method of teaching his students and the academy only focus on results not their methods, how the students are trained harshly or by care. With the exception that teachers are restricted from killing any student, otherwise they will be punished for it.

Afterall the academy doesn’t want to take fight with the noble families by harming their lives their only motive is to make the students stronger and tougher in order them to able to survive the harsh world.

Slowly the students started to collapse from over-exhaustion and directly fell on the ground. But still were not treated kindly at all.

“Those who fell, get up instantly otherwise the crowd will step on you and you will be injured, make sure not be stepped on by others, if you don’t want to be injured start running again.”

Neo shouted with an arrogant and mocking voice again.

The students that fell down started to desperately get up and to save themselves and those who were not able to get up were already on the verge of tears. A student has already started to cry seeing the crowd coming near.

Just as the student was going to crushed under the crowd a gentle blue aura surrounded him and enveloped his body, the aura made his body flew up and put him out of the crowd’s way.

“Idiot I said you to run, why are you crying, how would you become a knight when you are already crying seeing the death coming near you.”

“Get up already and start running again otherwise your marks will be deducted.”

The student’s eyes became bloodshot after hearing all this and he desperately started to run with all his might, the other student became even more desperate, now no one wanted to collapse first everyone was waiting for others to collapse so that they can ensure they don’t get crushed by the others.

No one want to suffer from injuries or treated like the previous boy, the student was already on their limit and the verge of exhaustion now but no one was stopping they wanted to ensure that they don’t get trampled by others.

Just as if they were thinking that this hell will never end suddenly, they found their hope in the despair.

“Hmm, good you all can stop now.” (Neo)

The students felt as if they have reached the heavens and directly stopped running, most of the students directly collapsed on the floor and starting panting heavily. Only some strong students like Mira were still able to remain stand still but even they were panting and trying to recover their body.

All the student directly relaxed their body just like that.

“So what did you learned from this?”

“You learned about the harshness and reality of the world from this, remember the world is like the crowd running behind you, the moment you collapsed it will trample over you and you will die.”

“To ensure that you never get trampled by the crowd and atleast survive you have to continue running even when you are exhausted.”

“You have to work hard even when you are sure that you don’t need to work hard. This is just how the world is, it will not stop for you and will not help you, you have to do everything by yourself.”

Neo spoke in an arrogant voice, his whole body was the very definition of arrogance at this moment, his voice had its unique attraction to it, which made the students remember his words and obviously these words will help them in the future during their battles and fights in the harsh reality.

The students were now starting to appreciate Neo and was seriously considering the lesson they have learned today, it was really a life changing lesson for them and all of them has already decided to train more from now on.

Unknown to even Neo, he has already created the foundations for the generation of the oncoming times which will save the world from the invaders attack. This generation people will together be talked as the golden generation in the future and people will always feel proud talking about them and thinking that they are the descendants of such a highly honorable identity.

Of course, all this will happen in the future during the war with the invaders, and the golden generation will be a key-factor for winning the war against the invader armies. Playing the role of controlling and minting the frontlines while working as high-figures like generals.

Neo was already very satisfied with the performance of this class and he was sure that as long as he trained them enough these students can help him achieve higher ranks in the teacher rankings.

Obviously, the teacher rankings are not without any benefits, it gives you several benefits like you can enter the higher levels of the library, you will be able to get rare materials for your research and weapons extremely easily.

Not to mention, as an experienced player of this game, Neo knew about some treasures, which are hidden in the higher levels of the Library, these treasures can obviously help Neo become more stronger and have his way to the peak of strength.

Right now, Neo don’t even have a personal weapon or a high-level fighting skills and techniques everything he have is given by the church and Neo have to make his own hidden cards which even church don’t know about. He doesn’t want to leave his security in the church’s hands.

Just as the students were now thinking that they have already experienced enough for today they were awakened from their sweet-dreams very rudely.

“Now that you all have already recovered; it seems that we can now start the main class.”

“It is really pathetic that the main training has been delayed due to your laziness, but anyway let’s start the main training now.”

Neo flicked his card and several low-level golems appeared; these golems immediately started to run towards the students with dangerous aura coming out of them. Now the students only had one thought in their mind…..
