5. Neo the source of fear....

The Great Divine Academy,

Today is the first day of the academy after the last semester. And a new batch of students will be joining the academy. All the new students have already reached the academy and are assigned private rooms in the dormitories.

The students are all treated equally in the academy and your family background can’t affect the academy but obviously the students with greater family backgrounds are still more privileged. But the most important factor over anything is your own talent.

If you have good talent and a high rank class, the academy will treat you with utmost care and for talentless the academy is cold obviously, but will still try its best to make you stronger.

Every year several students joins the academy with the hope of becoming strong one day and be able to stand on their own feet in the outside world. The world is cruel and your strength is only one thing that matters.

This year is a special one this time the heirs of the five great families will be attending the academy with their subordinate family children’s. Not to mention the crown prince of the kingdom will also be attending the academy.

There’s only one human kingdom in this world located in the central continent. This kingdom has been protected and maintained by the five great families since ages. While one family being the royal family and the other four being the ducal families, there always has been a balance in the kingdom.

The five families have close ties with each other and they have made a contract to not harm each other, which ensures peace in the continent. So, when the heir of these five families are attending the academy its really a big event.

The theme of this game was that the hero Mark will fight against all the noble heirs of these big families, while defeating some he will make allies, who will help him during the battle with the demons.

Afterall, how will the hero fight the whole demon army alone atleast an army should be backing him too. In the original game it was these great five families which supported Mark alongside the church in the final battles to save the world.

He could not have achieved all that just on his own. Not to mention three of these big families were destroyed in the battle with demons while only two survived with a few survivors and the kingdom was reduced to runes.

It was all reformed by Mark after he defeated the demon army. He became the king himself later and established a new royal family. Its ironic how things happened in the end but this is the difference between a heaven protected person and ordinary peoples.

But the current world is still not aware of the oncoming calamity and the first-years can be seen smiling while walking to their designated classes.

“Haha, I was finally able to attend the greatest academy, I have been dreaming for this since my childhood.”

“Of course, who doesn’t want to come here, even worthless trashes can become honorable warriors by the efforts of this academy.”

“The biggest fact is that the five great families will be sending their heirs to the academy this year.”

“Yeah, if we are lucky enough to come in their sight, we will be able to soar through the skies.”

“Hah, why would those honorable figures even lay their eyes on you.”

“Who cares, it depends on luck anyway.”

“Speaking of luck, I heard that a new teacher has also joined the academy recently.”

“Hmm, yeah it is said that the infamous Neo, who became a paladin of church has become the teacher here”

The talks between the students continued until the entry of the bigwigs. One by one the heirs of the great five families entered their designated classrooms with a huge number of subordinate students following behind.

Every year the academy takes about 2500 students as first years. All the students then are divided in 5 classrooms. The Mage, Healer, Archers, Summoners and knights. These are the mainstream classes held by the teachers of the academy.

Every class contain 500 students with a teacher as the head of it. The student with the most talent and highest background becomes the Leader of his class.

This year since all five great family heirs are going to attend the academy, the academy will be divided in groups from the very first day of the academy with the five great family heirs leading all the classes.

The teachers from rank 71 to 75 will be assigned to these classes and a competition between teachers will also take place along with their students. This always has been the routine of the academy; it focuses on the competition between students to make sure that they grow better.

The students already have been informed about their classrooms in their letters and can directly go to their classrooms. The academy is strict on its time schedule and latecomers are always punished. So the students all are hurrying towards their classrooms no one want to get on the bad side of their teachers at the very first day.

Except for one person obviously the hero. Mark who have no care in the world and just like to save beauties, from danger. Actually, Mark is a commoner and was lucky enough to awaken the class of hero at age of sixteen this year. He has started to have big dreams now unlike when he was still a commoner struggling for a piece of bread.

Just like every other story, Mark is also an orphan and have no relatives at all, he has been taken care by an orphanage and had a very harsh childhood. But somehow, he managed to survive and reached the peak of the world becoming the strongest person.

The Knight class, First-year

The students of the class were in a great discomfort, unlike other classes all the students of the knight class were having a hard time accepting their life in the academy because they have found out the infamous bastard Neo will be their teacher.

Neo is famous for his misdeeds all over the kingdom, there are several rumors that he is a sex-fiend which makes the female students even more scared of Neo.

Suddenly, after seeing a girl enter the class everyone became silent and a suddenly started to cheer as if they have found a hope in the midst of despair.

“Oh! Isn’t that Lady Mira Milan, the heir of the great sword family.”

“Yeah, it is said she is a sword genius and the heir of one of the five greatest families”

“Now that I think about it, isn’t she the younger sister of that Neo.”

“Shh, idiot do you want to die.”

“You will be killed if she heard you, Neo has been already abandoned by the Great Sword family.”

“Don’t mention that again.”

“But one thing is for sure atleast that Neo will not be able to cause trouble for us here now.”

“Yeah, atleast we have someone to depend on now.”

Mira obviously heard the whispers of these students but she did not pay any mind to them because she was already familiar with these whispers and it didn’t affect her much. She walked towards the first seat and sat down.

The subordinate’s students following behind her also took their seat and sat down near Mira so as to ensure her safety, even though they are weaker than her themselves.

Mira started to think about the incident she faced on the way to the class. She found a particular student beating some noble kids, it seems that boy was a commoner and was a bully of some kind, she has been voted as the student council president and knows her responsibility well.

So, she just reported the student to the teachers committee. Although the academy makes students compete with each other the fights are only restricted to the arena fighting outside the arena will get you punished.

But it was a strange experience for her, that student who himself was a commoner was beating several noble students without caring for the backlash he might face from his actions. She lectured him a little bit obviously and even made him accept the punishment.

Thinking all this she felt proud of herself for being able to achieve all this on the very first day of the academy.

‘Father I will definitely become the strongest and make you proud one day.’

Just as the students were enjoying their new hope and were happily cheering, they were poured by a bucket of water on their plans. Suddenly a massive aura appeared and put a pressure on the children.

The class became silent and everyone stopped talking. The gate of the class opened with a huge bang sound. Even though the gate was made of solid steel and was tons heavy and only by using your identity card can you open it, it was opened easily as if the weight of the gate was non-existent.

The loud voice makes the students shiver. Then a person in an aristocratic attire walked towards the stage from the gate. He had dark purple hair and dark blue eyes. Blue currents of energy were coiling around him and a massive aura was surging out of him, making the students shiver with his every movement.

He had a very cold and arrogant expression on his face as if he was ready to kill without saying anything, making the people seeing him have a chill ran down their spine. Some students gulped their saliva and a strange sense of tension overwhelmed the whole class.

The man looked around the class as if he was looking on his preys like a hungry wolf. Then a harsh and cold voice came out of his mouth.

“Greetings, I am Neo Kain, Your Class Teacher.”
