You're Nothing. Your Life is Meaningless.

After Nicolas' parents were involved in a fatal accident that claimed both their lives, He was given to live with his uncle and aunt, his only relatives in the world. They took care of him like he was their own and they allowed him do whatever he wanted.

"You're like our our son now. We will love you just like your parents" Nicolas' aunt said.

"Don't ever feel like you're alone," His uncle placed a caring hand on his shoulder."We're here for you."

Although Nicolas was happy, he couldn't help but feel like he was to blame for his parent's accident. He felt like if he was strong enough, if he was a hero, he would have been able to protect them.

His life went downhill as soon as he lost the sense of obligation and responsibility. He went on to make friends with the wrong crowd, going to parties, drinking and doing drugs.

He got his first girlfriend when he turned eighteen. He felt like he was on top of the world whenever he looked at her smiling face. He barely thought of his dead parents anymore.

He regarded their memory with disdain. His new family were supportive of him and they always gave him the care and love he needed instead of only forcing him to follow rules he didn't want to obey.

Nicolas went on living his life as he pleased. His girlfriend encouraged him to do heroin among other harmful drugs and he did them because he was finally getting the love he had longed for from someone who seemed to understand his desires.

After dating his girlfriend for several years, Nicolas discovered she had gotten pregnant for her ex boyfriend. She tried to deny it and he believed her because he was blindly in love. He went on to spend money he didn't have just to make sure his girlfriend was comfortable.

He even stole from his uncle to be able to provide for his girlfriend. He doesn't countless amount of his time and money to cater for his girlfriend's needs.

During one of his cleaning days in his girlfriend's apartment, he discovered a pregnancy test which showed he wasn't the father of his girlfriend's child. His anger rose higher than the normal amount as seen in an average human.

"What is this!?" Nicolas confronted her, continuously showing her the rumpled piece of evidence he had found buried under her bed.

"I don't have anything to say to you" She said then walked away but he held her back with his strong hand.

"Don't you dare walk away from me" Nicolas looked at his girlfriend with bloodshot eyes.

She kept her eyes on him, startled he would behave in such a way. Suddenly, she let out a long laugh.

"What do you expect from me? You're nothing. You don't even have a life" She spat at him then released herself from his grip.

Nicolas tried to control the surge of painful emotions moving through him but it was too much. A single tear dropped from his eyes and he quickly brushed it off with the back of his hand.

"How could you do this to me?" Nicolas asked, his voice shaking as he spoke. "I thought you loved me."

"I don't. I did at one point, but it died out when I found out you a loser with nothing to offer. If I stay with you, I know how horrible my life will be" Nicolas' girlfriend took the pregnancy test from him.

"I didn't deserve this. I was going to build a life with you" He said, his bitterness evident in his voice.

"I won't build a life with you even if you begged. You think you're a hero, you're nothing but an insignificant character in your own story" His girlfriend said.

"Stop saying those words" Nicolas said.

He attempted to get closer to his girlfriend but she pushed him away.

"Congratulations on snooping through my stuff. If you want to leave, you're free to. I told my Ex about the pregnancy and he wants me back" She said.

Nicolas couldn't believe his ears. He opened his mouth to offer any form today of argument, but his words got stuck in his throat. More tears almost fell from his eyes but he shook them off, then stormed out of the house.

Depression took over Nicolas and he secluded himself to the outside world. He laid in his room covered with a blanket while playing one of his favourite video game; WAR ON THE DEMON LORD SORCERER.

He took drugs, mostly heroin, to make his depression stop but it didn't work and he continued fighting the battle to regain himself.

He kept on using those drugs until he became extremely addicted to them. He spent thousands of dollars just catering for his addiction until he completely used up all of his college fund.

During one of Nicholas's experimentation with the usual dosage of heroin he normally took, he went on to increase the amount because he felt it might help ease the depression he constantly felt.

He ended up collapsing on the ground while walking in the streets. He was immediately rushed to the emergency room.

As he was being carried on the stretcher into the emergency office, he kept his eyes on the blinking lights while listening to words of nurses along with his uncle and aunt urging him to fight for his life.

Tears slowly left his eyes as he considered how much of a loser his life had turned out to be. He hated himself for not doing enough and letting his life pass by without being able make an impact.

Regret took over and he could feel his life slowly draining away. He wished he could get a second chance to rewrite everything.

He closed his eyes, letting his pain and regret drown him, then let out his final breath. His eyes went shut and finally eternal bliss took over. Death was now in control.

  • Wrath Unleashed

The battlefield was a land of chaos. Huge holes left in the ground and numerous ice spikes littered the ground, mixing with marks of fire left by Skr’ll’s relentless flames. The air crackled with residual energy, and the oppressive heat from the fight mixed with the biting cold of Lou-ra’s frost magic. The three warriors—Nicholas, Lou-ra, and Skr’ll—stood in a tenuous formation, their breathing labored but their resolve unshaken. The other soldiers maintained their distance and all they could do was to watch and pray to the gods that Abron doesn't succeed in destroying the world as it is prophesied to be. In stark contrast to the tired faces of his enemies, Abron floated just above the ground, his dark aura shining ominously like an otherworldly flame. His black eyes glinted with malice as he surveyed his battered opponents, his warhammer resting casually at his side. “You’ve lasted longer than I expected,” Abron said with a smirk, his voice dripping with mockery. “But this is

His gaze flicked between Nicholas, Lou-ra, and Skr’ll, the three of them standing firm despite the oppressive force radiating from him. “You three are nothing but sparks trying to extinguish a wildfire,” Abron sneered, his voice laced with disdain. “Do you think you can match the power I now wield?” Nicholas stepped forward, gripping his blade tightly. The golden light of his sword flickered with each heartbeat, its radiance a stark contrast to Abron’s consuming darkness. “We don’t need to match your power, Abron,” Nicholas replied, his voice steady. “We just need to stop you.” Lou-ra raised her staff, her eyes glowing with divine energy. “We fight not just for the world, but for the hope that still exists within you, Abron. You’re not beyond saving

Behind him, Lou-ra and Skr’ll flanked his sides, their faces tense but determined. Varak stood at a distance, his warhammer grounded, a solemn expression on his face. “You know I cannot intervene,” Varak said, his voice deep and steady. “The laws of the universe forbid me from interfering in a battle of prophecy. This is your fight, Nicholas. You must finish it. I have faith in your power, I want you to remember that."Nicholas exhaled slowl

Hero Hinnel’s golden armor gleamed in the flickering light of their attacks, his face set with grim determination. His voice rang out, firm and unyielding. “Varak, you can still walk away from this. You don’t have to die here" He said in a way that made it seem like he was offering Varak a chance for him to choose being shown mercy instead of being killed. Varak, towering and imposing, his eyes burning like molten lava, let out a deep chuckle. “You think I fear death, Hinnel? No, it’s you who should fear what’s coming.
