CHAPTER 31

"There is a bait in my family," Gabriel said with clenched teeth.

"What do you mean,"? Grandpa Tony inquired.

"It is simple, how do they know about all this? It's someone from inside the family who is helping them," Gabriel said while stroking Lily's hair. It's not a surprise for Gabriel. He knows the blood that runs in that family. He has spent three miserable years of his life there. What hurt him the most is that those three years were not enough for them to accept him despite everything he has done for them.

No matter the circumstances in which they have married. Gabriel has loved Amelia with all his heart. He has been loyal and loving to her. But in return what she gave him, was betrayal and heartbreak. It's true sometimes, years are not enough to know someone.

"And, I guess you know who that person is,"? Grandpa Tony inquired while resting on his chair.

"Of course," Gabriel agreed with a clenched jaw. His hands were fisted tightly.

Gabriel has always been calm and collected
