The next morning, Jessica was in her room embracing Caspian softly as he breathed smoothly into her hands. Caspian had decided not to sleep in his room alone, so he insisted on sleeping in his mother's room.
Waking up from the bed, Jessica stood up, got on her wheelchair, and went to do the chores, which she feels joy in doing every morning. Ideally, hazel was supposed to be in the chicken, probably with the other house helps, but she wasn't.
When Jessica went to the kitchen, she noticed hazel wasn't there. It was another chef doing the cooking, and this chef was a new one; she haven't for once seen this specific face in the mansion. It was her first time seeing this lady.
"Hi, who are you, please?" Jessica asked, politely and a little bit confused, her gaze fixed on the newly employed chef.
The maid turned and looked at Jessica weirdly. She didn't notice at first that someone was standing behind her; neither did she know who Jessica was. "Excuse me, please, who are you?" The new chef asked, repeating the question to Jessica.
"Oooh, she's the new maid, and also a chef in charge of the the cooking in this house now," Isabella voice cut in, as she walked into the kitchen with folded arms around her chest, staring at Jessica with a taunting sarcastic smile.
"Then where is hazel?" Jessica asked. She knew that hazel was the specific woman fixed and had been in charge of the Kitchen and anything that involve cooking in the house, and now that a new person was here, it could only mean one thing. Could hazel be fired as Isabelle demanded?
"Oooh, that old witch," Isabel laughed sarcastically, covering her mouth. "Well, she was sacked. I think I promised you yesterday that she will be send parking out of this house," Isabella broke the news, with a smirk.
Jessica was heart broken. Hazel wasn't just like a cook to her; she was just like a mother. Jessica hardly knew her mother since she was born. Infact, she grew up without a mother, and Hazel had been there throughout. Now sacking her without Jessica noticed made Jessica so infuriated, feeling as if she should strangle Isabella, hard. It was all Isabella doing, and Jessica was so angry about that.
"What do you mean, are you all insane? Why didn't you inform me before making such a decision?" Jessica yelled at Isabella, her face fumed, brow furrowed, her hands clenching heard on her wheelchair handle.
Listening to what Jessica said, Isabella lends out a sarcastic laughter. "See who's talking. You are nothing in this family. You are just like a trash, a burden, that's about to be thrown into a bin. And you're raising your voice at me? I thinking you would try to stand and slap me or something , you disabled cripple," Isabella insulted, her lips raised in a mocking smirk that made Jessica's heart swell in anger.
Jessica was so angry by her words that she didn't know when her body began trembling. "Do you want to slap me, huh? Come, give it a try if you can," Isabella said, walking pass Jessica.
Isabella reached toward the door then turned and looked back. "Jane, continue what you're doing. Don't make this cripple interrupt your job," Isabella added, before walking out of the Kitchen door.
"So please, lady, can you excuse me? Or let me make it more straight forward. Please, can you get the hell out of here? As you can see, am cooking and your presence is disgusting. I feel like throwing up," Jane, the new chef, said in a scornful way, covering her nose as she pretended as if Jessica smells.
Jane had just started working in the creek family mansion, and in just her first day, she was so rude, due to how Isabella hard approached Jessica. Though it wasn't Jane's fault, she didn't know that Jessica was the main hair of the creek family.
Jessica got so frustrated that she didn't know when tears started dropping out of her eyes. She had never been insulted in such a manner in her entire life. Isabella didn't only call her a cripple lady but also a trash that's meant to be thrown, and apart from that, she was still insulted by Jane, the new maid chef that was employed by Abigail, her stepmother, calling her disgusting and that she smells.
Without saying a word, Jessica wheeled on her wheelchair as she got out of the kitchen, straight to her room.
As she was in her room, she picked up her phone and tried to call Hazel, but it wasn't going. Then all of a sudden, the call went through on her fourth tries, and there was a reply from the other end of the phone. "Hello, Hazel," Jessica spoke into the phone desperately the moment the call went through.
"Jessica, is that you?" Hazel replied just immediately, her voice hastily.
"Yes, it's me. What happened? Where are you now?," Jessica asked, her hands gripping her phone tightly.
"Jessica, I was been sacked by Abigail. She sent me packing out of the house. Not only that, she still got me beating by the security before throwing my belongings out of the mansion," Hazel explained the exact thing that happened on how Abigail was been brutal and inhuman to her, and how she had thrown her out of the mansion without even a warning nor notice.
Hearing what Hazel said, Jessica was shocked, her hands covering her mouth, as she couldn't grasp how wicked her stepmother was. Even when Jessica had explained to Abigail how Hazel has been closed to her like a mother and why she needed her by her side, Abigail still decided to do what's on her mind, trying to please Isabella, her spoiled daughter, which she had spoiled to the core that's beyond fixing.
"Where are you now? I will come pick you, so I rent a house for you," Jessica surgested.
"Am not in town anymore. Abigail got me on a private jet and sent me back to Chicago," Hazel replied.
Chicago was the home town of Hazel, where she got married and where she had raised her both late sons. Though she was divorce by her husband after learning what happened to his both sons he had no choice but to lend out his anger on his wife blaming her for everything that had happened.
Hazel rerunning back to Chicago at the moment was still a journey of pain, she had nowhere to stay. Infact, her husband had swore that he didn't want to see her anywhere near him, not even close to the town where he lives. He threatened her that if he eventually sees her, he would make a bullet pass though her head.

Spat On The Face
“Why the hell didn’t you make me finish?” Shinda replied with a gasp, then chuckled in a taunting manner before pushing his body forward as he walked into the punched-hole house at which Abigail referred to as Pig House.“Ooh, God, this place stinks,” shinda recoiled, covering his nose. “Well, a person like you deserves a place like this after what you have done to my boss,” Shinda added. A Pain To Accept
“My sweet Isabella, come closer to me. You are my perfect daughter,” Abigail said, smiling. Isabella pushed forward, then came close to Abigail, hugging her while grinning. Abigail gently ran her hands over Isabella back as she spoke, slowly. "You have been here throughout the process of my plans. Me giving you the company I had collected from Jessica wasn't a mistake but a gift for your perfect prediction and guidance.""Hehe, what do you expect, Mum? It's me, the perfect photocopy of you. I will do anything to please you, Mother," Isabella replied, her grin as devilish as a devil."By the way, Mother, isn't that cripple supposed to be here cleaning the house?" Isabella asked, raising her head as she stared at her mother."Yeah, you just reminded me. I will send off the security to go get her in the pig house where she lived," Abigail laughed, after referring the house where Jessica lived as a pig house. Isabella laughed as well, then adjusted herself on the sofa she was seated on.
