The moment Leon said that, everyone blinked, staring at him, wondering what had gotten into his head.

"Sister..." Allen wanted to say something, but a glare from Camila shut him up.

"Leon, what are you saying?" Camila asked slowly, for some reason, she wanted to believe Leon.

But she was the one who had arranged the banquet, and supervised everything, so how could the drink be poisoned.

"I...."

"Don't listen to his nonsense," One of the family members cut off Leon when was about to explain.

"Are you trying to say we'll dare poison our grandmother?"

"Or do you think Camila who organized this banquet didn't make sure everything was perfect?"

Leon's expression shifted but he didn't say more. Seemed like that was the culprit talking.

Though he wasn't really sure about it. But he had dealt with so many issues in the past that he knew how to identify a suspect easily.

"Sorry about that, you can carry on," Leon smiled and didn't say more.

It would be pointless, if he continued to argue trying to convince them it was poisoned.

With that, everyone ignored Leon and all drank the drink, including Anna.

After the toast, everyone glanced at Anna, then at Leon waiting for something to happen. But nothing did.

A minute flashed by, then two minutes. Then five minutes.

"I knew..."

Just as the voice sounded, Anna who seemed to be fine suddenly held her chest, as she bent forward, coughing dark blood and blood flowed out of her nose.

Before anyone could react, her body went limp and she fell straight to the floor.

But luckily, before she could fall, Camila came back to her senses and rushed forward, grabbing Anna.

"Doctor! Someone, call the doctor!" She roared, panic flashing in her eyes.

With her roar, everyone instantly snapped back to their senses.

Someone quickly ran outside to call the doctor.

At the same time, everyone stared at Leon strangely. If they had known, they would have believed him.

Leon stood, watching without uttering a word. His eyes were like that of a hawk, scanning every single soul inside the hall.

And there, he caught it. Within the panic gaze of everyone, a dangerous glint was directed at him and it came from the line of the family.

Seemed like his stay with the Ashford would be anything but Chaotic.

Soon enough, the doctor, a middle-aged man rushed into the hall with his tool.

Helping Camila, he laid Anna gently on the floor and took out his equipment.

"It's poison," he muttered, just loud enough for everyone to hear.

Hearing that, everyone stared at Leon once again. The doctor had confirmed it, meaning he was right.

Camila also shot Leon a glance wondering how he had known about the poison.

"Please save her," Camila turned to the doctor, pleading.

"I..." The doctor stuttered, shaking his head.

"The poison has mixed with her bloodstream, I'm afraid there's nothing I can do about it," He concluded, a trace of sadness could be felt in his voice.

Camila froze, tears flowed down her face as she couldn't believe this was how her grandmother would die.

"I'm sorry, miss, my condolences," The doctor bowed slightly,

"Why condemn someone who isn't dead yet to death?" Leon's voice sounded before Camila could say anything.

"What are you implying?" The doctor's face changed, raising his head to glance at Leon.

“If that’s your conclusion…” Leon tilted his head slightly.

“Then your title means nothing.”

"How dare you!" The doctor flew into a rage, pointing at Leon, steam rising from his head.

"I'm not wrong," Leon spread out his arms.

"Cause you can't do something doesn't mean others wouldn't be able to."

Hearing Leon's arrogant statement, the doctor smirked,

"You saying you can extract the Poison from her bloodstream?"

"Yep," Leon nodded, stopping a few meters away.

"If you can do it, then I, Henry would give up my certificate and stop being a doctor," He sneered in contempt.

"You said that, don't forget to keep to your word," Leon laughed, squatting by Camila's side.

"Let me handle it," He said slowly, his voice soft, carrying a wave of confidence.

"I..." Camila hesitated, but in the end still let Leon treat her grandmother.

"Camila, what do you think you're doing?" One of Camila's Uncle spoke, stopping Leon who was about to start the treatment.

"Letting someone of an unknown origin treat grandmother?"

"What if..."

"Uncle, let him try, the doctor has already pronounced her dead," Camila interrupted, trying to find a hint of hope.

She wished they had listened to Leon when he said the wine was poisoned. But how had he known.

As for who had done it, she wasn't a fool and could roughly guess the work of who it was.

"Carry on Leon," Camila gestured at Leon.

Taking Anna's pulse, Leon shook his head. The poison wasn't that powerful, but it was lethal.

Coupled with what was in her body, it had caused quite some effect.

But first, he would need to get rid of the Poison that had mixed with her blood stream.

To do that was simple.

First, he needed to insert needles into her acupoints and stop the blood flow.

Then stimulate the poison and guide it to gather in a spot.

Leon worked as he thought about this. His movement, clean and precise, shocking everyone.

Even the doctor who had been quite arrogant just now froze, his eyes nearly bulging out of their sockets as he watched Leon work.

Even Camila was no exception. She couldn't believe the husband she had randomly chosen would have such a skill.

Soon Leon was done gathering the poison to a spot on Anna's body. He has chosen her left arm and now, it was dark purple.

"Got a scalpel?" Leon turned to the doctor who nodded almost immediately.

Giving Leon the scalpel, he carefully cut the part, gently squeezing out the blood.

After that, he then stopped the bleeding, bandaging the arm and then removed the needles.

After that, he patted the old lady's back gently.

Less than three minutes later, the quiet street was filled with the low hum of engines as a line of black luxury cars pulled up in perfect order, stopping neatly in front of him like a trained formation. The doors opened almost at the same time, and a man in his late forties stepped out from the front car, his posture straight, his presence steady as he walked toward Rowan. “Sir,” the man said respectfully, stopping a short distance away. “The car is ready.” Rowan didn’t respond immediately.
