Chapter 7

Hearing this, the old man with the blood on his nose shook his head. With his remaining weak strength, he clasped his hands together. "Please, don't do this."

"Shut up! I didn't tell you to talk. Do you want me to knock all your teeth out?" Billy immediately shouted with his piercing eagle eyes. He was deeply disturbed by the old man's whining voice.

The old man's body trembled with fear. He glanced at his wife and Lucas beside him.

Billy, meanwhile, glanced back at his watch. "Where is that bastard? I really can't wait for him to come see all this."

"Are we going to finish him off too?" one of the men asked with a raised eyebrow.

Billy nodded without hesitation. "Of course. He dared to touch me and hurt me. He deserves to die."

"No. Please don't do that to my grandson. Don't kill my grandson." Emma wept loudly. She couldn't bear the thought of losing her grandson.

She had loved Daniel dearly all her life. She couldn't afford to lose Daniel.

Meanwhile, Billy laughed loudly. Seeing the fear on their faces seemed like a delightful pastime for him.

He would truly have fun before Daniel died.

Emma clasped her hands to her chest. She cried, forgetting the pain in her body. Even though several parts of her body were bleeding, Emma ignored it. "Please, don't hurt Daniel. Just take out your anger on us. It's much better."

Lucas shook his head. "What did Grandma say? Don't say that. I'm sure Daniel will be here soon."

Emma looked at Lucas with worry. "You shouldn't have asked him to come. I was really afraid they would kill him. I wouldn't be able to live without Daniel."

"Oh, this is a really fun drama. I really enjoyed it." Once again, she laughed contentedly. But the next second her expression changed. "Oh, I have a very good offer."

Her grandfather looked at Billy hopefully. "Tell me, what can we do?"

“Lick and clean my shoes, and I won’t kill you. Maybe I’ll just play with you a little. Isn’t that a good deal?” Billy grinned slyly.

Lucas looked furious. “What are you talking about? Are you crazy? He’s an old man. How could you ask him to do that?” The man defended himself.

Billy looked at one of his men, and with just a gesture, the man understood.

A man covered in tattoos walked up to Lucas. He immediately slapped Lucas hard across the face. His bound body and hands prevented Lucas from evading. The blow left his lip injured.

“You scream one more time, and I’ll make sure your mouth is ripped open,” Billy pressed his threat.

Lucas’s breathing quickened with anger. He couldn’t do anything. He only hoped that Daniel would come and help his grandparents.

Billy, meanwhile, looked at Daniel’s grandparents. He lowered his foot, gazing at the elderly couple with a cheerful expression. “Well, isn’t this a very good deal?”

"Not only will you save your grandson, but you'll also have the chance to avoid losing your home." Billy leaned forward slightly. "Daniel just got fired, so he won't be able to find another place for you two to live."

The elderly couple was shocked by Billy's words. "Fired?"

“Yes, and you’ll soon be homeless. Think about it.” Billy tried to provoke them. He couldn’t wait to treat them like stray dogs.

“I’m only giving you two minutes to think, or this house will be destroyed.” Billy regained his composure, lifted one leg, and spoke, “And remember, Daniel’s life is in our hands.”

Lucas shook his head. He hoped they wouldn’t do that.

Meanwhile, Emma looked at Lucas, tears streaming down her face. “Let us do it. This is for Daniel.”

“Grandma, you don’t have to do that. I’m sure Daniel won’t let you do it. Wait, he’ll be back. Everything will be fine.” Lucas tried to reassure them both.

Once again, Billy was displeased with Lucas’s words. “Are you really prepared to lose all your teeth? Stop talking.”

Billy’s gaze returned to the old couple. “You idiots. I don’t know what you’re thinking. Time is ticking. Or all my men are destroying your house.”

"Besides, it won't be hard for me to find Daniel. Then he'll die by our hands right away." Billy continued threateningly, further pressuring the elderly couple.

Meanwhile, Emma glared at her husband. Reconsidering Lucas's words, she realized that Daniel might not be happy with what they were about to do. But this made them very hesitant.

Billy snickered in annoyance. "You idiots. You're really wasting my time."

Billy rose from his seat. He looked at his five subordinates. "Quick, destroy this entire place."

Emma and her husband were shocked. He shook his head. "No. Please don't do that."

This time, Billy didn't hear the shouts. He continued to stare at his subordinates and gave another order. "Do it now. Make sure everything is destroyed." He commanded angrily.

The five men nodded their heads in unison, still holding the blocks in their hands.

"We'll destroy this entire place until nothing remains."

At that very moment, they immediately did as Daniel had instructed. They smashed every wall and corner of the old house.

Some of the others also smashed the remaining items. Everything was getting messier.

“Look, everything will be completely destroyed. After this, prepare to be reduced to trash.” Billy laughed smugly. “After this, you too will greet the death of your grandson.”

Emma couldn't stand it anymore. With the last of her strength, she stood up and looked at Billy bravely. “Okay, I'll do it.”

Lucas was shocked. He looked at Emma and shook his head. He desperately hoped that Emma wouldn't actually do it.

Emma looked at Lucas. “Don't stop me…” she wiped away her tears. “This is for Daniel.”

“That's a very good decision.” Billy raised his hand, “Stop it all.”

The man sat back in his chair. He pointed his feet in front of Emma. “Do it now.”

Emma couldn't hold back her tears. She would lose not only everything, but also her dignity. But she just wanted to save what she had and Daniel's safety.

The old woman bent down again. She prepared to crawl and do as Billy said.

"Quick, lick my shoes and clean them." She laughed heartily.

Emma nodded. This time, she was right in front of Billy. She bent down a little lower to do so.

"Grandma, stop!"
