He quickly pulled open the car door, although it was a bit heavy. The woman inside stared at him with a mix of fear and hope.
"Get out now! I'm here to help!" Rafael shouted as he extended his hand. The woman, though hesitant, immediately grabbed Rafael's hand and got out of the car. However, one of the criminals had recovered from the shock and started chasing them. Rafael grabbed a weapon lying on the road and immediately pointed it at the man. "Let her go! Stay out of our business!" said one of the criminals, also aiming his weapon at Rafael. "I wish I could, but the system forbids it," Rafael replied, still walking away with the woman behind him. "System?" The man frowned. "What system?" "This one!" Rafael picked up a bottle cap from the asphalt that he had thrown earlier and hurled it at the man, hitting his head. "Come on, hurry to my car!" Rafael urgently pulled the woman toward the Jagur, hoping the old car would cooperate this time. As they neared the car, gunshots echoed in the air, forcing Rafael to duck while still running. "Damn it! Jagur, you have to save me this time!" he shouted, trying to open the car door. He and the woman quickly jumped into the car. With trembling hands, Rafael turned the ignition key. Jagur growled softly, as if contemplating whether to start or not. "Come on, Jagur! Don't die on me now!" Rafael pleaded. After a few seconds that felt like an eternity, the engine finally roared to life. Rafael immediately floored the accelerator, leaving the criminals, who were still trying to chase and shoot at their car, behind. Inside the car, the woman was still panicked and looking back. "They're still chasing us. We need to distract them," she said. "Okay, let's go, system, help me out!" Rafael muttered as he pressed the gas pedal to full speed. The system immediately displayed instructions on Rafael's phone screen: "Alternative Route: Enter the narrow alley ahead, then turn left. Activate disruption mode." "They really don't want to give up," Rafael muttered, glancing at the rearview mirror, where the black criminal car was still getting closer, bullets occasionally hitting Jagur’s body. "Disruption mode? What does that even mean?" Rafael asked anxiously. "Disruption Mode: Hit objects around to create obstacles." Rafael sighed. "Okay, Jagur, let’s do this. Sorry if you get hurt, but it's for our lives." He swerved the car into the narrow alley as directed, almost scraping the walls. Then, recklessly, Rafael crashed into a large pile of garbage bins by the side of the road, spilling its contents onto the street. The criminals behind them were forced to slam their brakes to avoid the scattered debris. "Good, one obstacle done," Rafael murmured with relief, but he knew they weren’t safe yet. "Turn left ahead!" he said, following the system’s instructions. Rafael sped around the sharp corner, pushing the gas pedal until Jagur squealed. There, at the street corner, was a parked trolley. "You're not planning to crash into that trolley, right?" the woman next to him asked, looking anxious. "Well, we'll see," Rafael replied. "Come on, this is our chance!" she said, hitting the trolley. The trolley slid into the street, crashing into one of the criminal cars, causing it to lose control and smash into the wall. "Okay! We're safe this time!" Rafael cheered. The woman, now starting to calm down, looked back. "It doesn't seem safe yet, they're still chasing us," she said. "Ugh... Damn!" The system gave another prompt: "Safe exit 500 meters ahead. Slow down, then turn onto a darker road." "Slow down? They'll catch up faster!" Rafael groaned, but he followed the instructions. After navigating through an almost invisible narrow road, they finally entered a dark area with no streetlights. The criminal cars lost their trail, and the sound of their engines faded into the distance. Rafael stopped Jagur by the roadside, his breath heavy. "We made it," he murmured, feeling relieved. The woman, still trembling, looked at Rafael with gratitude. "I don’t know how to repay you. If it weren’t for you, I’d be done for." "Well, I’ll interrogate you later," Rafael said, pulling out his phone. The system sent a new notification: "Hidden Mission Completed! Main Reward: $500,000. Additional Reward: Key Information." "Key information? What does that mean?" Rafael muttered, trying to make sense of the message. The system sent another notification: "Congratulations! You have successfully escaped. Additional Reward: Important Data on the Criminals." Rafael checked his phone screen and found a new folder containing detailed information about the criminals who had just chased them. "So, they're no ordinary people," he murmured, looking at the woman. "Hey, Miss. What did you do to make those people chase you?" Rafael asked, eyeing the woman beside him. "It's a long story. And I can't talk to just anyone," the woman replied. "I’ve helped you!" Rafael protested. "Who knows? You could be one of them trying to trap me," she said calmly. "Come on! I almost lost my life!" he protested. "I need to know who you really are and why they're after you," Rafael asked seriously. "What information does this woman have?" Rafael thought, staring at her with intense scrutiny. The woman eyed Rafael warily, as if weighing whether she could trust him. Finally, she sighed deeply. "Alright," she said softly. "My name is Elena. I'm a data analyst at a big company involved in illegal activities. I found proof that they were embezzling large amounts of money, and they didn’t like me knowing that." "Big company?" Rafael asked, raising an eyebrow. "How big are we talking?" Elena nodded. "As big as the company you used to work for, Rafael Elijah." Rafael stiffened, his body tense. "Wait… how do you know my name?" Elena smiled faintly. "I know more than you think. I also know that you were framed by someone from that company, just like I'm now their target." Rafael stared at Elena with suspicion, but also curiosity. "So, you’re saying we have the same enemy?" "Kind of," Elena replied. "They’re part of a larger network, Rafael. If you want revenge, I can help you. But I need to know if I can trust you." The system sent another notification to Rafael’s phone: "New Choice: Partner with Elena to uncover the truth. Reward: Secret information that can expose the criminal network." Rafael tightened his grip on the phone, his mind racing. "If what you’re saying is true, then I’ve just touched the tip of the iceberg." Elena nodded. "And I have access to deeper information. But I need your help to stay alive." Rafael looked at Elena sharply. "Then we have a deal. But remember, don’t try to play me." Elena smiled faintly. "Deal."

"Uncle, I really can't figure you out. Are you crazy, cunning, or a genius?" Sienna asked.Rafael smirked. "Maybe all three. But one thing's for sure—I don’t like anyone interfering with our business.""So... what's your plan to take over Black Wings?" Sienna asked."Manipulation," Rafael replied with a smile."Deceiving them? How?" Sienna grew even more curious."We’ll discuss it later at lunch with the others. Oh, by the way, is the grand opening party for the café still happening tonight?" Rafael asked."Yes, Elena and Dirk already went to buy lots of beer for the party," Sienna answered."Alright then, I'm going to take a shower first. See you at the dining table later," Rafael said before walking away.Sienna watched him leave. "That man is completely insane! What exactly is he planning?" she muttered. "Damn it, I'm too curious—and I actually want to be part of his plan."She descended the stairs, her mind still filled with the cunning schemes Rafael had just hinted at."Manipula

"Uncle!" Sienna called out as she climbed up to the third floor, only to find Rafael working out in the gym, wearing only sweatpants, his upper body bare."What is it?" Rafael asked."You were looking for me. Why?" Sienna asked as she sat on one of the benches."Yeah, I have something to ask you. Just wait a moment. I'm not done yet. Sit tight and enjoy the beautiful view," Rafael said, continuing his workout."What a beautiful view! You're so skinny," Sienna teased."Hey! You perverted kid. I meant the aquarium beside you, dummy. There are fish in it—just watch them," Rafael replied."Why would I? I don’t even like colorful fish," Sienna retorted."Tsk... You really don’t understand beauty," Rafael muttered.Rafael finished his last set and wiped the sweat off his face with a towel. He walked over to Sienna and sat down on the bench across from her. "Alright, I'm done now. I want to ask you something."Sienna looked at Rafael curiously. "What is it?""You once said you were part of B

"Martin, you're here?" Rafael greeted him as he saw the man enter their base."Yeah. You haven't gone to bed yet?" Martin asked, looking surprised."Not sleepy yet," Rafael replied. "Aren't you with Dirk?""No. Dirk went to see the suppliers," Martin answered.Rafael sat on a café chair near the barista counter. He poured a drink into a glass and handed it to Martin."Sit down for a bit," Rafael said, patting the chair beside him.Martin nodded and took the seat next to Rafael. He took the offered glass and sipped the drink. "Thanks," he murmured. The café was silent. Only the ticking of the clock and the faint rustling of the wind outside the window could be heard."You look exhausted," Rafael commented, studying Martin closely. "Is something wrong out there?"Martin let out a deep sigh, leaning back in his chair. "The survey went well. But that place is heavily guarded. Cameras everywhere. Their guards even use advanced communication devices."Rafael nodded slowly, his gaze sharp. "

Rafael stepped out of his room upon hearing the commotion. He walked towards the cafe and was surprised to see several thugs there. The customers looked frightened, and Elena was seen arguing with them. Coincidentally, Dirk and Martin were out on an errand assigned by Rafael."What's going on?" Rafael asked as he approached Elena."They came demanding money, claiming they own this place," Elena explained."Who is he? Your boss?" one of the thugs asked arrogantly.Rafael casually put his hands in his pockets, his face remaining calm though his eyes radiated authority. "Yes, I own this place. And who are you to come here and cause trouble in my cafe?"One of the thugs stepped forward arrogantly, his broad shoulders and condescending gaze exuding dominance. "We control this area. If you want your business to run smoothly, pay us for protection," he said with a smirk.Rafael let out a soft chuckle, his eyes scanning the frightened customers. Some were already standing, ready to leave. He

"El, wait a moment," Elena called out, stopping Rafael in his tracks. He turned to face her."Yes?" Rafael responded."I want to talk to you for a bit," Elena said."In that case, let's talk on the balcony," Rafael suggested. Elena nodded in agreement. They walked toward the balcony on the second floor and stood near the railing."This place is quite comfortable and quiet. Not too crowded or noisy," Rafael remarked.Elena gazed at the street near their shop. "Yes, at least it's a good place to hide," she replied."You're right. By the way, what did you want to talk to me about?" Rafael asked, turning to look at her."Oh, right. I wanted to ask if you're serious about your plan to establish a trade guild," Elena said. "We're fugitives, and you know NextWave's men are everywhere. We could be discovered," she continued. "And taking suppliers away from NextWave—that's going to be very difficult, right? What if those suppliers report us to them?"Rafael saw the worry and hesitation in Elen

"So, is everyone here?" Rafael asked, looking at the people in front of him."Yes, we're all here," Elena replied."How was the café today? Still busy?" Rafael asked as he sat on a single chair right in front of them in the meeting room on the second floor."Yeah, to the point where my back feels like it's about to break," Elena complained."We might need more staff to manage the café. But we can’t just hire anyone carelessly," Rafael said."Get a chef too, Uncle. So we can eat good food," Sienna added.Rafael chuckled at Sienna’s complaint. "You, always thinking about good food, huh?"Sienna shrugged without guilt. "Well, better than eating whatever’s available every day. Besides, if the food is good, customers will want to stay longer at the café."Ivory nodded in agreement. "That’s true. Especially if we create a special menu exclusive to our café. That would be a major attraction."Rafael leaned back in his chair. "Alright, we'll look for a chef. But like I said, we can’t just hir
