Mikael did not answer his wife's question and instead smiled mysteriously.

The man turned to his father-in-law, "Mr. Brown, you'd better find my old watch right away. Otherwise, you ... might not dare to imagine what I could do."

After saying that, Mikael smiled faintly. Strangely, that smile made Bobby Brown shiver.

"See you tomorrow afternoon, Mrs. Brown," Mikael turned to his mother-in-law before leaving the house.

Jenna stared blankly at her husband's departure.

"He ... can't be Mikael. He's not Mikael."

"Don't be silly, Jenna!" Liza said irritably.

Jenna shook her head, "Come on, Mom. Mikael wouldn't do something like this. He's a loser."

Liza was stunned. "You're ... right. Your husband is a coward."

"Mikael ... wouldn't dare do this to me. He's crazy about me. He wouldn't agree to divorce me. He ... can't be Mikael. He's someone else who looks just like Mikael," Jenna said in a horrified tone.

Liza nodded, as if agreeing with Jenna. She even commented, "What ... is he using Mikael's identity and deceiving us? Damn, how dare he!"

"It could be. He is ...."

"What nonsense are you talking about, Jenna? Aren't you using your brain to think?" Bobby interrupted irritably.

He turned to his wife, "And you ... oh my god, Liza. Why are you being as stupid as your daughter?"

Liza fell silent, her face turning red instantly.

"Dad, Mikael-"

"Enough! I don't want to hear your ridiculous theories anymore." Bobby said firmly.

Bobby sighed deeply after making sure his wife and daughter would not argue with him anymore.

The frustrated middle-aged man sighed softly, "It's Mikael Summer. It's clearly your loser husband, Jenna."

Jenna raised her head and looked at her father, but didn't say anything.

"If he wasn't Mikael, he wouldn't know about the old watch."

Liza raised her eyebrows, looking at her husband questioningly.

"Because only Mikael and I know about the old watch."

Her father's explanation completely dispelled Jenna's thoughts. Her theory was instantly refuted.

"Then ... what are you going to do, Bob?" Liza finally asked.

"That bastard! Who does he think he is, threatening me like that?" Bobby then kicked all the helpless bodyguards, "This is all your fault. If you could have killed him, I wouldn't have to bear this shame."

Jenna flinched at her father's repeated curses. But Liza seemed to be thinking seriously.

The woman muttered, "Bob, I think ... you'd better find a more professional hitman. I really don't want to have a despicable son-in-law like him."

Jenna turned around immediately, "But Mom, Mikael-"

"Jenna, didn't you hear how he threatened your father just because of an old watch that couldn't possibly be worth more than $10?"

Bobby swallowed hard, knowing that his wife's words were clearly not true.

In fact, he clearly remembered his son-in-law's old watch. It was a dark brown watch with simple decorations. The year of manufacture was also engraved on the back.

The old watch was even older than he was. However, when he confiscated Mikael's belongings, he didn't know the value of the watch.

Then, one day, he was gambling with his friends and lost all his money, so he ended up betting the old watch.

He still remembered that one of his friends had said that old watches were very rare and had a high resale value.

Bobby didn't care and was actually happy to use the item as a bet.

Unfortunately, he lost the bet and the old watch became his friend's property.

Now he doesn't have a good relationship with his friend, so it's impossible for him to redeem the old watch. He's also not sure if his friend is willing to return it.

After all, his friend was an antique collector, so he would definitely keep an old item like that old watch.

"Dad, how about we try to find it first?" suggested Jenna.

"No, there's no way I can return it. I really don't remember where I put that old watch," Bobby lied.

The man sighed softly, "I guess the only way is to kill him."

Jenna fell silent.

"Don't ever hesitate, Jenna. He ... is not a man you need to think about. Jack Rolland is clearly the man who deserves to be your husband, not Mikael Summer, who is just a convenience store clerk. You have to get rid of him." Bobby said firmly.

Jenna nodded slowly.

"Hey, Bob. How about asking Jack for help? Maybe he can send a hitman to kill Mikael?" Liza suggested.

Jenna, who was finally starting to feel confident about her choice again, replied, "Yes, Dad. Jack might be able to help us. He has a lot of connections."

Bobby thought seriously for a moment and then smiled faintly, "You're ... right, Jenna. But ... you're the one who has to do it."

Jenna nodded without hesitation and began contacting her secret lover.

Meanwhile, Mikael chose to go to the 24-hour minimarket.

The man bought several types of food with the money Jonah had given him earlier and sat on the minimarket terrace.

Actually, Mikael wasn't too surprised by what the Brown family had done to him. He could have guessed it.

What he didn't expect was that his wife was also involved. He thought that at least Jenna still had a little conscience. After all, Mikael Avery could sense that Mikael Summer loved Jenna Brown so much.

Unfortunately, Jenna disappointed him completely.

"Mikael Summer, don't be angry with me if I ... divorce your wife," Mikael muttered as he drank his coffee.

His thoughts began to drift back to the palace. He was very worried about his younger sister, who must be saddened by his death.

"I have to go to the palace immediately after this business with the Brown family is settled," the man resolved.

The man began to devise a plan in his head about how he could get into the palace.

After finishing his coffee, he decided to train his physical strength in a park not far from Jenna's house.

As soon as the sun was shining brightly, Mikael called Jonah, "Can you pick me up now?"

"Now? You ... have you signed the divorce papers?"

"Not yet."

"What? But-"

"I'll tell you when we meet."

Jonah gave up. "Alright, alright. I'll pick you up now."

"Thank you. Please pick me up at the park near the Brown family's house."

"Huh? Why at the park?"

Before he could answer Jonah's question, Mikael's phone died.

Mikael could only sigh softly and wait for Jonah to arrive. The man arrived sooner than Mikael had expected.

As soon as he got out of the car, he started ranting. "Seriously, Mike. Why don't you want to divorce her yet? Have you changed your mind?"

"No."

“Don’t lie! You know how badly your wife treats you, and now you’re delaying the divorce. What else-”

“I will divorce her. It’s just that … my father-in-law still hasn’t returned my old watch. Once he returns it, I’ll sign the divorce papers right away.”

Jonah was stunned.

"How about it? Are you ... satisfied, buddy?" Mikael asked again, raising his eyebrows.

Jonah blinked, wanting to ask more about it but feeling a little hesitant.

Mikael sighed softly and finally said, "Jonah, do you know how to get into the palace?"

Jonah glared, "Hey, why are we changing the subject now?"

Mikael stared at Jonah silently until Jonah sighed irritably, "Ah, fine. Of course I know, but ...."

"But what?" Mikael began to get excited.

"The palace isn't open all the time."

Mikael Avery knew that, of course. He could come and go from the palace freely because he held a high position there.

Ordinary citizens, however, were not allowed to come and go freely. He just didn't know the details of the rules.

"But I have to go to the palace. I mean ... I want to go to the palace. Can you help me?"

Dilon let out a long sigh, his gaze softening as he looked at Arion. “Don’t twist it like that,” he said softly. “You’re still my friend. You always have been. That hasn’t changed.”Arion fell silent for a moment, but his jaw tightened. “But you just said we’re here to compete.”“Yes,” Dilon replied firmly. “As participants, we are rivals. But that doesn’t mean I’ve stopped considering you a friend.”The explanation made sense, but for some reason it only made Arion even more annoyed. There was something in Dilon’s tone-too rational, too cold that made him feel like their relationship was being weighed, not lived.“I don’t like the way you think,” Arion muttered finally.Dilon frowned. “Arion, it’s not what you think. You’re just-”“It really doesn’t matter if you consider me a rival too,” Arion cut in quickly. He turned around, then walked away, choosing to sit on the other side of the room. The distance between them, which had been just a few steps, now felt like a chasm.Dilon fel

She really is beautiful! Absolutely stunning!” a young man in the back row whispered, nearly choking with nervousness as he stared at Diana.“If she weren’t beautiful, how could King Philup be so smitten with her?” replied his friend, stifling a laugh.Mikael Avery’s composure was instantly shattered. His fists clenched at his sides. He knew exactly what their stares meant. Every graceful step Diana took seemed to fan the embers of anger in his chest.‘Bastard!
