"Hello Mrs Ryan?" Ryan said to the receiver of his phone and he walked towards the exit of his house. "I was about to call you now."

"My…daughter...she is dying Ryan," she dropped the bombshell.

Ryan clenched his fists on the phone. "Are you at the hospital?"

"Yes"

Ryan arrived there as quickly as he could but as he arrived at the entrance of the hospital he had a weird feeling that something was off and the more he thought about it the stronger the feeling was.

He couldn't place his hands around it but he had a strange foreboding feeling. He dashed through the ward corridors towards a private ward. Just as he pushed open the door he met the gaze of three men all looking suspicious.

The bed behind them was empty!

"Where is she?" The words slipped out of Ryan's mouth when he locked eyes with one of the men.

He wouldn't forget those eyes, this was the same guy that had tried to assassinate him, luckily he had escaped.
