“Grandfather has requested that you meet him at the mansion as soon as we find you. I think you are okay now.” Adams said few days after Debby was discharged and as usual, she was on her phone laughing as she chatted back.

He suspected that it had to do with Alec whom he resented the most. The same man who made him incur endless debt. It wouldn't have even hurt so much if he was also poor like him but the fact that his sister was badly in love with his rival scared him.

“This is what you've been doing all day. Has Alec blindfolded you already?” He asked again.

“You shouldn't talk that way about the man I love. If you guys have issues, I believe that you know how best to resolve the matter instead of putting me between you both. Alec isn't even as mad as he seemed” She said again.

That wasn't even true. He knew what Alec could do. He was definitely sure that what he did to him was not enough to make him pay for all the good days Alec should have enjoyed. He took away everything!
