The hall was silent, and anyone who didn’t see the men who were seated at the long table would have thought that no one was in the hall.

There were seven men, all in black suits and with their faces looking like some sort of calamity had befallen them

They seemed bothered by something that had eaten so deep into their skin that it had caused them to remain silent for so long.

“Is there no one who has nothing to say?” Doctor Ben finally broke the silence in the room after looking at the rest of the Doctors one after the other.

He seemed very annoyed that the reason for the meeting was yet to be tackled, and they had spent over half an hour without anyone being able to make any good suggestions.

“Is this how we are going to allow him to take over this City right under our noses? Is there no one who can come up with something to end this?” He asked, looking at his cohorts one after the other, but silence was the only thing he got.

    Quin could see that the tension in the room was gradually rising, but he was there to get his uncle, and there was no way he was leaving without getting what he had come for. “May I have the seed now, Lord Farrell?” He demanded calmly, but then the old man had been convinced by his son not to let him go.“You will go back to where you found this box, and you will get me what’s inside it. That’s the only way I am letting you take both your uncle and the seed.” Lord Farrell stood his ground at once, but Quin had gotten very upset.“That was never part of our agreement, Lord Farrell.”“Well, agreements change. Ours have just changed, and my decision is final.” Lord Farrell walked up to Quin and pushed the box into his hand.“Find me what’s inside the box, then you can come back for your uncle and the seed of fire.
