Providing proof of completion for each request made is mandatory to avoid forgery.

The guild gives a badge, to request maker give the person who will receive the request as a sign of service, or that the request has been completed.

And adventurers are required to show the badge given by the request maker, the badge is only valid for requests outside of exterminating wild animals or monsters. Because they can carry the teeth, eyes, or hearts of the creatures they kill.

"I heard that Rii, Vail, and Cini were given a house by the king in that kingdom." Sara brought up the letter the guild received three days ago.

"I'm also confused myself, the three of them can only complain every time they finish carrying out requests to exterminate monsters." Una only brought up the complaints she heard from the three of them.

The sound of the guild doorbell opening, someone who came from nowhere called Elia's name.

"Is there anything I can help?" Elia answered the man's words.

"My name is Riki, a merchant who would like to make an escort request." The stranger gave his reason for coming.

"Can you tell me what route you want to take?"

“The route that passes through the Jezan forest, to get to Jiga city .” The person answered Elia's words.

“Hmm? Isn't that route very safe?” Nita was surprised by the person's request.

“Eli?” Una was surprised that Elia would accept, because it wasn't unheard of.

“It's clear, we will not...ACCEPT!” Nita attacked the person, because she knew and realized that Elia was affected by control magic.

"Una, please release the control magic on Elia, Sara and I will beat this guy up." Nita was so annoyed with this person.

Una was surprised that Nita found out about this, she immediately neutralized Elia's magic.

"It turns out you planned it..." Nita was surprised that the person told her of evil intentions.

"What is your plan?" Sara wanted to know this person's plans.

“My master asked me to kill you guys, but my plan has failed…”

"A master?" Una, who was recovering Elia, was so curious.

“It seems you were mistaken in thinking it would be that easy, get out of here—”

"Hahaha...my plan failed, but that doesn't mean my master's request also failed." The person interrupted Sara's words.

Sara attacked the person without waiting any longer. However, the person just disappeared.

On the other hand, Cini, Rii, and Vail felt something was wrong. Rii said that the protective magic he had secretly made on Una and Cindy was destroyed. Cini also felt the same thing happened to Elia.

The sound of the explosion could be heard in the surrounding area of the guild. All the adventurers who fought that person were not able to stand up.

“Why is one of the demon kings here?” Said one of the adventurers who couldn't stand up and was very curious.

"Guys--"

"Run, Elia, and tell Erick, HURRY!" Nita asked Elia to call Erick to help.

"Hang in there, friends..." Elia ran to meet her brother who was where the soldiers of Norf City were.

“Guild master?” Cindy approached the guild master, seeing the guild master not opening his eyes, one of the other adventurers checked his heart condition.

“Guild master is still alive, the attack from the demon king likely made guild master unconscious.” Told Cindy that she and her group would guard the guild master until he opened his eyes.

“Humans, you are only big on words. It's not good to just be big-headed and not prove your — ” Demon King Dorf was blown away from receiving the attack.

"Sorry to keep you waiting..." Erick came at the right time to help, even though it was too late.

“What's the demon lord doing here?” Erick was very surprised, because the city of Norf was not an obstacle even though it was the only city that had adventurers above, the average of other cities.

“Demon king wants to kill us,” Una told Erick.

"That stupid woman just added to my work. You should be happy, because my master wants your souls."

After the demon king finished speaking, he snapped his index finger and thumb. Opening a black dimension that brings out wild beasts.

“That beast!” Una was surprised to see the wild animal coming out of the circle, realizing that the animal that had previously injured Cindy belonged to the demon king.

Nita and Sara stood up, helping Erick. The adventurers were no longer able to fight, choosing to flee.

“Guild master!” Elia tries to wake up her adoptive father who is still unconscious.

The city is busy with the appearance of a beast called the demon king Dorf. Delgram, who brought troops because he heard about the demon king from Elia, was surprised by a large number of Janam animals.

“This is what I hate about humans…feeling strong at first, but—”

The demon king stopped his words, because saw the adventurers throwing Teak wood or Tectona Grandis which was burned and created smoke that could obscure the eye.

"I'll serve your game," the Demon King flew into the sky and destroyed every building around him.

“Is the guild master still breathing?” Sara wanted to know the condition of the guild master.

Erick checked by placing his index finger right under his adoptive father's nostrils.

"He is still breathing regularly," Erick said.

“What should we do now?” Una wanted to listen to advice from everyone who managed to hide underground in the Norf city bell.

“I want to call the hero—”

"...We don't have any time." The guild master woke up and informed.

“Father…” Elia hugged Eblo, happy that his adoptive father was okay.

“The actions you are about to take will only harm yourself…” The guild master gently reprimanded him.

"If we had known that things would turn out like this, we would have rejected the request of the hero who resided there—"

Una's words were interrupted by an explosion from a large-scale magic attack, not far from their hiding place.

It was suddenly quiet, there was no noise outside, and that made the people who were hiding even more afraid.

"Help us...help us..." Said the voices of elderly people who were so scared.

Una remembered the words of a mysterious person, that humans have bonds. No matter how far the distance, their feelings will be conveyed.

"Una?" Cindy was shocked to see Una's actions as if she was praying.

“Help us…mysterious master.”

Everyone heard Una praying and hoping for an unknown person, not hoping for the hero, Mansa.

“Master…I have done as you said, I beg you to save us. The demon king wants to kill us all.”

"HELP!" She's screams.

"Bingo." The demon king heard Una's screams coming from under the fountain.

The roof that was the sky where she could hide collapsed after Una screamed.

“MASTER!”

The rubble covered them, not knowing whether they were alive or dead. They could see nothing but darkness, but still felt touch and also heard people.

“How troublesome…I didn't expect you all to come so soon.” The demon king realized that there was someone behind him.

Looking back, he saw the hero and three other people.

"If you are here, it means Ligt has failed to prevent the four of you."

“King Ligt has nothing to do with this.” Mansa denied the demon king's words.

"How about now? Don't you guys want to attack…” The demon king mocked.

"You--"

“Mansa, let Cini and I take care of this demon. You and Vail better come to the others soon.” Rii was so annoyed.

“I understand…” Mansa and Vail headed towards the place where the people were hiding even though it was destroyed.

"Did we die?" Sara was so resigned to the situation.

“Sara, Nita, Erick everyone!”

“This voice, hero.” Nita was happy to hear Mansa's voice.

Everyone screams for help from the hero, and that allows Mansa to know where they are.

“Hang in there, I'll get you guys out!” Mansa threw away the stones one by one.

“Hero! WE ARE HERE…” Nita and the others shouted for help.

“…..”

Vail asked Mansa to get out of the way, as she saw the rock collapse that seemed to lift itself up.

“Barrier?”

Mansa and Vail see the ruins of the building lifting by themselves.

"VAIL!" Una and Cindy immediately went to Vail, they were both scared.

“Hero…thank you for saving us.” Sara cried happily.

"Sorry to disturb you, but this still can't be said to be peaceful," Vail asked them not to forget the situation.

“Hero, demon king…the demon king is in this city—”

"No need to be afraid, Cini and Rii are fighting the demon king," Mansa says.

"Cindy, Una calm down." Vail tried to make the two of them not worry anymore.

“They are both in danger, I don't want them to die. You should know that, Vail.” Elia's voice was weak and full of worry, she didn't want Cini to die.

"There's no need to worry, Cini and Rii— " A loud explosion sounded, stopping Vail's words.

Mansa asks everyone to come up to the surface...there they see Rii and Cini facing the demon king in the sky.

"Is there anyone else who can fight?" Vail wanted to know the answer from everyone gathered.

"I can still fight..." Cindy was the first to say that she wanted to be strong so she wouldn't become an obstacle to Rii.

“I—no, but all of us…all the adventurers here are still capable of fighting,” Nita told Vail that everyone who was an adventurer had no objection.

"Then take it and drink it." Vail gives a potion.

"What's this?" One of the adventurers there took it and was amazed by the potion.

"This potion was made by the Gerna kingdom for their military needs, then the reason we were late was that we wanted to get this from the king," Vail tells everyone.

Una was the first to drink without hesitation, after drinking the potion. She immediately felt such a big effect.

“My Strength, Mana, and Stamina increased.”
