Before Salome could finished speaking, Ambrose full force blow had already landed on Lux Arden's neck.

Boom!

Lux Arden didn't even flinch, but Salome was knocked unconscious.

He carefully placed Salome on the ground, ignoring the life-threatening attacks from behind by Ambrose.

After confirming Salome's safety, he stood up and said, "Tell me the whereabouts of Smith Kane and Ava, and l'll spare your life." Ambrose didn't answer, but grinned, revealing his sharp and cold teeth, looking like a madman.

But in the next second, Lux Arden blasted a hole through his chest.

His entire heart was torn out!

Yellow Hair, who was close by, looked at the still-beating heart, and he was about to go crazy.

At that moment, Silas exclaimed,"The troops are here! Run!" His companions scattered and fled.

But before they could take two steps, their heads were blown apart by bullets flying towards them.

Flesh and blood, along with the drifting mist of blood, splattered all over Yellow Hair's body and face.

"Ah!!"

Yellow Hair screamed in horror, and Silas dragged him into the car amidst the rain of bullets.

They fled frantically.

Several kilometers away, in an abandoned warehouse. "Second Young Master, it's... it's not good. Our brothers are all dead, and Ambrose is dead too. That woman... has help..."

"What? They're all dead?"

In the dimly lit warehouse, Smith Kane sat coldly in a luxurious single sofa, asking in a low voice.

Silas nodded vigorously.

"Then how come you two are still alive?" he asked.

Silas was taken aback by the question. Yes, so many people had died, even the mighty Ambrose had died.

How did they manage to escape unscathed?

Before Silas could answer, Smith Kane crushed Silas's head with one hand. Smith Kane then turned his gaze to the warehouse door.

There, Lux Arden stood tall and alone. "You're faster than I expected. It seems those two women are important to you?" Smith Kane asked coldly.

Lux Arden simply asked, "What about Ava?" Smith Kane shrugged and smiled,

"I went through so much trouble. Do you really think I would just hand her over to you?" Lux Arden thought for a moment.

"I can leave you as a complete corpse." Smith Kane burst into maniacal laughter.

"Kid, you're really bold. I like that. If you hadn't killed my older brother, I might have even considered taking you as my subordinate."

"But don't think you're invincible just because you defeated Ambrose. He was the weakest among my Twelve Beast Guards." As soon as he finished speaking, eleven figures emerged from the darkness.

Each one was incredibly fierce, emitting an aura of brutality that was no less than that of Ambrose.

Lux Arden, however, remained unfazed.

"Is this all you've got?" Smith Kane raised an eyebrow.

"Oh? You think it's not enough?"

"Do you think you can sleep soundly just because you have the protection of the Public Security Bureau? But where are they now? I don't even care about the Public Security Bureau!" Smith Kane finished speaking and clapped his hands.

Immediately, hundreds of men in black emerged from every corner of the warehouse, armed with sniper rifles, rifles, hand grenades, and even rocket launchers.

Countless laser beams scanned over Lux Arden's body, Lux Arden remained silent.

Smith Kane looked at him with a proud expression. "How about it? With this firepower, I think crushing Marlowe is not a problem."

"Don't worry, I don't plan on killing you. I want you to live, to suffer every day in agony!" Smith Kane said arrogantly, throwing a sharp saw in front of Lux Arden.

"Start by cutting off your own limbs, then l'll take you to see your beloved woman." As Lux Arden finished speaking, his men burst into laughter.

"Are you deaf? Our second master is talking to you, start now!"

"I think he's already scared silly."

"Silly? No problem, grandpa here can help you!" One of the thugs walked towards Lux Arden with a smirk.

But before he could take a step, the side door of the warehouse was suddenly kicked open, and hundreds of strong men rushed in, standing in front of Lux Arden.

Behind them, Andrew Blackwood and Zayn stood on either side of Lux Arden, glaring at Smith Kane.

"Lux Arden, we're sorry we're late," Zayn said respectfully.

Lux Arden frowned, "Why are you here?"

"Andrew Blackwood and I have been actively searching for Miss Ava whereabouts since the incident. We just received news from Anthony that we rushed over immediately."

"Anthony and Paxton have also gathered their men and should be on their way now."

"These small fries are not worth your effort, let us handle it!" Andrew Blackwood said, bowing respectfully.

Smith Kane was startled by Andrew's sudden arrival, but after a moment, he burst into laughter.

"I thought this kid had some big backing behind him, but it turns out it's just your Blackwood family."

"Why bother gathering so many people? Do you really think I would believe that the Public Security Bureau would come out in full force for this insignificant little person just to save face for your Blackwood family?"

"If you want to help him, bringing only this small group of people is not enough!" With that, he waved his hand, and his men stepped forward with rifles and rocket launchers, aiming at the Backwood family.

Andrew looked at the black gun barrels and rocket launchers, and broke out in a cold sweat.

He cursed in his heart, wondering what Anthony and Paxton were doing, why they hadn't shown up yet.

But just then, the glass roof of the warehouse suddenly shattered.

Several fully armed Public Security Bureau officers descended from the sky along ropes.

The black-clad officers knocked down the door and flooded in like a tide of thousands.

"Mr. Lux.. please don't blame us. It took us some time to arrange the manpower. Anthony, supported by Paxton, rushed to Lux Arden's side, gasping for breath.

He confessed his guilt to Lux Arden, then turned to Smith Kane and shouted, "You audacious criminal! Hand over Miss Ava and surrender!" Smith Kane face turned so dark it looked like he might bleed.

He suddenly realized with horror that he might have underestimated Lux Arden.

"Does he have any other identity or background that I don't know about?" Smith Kane muttered to himself, feeling a sense of unease rising in his heart.

But then he shook his head and a sly gleam flashed in his eyes. He said to Anthony, "Anthony, you've caused such a big scene for this kid. Aren't you afraid of being held accountable by the authorities in Marlowe?"

"Are you saying that I won't be protected?" Anthony knew very well that the Blackwood brothers had a powerful backer in Marlowe, otherwise they wouldn't have been able to run wild under his nose for so long.

But today was a completely different situation, and he no longer needed to have any scruples.

He sneered, "Hmph, do you think that at this point, your backer in Marlowe will still protect you?"

"Don't waste your breath. Surrender now and tell us where Miss Ava is. Maybe we can still give you a lenient punishment." Smith Kane sneered and pulled out a signal transmitter from his pocket, looking extremely crazy.

"Okay, since that's the case, I don't mind taking a few more people down with me!"
