 Henri's enthusiasm immediately died as soon as he received this series of system notifications. At the same time, the black flames gradually died down as well.

 "Tch. What was I even thinking.." he let out a small self mocking laughter. Even after miraculously coming back to life, his luck still remained the same — Horrible!

 "Daily Quest?" with his interest piqued by the sudden system notification, Henri clicked the notification tab for further details.

- Name: Early Build Up 

- Type: Daily

- Details: Earn +10k DMG points

- Guide: 30 push-ups, 20 press ups, 10 squats

 Successfully checking up on his sister, Henri eventually left the premises of Ivy Blue Hospital, boarding a taxi with his destination set towards his apartment building.

 However what Henri didn't know was that just across the road, a man inside a sleek black sedan secretly took a picture of him.

 Returning back to his apartment, Henri didn't waste any moment longer, getting right into the workout presented to him by the system. Although he had no idea regarding the value of DMG points or even what the system was and how it operated, he could still clearly recall the sensation he felt from those black flames from earlier.

 Henri didn't know why, but he had an inkling that the system wasn't lying when it claimed those flames could cure his sister — Call it a hunch.

 Or maybe Henri was just merely grasping at straws.

 But either way one thing was certain, it was highly unlikely he would be able to fully foot the bills for his sister's operation. 

 ..

 "Twenty eight.."

 "Twenty nine.."

 With his chin dripping with sweat, Henri King was currently bare chested, the glistening sweat across his lean frame being particularly eye catching. Currently both of his arms were spread apart with his palms kising the outdated tiles inside his small cozy apartment.

 'Damnit. Damnit!' he cussed inwardly as he suddenly lost connection to either of his arms. 

 One more --

 He just needed to push his chest upward one more time and he would successfully complete the system daily Quest!

 Over the past six days since he began using the workout the System provided , this was the single moment he dreaded.. this was the moment that always made it impossible for him to complete the System daily Quest 

 But not today!

 With the veins on his forehead bulging, Henri tried his best not to think about the fatigue or searing ache both of his arms were currently suffering from. No. The only thing that existed in his mind at that moment was his beloved sister who was still in a comatose state.

 'I can't afford to be lazy. She's depending on me!' 

 Due to his inability to complete the system daily quest over the past six days, Henri was unable to earn any DMG points. During that time, he had taken it upon himself to become familiar with the workings of the System.

 However no matter what angle he looked at it from, earning DMG points was extremely crucial. This was why, today, he was going to complete the System's daily quest!

 — Even if that meant breaking all the bones in his body!

 "Nghn.. Thirty!" releasing one last grunt, Henri was finally unable to hold it back in. With both of his arms going limp, his entire frame crashed against the tiles like a useless pile of weight.

 However as soon as he noticed a particular virtual screen popping up before his eyes, a smile broke through his lips --

 Right before he lost consciousness.

 Henri had no idea how long he was unconscious for. But as soon as he regained consciousness, he didn't even bother about changing out from his sweaty clothes. His attention was immediately focused on the unread system notification.

 "Haha.." Henri let out a small laugh of victory. Despite it taking him nearly a week, he finally did it!

 He was now a step closer to curing his sister's ailment!

 Ignoring the sudden influx of notifications, Henri's attention was completely focused on his recently earned DMG points. However upon reading the full information about it, his countenance immediately sank.

—[System Tidbit]

- DMG points is one of the System's crucial currencies. It can only be earned via taking HP damage.

- All DMG points are automatically converted into Gold Tickets.

- Gold Tickets can be used to draw the System Lottery 

- Current Gold Tickets: 10

"Just ten?" Henri felt a tad bit disappointed at the exchange rate. 

 DMG points could only be earned if he took HP damage right? shouldn't it be a bit more valuable?

 Dispelling this stray thought from off his mind, Henri focused his attention on the tab labeled as [Lottery Spin]

 Successfully clicking on the system tab, a new window screen opened up before his eyes; displaying what appeared to be a virtual lottery wheel that was divided into;

  "Gold and Diamond Tickets" Henri muttered his breath as he read the series of information being displayed before his eyes.

 However he didn't have the opportunity to mull over this mystery for long because a new notification suddenly popped up.

 —[Lottery Spin automatically drawn!]

—[ -1 Diamond Ticket]

 As per the heads up the system gave him, Henri watched as the virtual lottery wheel began rapidly spinning, only to suddenly

experience a sharp decline before its arrow slowly landed on [Cultivation Resources]
