Vulnerability
I am currently ill. It has been a while since I last fell ill. Because of SPIRIT my body was always in peak condition. But overusing it made my body susceptible to weaknesses. When I canceled SPIRIT my body succumbed to the new environment. My immune system had become lazy, so I got a very bad fever. I fell asleep on the sofa and after regaining consciousness, Hazel was looking after me. After passing out for the second time, I feel even worse. My internal temperature is rising. As a member of a race which exists outside of conventional laws, I have always been fascinated with beings who are bound by those laws.To elaborate on being from a race which exists outdoors of conventional laws, we live outside of the idea frame. I won't bore you explaining what idea frame is. But for everyone else, we don't exist. That's what it means. We are delusions of normal humans. Every so often someone gets the ability to sense us.My interest in the beings bound by laws began when I saw them battle each other. The law is savage. The law is unforgiving and ruthless. Break the law and it will erase you. I once wondered who placed such a law. I even asked my parents about it."We don't know. I walk briskly with Aera and Aegis to finish my survey request. I have already left the city and am on my way to the survey site. I can't read a map that well but Aera has already pinpointed the location.I am taking my sweet time. Because I won't actually survey the whole area. It would be too tiring. I woke up from sleep after discussing things with System. I was sleeping on the sofa as Fiona's house didn't have enough rooms for us. Hazel and Eden and Aura are in a room.
