Time suddenly moved very slowly in Barra's eyes.

Barra tilted his head to the right calmly. The five-kilogram iron rod slashed empty air beside his ear.

Combat anatomy knowledge guided his left hand nerves automatically.

Barra grabbed the first thug's wrist. He twisted it upward forcefully.

Crack!

"Aarghhh," the thug screamed, releasing his weapon.

Barra's index and middle fingers joined straight. He slammed them right into the meridian node at the base of the opponent's neck.

Thud!

The large man collapsed, hitting the dusty ground without making another sound.

The other three thugs gasped in shock.

"Don't be cowards! Attack!" Baxter ordered.

The three immediately swung their weapons simultaneously from three different directions.

Barra ducked quickly. The twenty percent additional power flow made his leg muscles react and bounce hard.

The man released a sweeping kick from below. The kick broke the back of the second thug's knees cleanly.

Barra rose in a flash. His hands shot up, striking the solar plexus and armpit nerves of the last two thugs consecutively.

In less than ten seconds, the four street giants lay groaning on the asphalt.

"T, this is impossible!" Baxter glared in horror seeing his troops lying down.

The loan shark's right hand reached back into his suit tremblingly. He pulled out a homemade revolver pistol. Its muzzle pointed straight, challenging Barra's chest.

"Die, you beggar!" Baxter shrieked.

Before Baxter's index finger pulled the iron trigger, Barra moved sideways, sweeping the street dust.

His left hand brushed the pistol barrel upward.

Bang!

The lead bullet shot out, hitting a tree branch near the gate.

Wasting no time, Barra's right hand grabbed Baxter's wrist and broke it outward.

Crack!

The homemade pistol slipped from his grip and fell with a thud to the ground.

Barra raised his right leg high. He kicked Baxter's chest using full strength.

The local loan shark's fat body was thrown far back. His back hit the rubber tire of his own yellow bulldozer.

Barra walked closer slowly. He stepped firmly on the chest of Baxter, who was coughing up red liquid.

"Listen carefully! Do not ever dare to step foot on my land again."

Baxter eyes stared at Barra with full hatred and fear. "You think you have won, Barra?! I am under the protection of the Black Wolf Gang! My boss will not let you live after you hurt me!"

Barra pressed his footing slightly on Baxter's chest. "In that case, tell your boss to come bringing the rent money when stepping on my land. Take your bulldozer and get out of here!"

Baxter got up with great difficulty. Then the loan shark quickly got on, then ordered his men to retreat, taking their bulldozer away.

Barra stepped back into the boarding house.

Valerie stood frozen behind the glass window. She had just witnessed the entire street fight.

"You are actually quite useful in fighting," Valerie said, trying to sound calm. "I offer you a new deal."

Barra leaned casually on the wooden door frame. "What deal?"

"I will rent all the rooms in this boarding house," Valerie stated firmly, crossing her arms over her chest. "I will pay you very expensively. But, do not let strangers enter and threaten my safety."

The corners of Barra's lips lifted slightly upward. Hearing the big money offer naturally made him feel happy.

However, a bright red panel suddenly appeared blocking his sight.

[Authority Denied. Single Monopoly Feature strongly violates the rules.]

[Each room must be filled by a different individual to collect Charm Scores.]

Barra's smile immediately faded, replaced by a very flat expression. He folded his arms in front of his chest mimicking the woman's pose.

"I am not interested," Barra answered briefly.

Valerie frowned, not accepting it. "Why? You need a lot of money, right? Just name the price and I will pay it!"

"Use the logic in your head a little," Barra replied sharply. "You are on the run now. You do not have a single cent of cash."

The woman opened her mouth wanting to protest, but Barra immediately cut her off with a firm tone.

"If you dare to make an interbank transfer now, the people chasing you will definitely track your coordinates. Then they will come here and take you away."

Valerie immediately closed her mouth tightly. That fact just hit her logic.

Both her shoulders slumped down, losing energy. She stepped unsteadily, then sat weakly on the edge of the bed.

Valerie finally fully realized how poor and desperate her position was right now.

The room's atmosphere became very silent for a moment.

Growl!

The sound of a stomach rumbling broke the silence.

Valerie immediately bowed her head deeply. The beautiful face flushed bright red, holding back great embarrassment.

Barra pointed toward the outer hallway using his chin.

"There is a kitchen at the end of that hallway," Barra said. "Make instant noodles and cook sunny-side-up eggs yourself there."

Valerie looked up at him with a look of disbelief.

"I want to take a shower," Barra continued while turning around and heading to his room.

Valerie let out a rough breath through her mouth. She stood up and walked slowly out of the room toward the kitchen area.

The boarding house kitchen's condition was very concerning. The cement floor was cracked, the pots were blackened with soot, and the wooden table was peeling in many parts.

Valerie stared at the worn, rusty gas stove in front of her with a look full of confusion.

As a company heir, she had never touched cooking utensils in her life. She tried turning the stove knob to the left and right, but the fire would not light.

"How do you use this!" The woman clicked her tongue in annoyance, hitting the table softly.

Her eyes swept across the row of dusty wooden shelves. She did not find a cooking oil bottle anywhere at all.

"Where did that poor man put his oil?" Valerie grumbled.

Frustrated for not finding her cooking ingredients, Valerie stepped quickly leaving the kitchen.

She walked down the hallway looking for the property owner's private room.

There was a slightly open brown-painted wooden door near the very back area.

Innocently, Valerie pushed the wooden door wide open without knocking at all.

"Barra, where do you put the cooking oil,"

Valerie's sentence was instantly cut off, stuck at the base of her throat.

Barra had just finished showering to clean himself. The man stood upright right in the middle of the room without a single thread covering his body.

Valerie stood frozen stiff at the entrance threshold. Her eyes widened extremely wide seeing the unexpected intimate sight.

The physical strength enhancement effect from the System worked perfectly on his anatomy.

His chest, stomach, and back muscles were formed very precisely, firmly, and solidly. There were several horizontal scars adding a wild impression to his body's skin texture.

And the thing that grabbed the most attention was the lower part of the man's body.

His manhood was displayed very clearly, defying the air. Its size exceeded the average normal man.
