It was a bright hot summers day as a small black taxi raced down a large and busy road inside sitting in the back were both Ben and Stacey, Ben was wearing a black colored suit with a white short shirt and a red tie, whist Stacey was wearing a smart colored blue top with a sort mini blue skirt, her long blonde hair was in a neat ponytail and she wore a pair of blue framed colored glasses. Ben turned to her and smiled faintly at her, “you seem nervous Stacey is everything alright?” She then turned her head towards him and smiled, “

I never really have been to London before babe and didn’t really imagine it to be this big,” Ben smiled as he heard her saying this, he then gently held one of her green hands and kissed it. Seeing him doing this Stacey looked at him and smiled, Ben looked up at her and smiled back at her, “this is the first time that you have been to London isn’t it?”

He asked in a warm voice, Stacey looked at him again with a puzzled look on her face, “yes, it is babe however I heard my dad talking about this place to my mum.” Ben’s face dropped in amazement as he peered into her mind to try and read it, “you father wasn’t he a Doctor and a man of business?” Stacey’s face dropped open at what she heard Ben was correct as always, “I thought that you weren’t able to read Mega humans minds Ben?”

She asked in a puzzled voice, before he could answer her the large ape of a driver turned his head to them both, “excuse me sir,” he asked nervously “but have you seen this in front of us?” Ben turned his head towards the front of the car and his face dropped at what he saw, right in front of them was Westminster Palace its main building was on fire and was lit with flames, standing outside in a row with their arms tied up behind their backs were a group of MPs, surrounding them were a group of heavily armed soldiers their faces were masked and from the look of them they were wearing black armored uniforms that neither Stacey or Ben had seen before. Ben put his hand gently on the driver’s shoulder “stop the car now please!” He shouted as the driver turned to face him, “what here sir? But what if that group of soldiers open fire?”

The older man asked his voice sounded nervous as he spoke, “just drop us off here and get the hell away from here as fast as you can!” Ben shouted as he reached out to open one the side doors, before he could do anything Ben felt a sharp pain coming from inside his head, reaching out with both of his hands he held his forehead in pain, Stacey could what was happening and she came over to him putting one of her hands onto his right shoulder, “Ben babe what’s happening?” She asked her voice sounded frighten like that of a wild animal trapped inside of a cage, “Stacey,” Ben said in a fearful voice, “we shouldn’t stay here as it has become dangerous.”

Before he could say anything, else there was a loud bang that sounded like it came from a gun, without warning smoke began pouring from the boot of the car, “Stacey,” Ben shouted, “get out of the car now!” In a blur Ben unfastened his and Stacey seatbelt and pushed open the car door, both of them rushed outside hiding behind a large post near Westminster Bridge before they did this Stacey turned and saw Ben rushing back to the car for the driver, but it was too later the car suddenly burst into flames. She then heard screams coming from inside as the driver was burned alive, suddenly the car exploded sending sparks and small pieces of burning metal all over the place, Ben instantly threw up a protective shield as he did this the flaming bit bounced off harmlessly to the floor below, he then rushed behind the post and started breathing heavily. Seeing him Stacey came rushing over to him to check if he was alright, as she did this, he looked up at her and bowed his head, “another innocent life lost.” He said as he looked at the bunted-out husk of the taxi.

Stacey looked at him in shock, “it wasn’t your fault babe,” she said as she bushed her hand over his cheek. As she doing this ben got up and stood as he heard footsteps coming toward the car, they both then ran to the post and turned their heads around and looked at car what they both saw filled them with horror as the car became surrounded by a group of soldiers and two men wearing long black overcoats, “you fool,” one of the men shouted in a heavy Polish accent at the solider standing nearest to the car, “why did you do that?

What a waste as we could have used that driver,” the young solider looked up at the man, “I am sorry watcher I panicked.” “Panicked?” Watcher snapped as he lifted his hand into a fist, “I’ll show you something to fear, when I am done with you there’s not going to be much left of you,” Before he could strike the solider he felt his hand being pulled back. Behind him was a tall pale gaunt looking man with a short black beard and long black hair he wore a long black coat and a pair of tanned trousers, “patience watcher,” he said as he smiled, “the boss doesn’t want to lose any of our decent soldiers now do he?” Watcher looked at the other man who stood much taller above him, he was much smaller and had short jet-black hair, “let’s not forget who’s in charge Shadow?”

He angrily said as he stepped back, “because of this young fool the boss has lost a test subject,” hearing this Stacey’s hair stood on end as she turned to Ben who was also listening. “Ben are you hearing this babe?” She asked in a frighten voice, “who are these people and what do they mean by test subjects?” He then turned away from the post and looked at her, from the look on his face Stacey could tell that he was ashamed of something, “Ben what is it, what are you keeping from me?” He looked up at her and then back down, “these people that you are seeing are Mega Humans who belong to a group known as the Outcasts.”
