Feeling enraged by Arga’s challenge, Ningrat Penjalu, also known as the Second Leader, turned to Rekso Atmoko for permission.

“I will teach him a lesson he will never forget,” Ningrat said, his voice steady but full of menace.

“Just kill him. Don’t leave him alive. I’m certain he intends to disgrace this sect,” Rekso replied sharply.

Ningrat nodded in acknowledgment. Without wasting another moment, he sprang into the air. His body seemed almost weightless, moving so gracefully that he passed over dozens of spectators as if they weren’t even there.

Arga’s gaze followed him intently, sharp and calculating. He couldn’t help but admire the Second Leader’s mastery of body-lightening techniques.

Ningrat landed silently in the center of the arena. Not a single leaf rustled beneath his feet—proof that he had reached near-perfect mastery of his art.

“I must admit,” Ningrat said, his voice chilling as it sliced through the tense air, “you are a lower-tier warrior bold enough to challenge me. Th

A few days after the slaughter at the Red Frog Sect, the townspeople slowly began to settle. Anxiety still lingered in the air — some feared the killer might return, this time to butcher ordinary villagers who lacked martial arts.Arga’s wounds were gradually mending thanks to the Ganti Rogo healing art. His broken bones, however, required patient, incremental treatment; each adjustment was painful and difficult. Throughout his recovery, Lastri attended him with unwavering care — gentle, attentive, and efficient in every small task. One afternoon Arga unpacked the items he had taken from the ruins of the Red Frog Sect. Nestled inside a coarse cloth bag were a few objects that he immediately recognised as important.“This potion will boost inner strength… with this I can speed up my training in the Iron-Body Realm and ascend to the Realm of Mighty Strikes,” he murmured to himself as he placed a small red ceramic bottle on the table. He then drew out a small golden dagger.Arga examined

  • Eradication

Rekso Atmoko struggled to crawl forward, his body growing weaker with each passing moment. Pain wracked him, his breaths shallow and ragged. Unbeknownst to him, Arga had already approached from behind, silent and relentless.“Where do you think you’re going, cockroach?” Arga’s voice was sharp, cutting through the tension like a blade. Before Rekso could even react, Arga thrust his sword into Rekso’s left leg. The blade pierced deep, embedding itself firmly into the ground.Rekso screamed, a raw, agonized sound. His body froze, immobilized by the sword that held him fast. His legs were trapped, unable to move, as the pain spread like fire through his limbs. There was nothing he could do. He writhed helplessly, groaning endlessly. His left leg had begun to turn a deep shade of blue. Arga, undeterred, drew two twin maces and approached him again.“I have one question for you. Answer truthfully, and I won’t torture you,” Arga said calmly, though his eyes glimmered with cold fury.“What… w

  • Rekso Atmoko

Arga’s piercing gaze locked onto his opponent. His knees bent slightly as he steadied his stance, the air around him thick with tension. The three Elders before him began to sweat coldly. They knew very well what that stance meant—when Arga prepared himself like that, it meant he was about to unleash his inner power.Srak! The sound of his foot scraping the ground echoed faintly. In the blink of an eye, Arga’s figure vanished—his body shot forward like a streak of lightning. To the human eye, all that could be seen was the flash of blue light radiating from his sword. The Fifth and Ninth Elders immediately raised their weapons to intercept him. Arga’s hand moved fluidly, his blade glowing with a shimmering azure aura.Blar!A sudden explosion erupted as Arga’s sword clashed with theirs. The shockwave sent both Elders flying backward, their bodies crashing into nearby buildings. Dust and debris scattered everywhere. When the smoke cleared, both men were groaning in agony—their bodies b

  • Chaos at the Red Frog Sect

The sound of footsteps echoed heavily across the silent courtyard. A freezing aura spread out from the figure approaching, so intense that several disciples collapsed to their knees, unable to withstand the crushing pressure.“This is… far stronger than before…” Kirana thought anxiously, her heart pounding in her chest. When Arga finally emerged from the shadows, every eye turned to him—none dared to blink. Before them stood a being half-human, half-demon. His transformation was far more complete than the one they had witnessed during his battle in the arena days earlier. His once-dark eyes now glowed an eerie blue, his right horn blazing with the same ghostly light.“Be careful! He’s reached the Immortal Realm!” shouted Rekso Atmoko, his voice laced with disbelief. He couldn’t accept it—how could Arga reach such a stage in such a short time? It was impossible. The only explanation was that Arga was forcing his body beyond its limits, drawing upon his demonic energy to temporarily bre

  • Wrath

After a full day and night of deep meditation, Arga slowly opened his eyes. His body radiated calm power, and his internal energy had grown more intense and refined. The surge of strength within him gave rise to a single, burning thought — tonight, he would strike against the Red Frog Sect.Kirana Dewi had been by his side the entire time, silently watching him meditate. She neither spoke nor moved much, only offering her quiet presence as if her stillness itself were a form of encouragement.“You shouldn’t rush things,” she said softly when Arga finally stood. “Do as I told you before — wait until chaos breaks out inside the sect. When confusion reigns, that will be your perfect moment to act. Everything will become much easier then.”Arga’s lips curled into a half-smile.“You’re more ruthless than I imagined, Kirana. I didn’t even think of using that supply depot the way you suggested,” he said with a hint of admiration.“I told you already,” she replied, standing to help him with h

  • The Twin War Maces

Kirana smiled as Arga’s arms wrapped around her. Although she knew he did not love her, the steady pressure of his embrace warmed a corner of her heart. For a brief moment she allowed herself the small luxury of feeling wanted—if only in the fragile privacy of a dim room far from the sect’s prying eyes.Yet the mood turned slightly awkward when she became aware of something pulsing beneath her. A thin, foreign pressure pressed against her hip: Arga’s staff—an instrument of power that, for reasons she did not fully understand, had stirred to life at the touch of her body.“Now I will tell you about my father,” Kirana said softly, steadying herself and letting the memory shape her words. “The Twin War Maces are an heirloom passed down through the Atmoko family for generations. For over forty years they have been the signature weapons of past sect leaders. Because of their reputation, many leaders preferred to avoid provoking other sects—these maces are coveted relics, and so they kept t
