Regarding James and Arnold's deal, this kept Mia on her toes. James left without telling her where he was going. Mia also didn't know what James would do to fulfill her father's request.

Sitting on the window ledge of the apartment, Mia daydreamed while looking at the darkening sky.

"Mia, I made you a drink." Freya came over with a cup of hot tea for her.

Mia furrowed her brows, seeing James' assistant's behavior this time. "What's going on?" she asked. "It's very unusual for you to take the initiative to get me a drink."

Freya sighed. Then, she asked for permission to sit next to Mia and Mia allowed it.

Freya said, "You are Mr. Corner's favorite. When you look sad, as a good assistant, I just try to do little things to cheer you up."

Mia smiled. She thought Freya was just a childish assistant who was always jealous of her. "Thank you, then." The woman then picked up the teacup Freya had just set down and quickly took a sip. It was warm, soothing her throat and calming her mind.
