Chapter 01

Ga! Ga! Ga! Ga!

The sound of a chopper blasting through the air of the building as I stayed by the side of my father.

I noticed mafia assassins securing the entire place as their shadows filled different corners outside.

"Davinc, Put on your mask." My father tells me and I wore my assassin mask staring back at him.

Boom!

A massive explosion occurs.

The ceiling of the massive clan hall tears open.

Dusts covers his shadow as I and my master who sat over his mafia clan chair stared in silence.

Then, the dust calmed... And It revealed Haro.

All dressed and armored to kill.

"How dare you Haro, You dare to infiltrate my clan?" My father said in his fury in rage.

"Oh would you shut up old man!" Haro responds to him disrespectfully.

My father got up on his feet.

He had made the street mafia upset.

"I single handedly killed the Mafia lord... So before you is your new leader... Sit!" Haro commands.

"Why have you come here then?" My father asked.

"For me to celebrate your astrosity?" My father added.

"You need to be careful, I have snippers everywhere." Haro said holding walking towards us.

"I came here because I learnt you have a powerful mafia assassin and you have refused to send him over to me... Why?" He asked like a temperamental meniac.

"He is my son so I can't give him to a blood testy fool like you, who would kill his own Mafia lord for power." My father said to him and Haro pulls out a silver blade whip out from his waist.

"Fine then, since you are the master of our Mafia assassins... I will give you the honours by ending your filthy life with my sword but you will first suffer while your son watches how you die." He says as he fires his whip rope that grabs my fathers neck and drags him to Haro like a slave.

Then Haro punches his face and uses his blade rope to slam him over the ground.

Causing my fathers body to break through the halls tiles with the blade rope still over his neck.

I immediately stepped in.

"Davinc, do not intefer." My father begged.

Never in my life will I let my father be hurt in my sight! And watch him suffer till he dies.

Fuck mafia leaders, I rather die than watch that.

I used my greatest speed grabbing Haro's silver rope.

It was blade plated but I didn't care even though it tore through my palm, injuring me.

I freed my father as he choked for his life.

His neck was bleeding out blood so badly with the flesh of his neck all sliced.

I could feel the pain he was going through.

Then I attacked Haro.

I shoot bullets towards his direction and he managed to dodge them like a demon.

He used his sword to shield himself from my curving bullets as he flew through the air.

Then I removed my sword in return.

Using both guns and swords to fight, was the way of the Mafia assassins.

And as soon as I managed to reach him, I kicked him to his chest, but he didn't move an inch as he held my leg... Slamming me over a pillar in the hall.

"I see, so you hid him from me because of his aura... I wonder who is behind that mask." Haro says as he slides his sword over the floor heading for my father who was brutally Injured already.

I tried to get up but the pain rushing through me was excruciating to the core.

My eyes managed to meet that of my father as he stares at me from afar.

While Haro raises his sword to slay him to death.

I could swear my father had accepted his fate.

"No!" I screamed in terror while stretching my hands towards Haro, begging him, and this was when I felt it.

A force greater than my mind fires out from me.

My assassin mask falls from my face.

The blades in the temple Levitated in split seconds and fired at Haro.

It felt like I was holding him even so I wasn't at this point.

I dragged him using that force to myself and when he came closer to me, I landed a thick punch to his face as energy from nowhere energized me.

"Davinc!..." I heard my father call me.

But I couldn't respond.

I was full of revenge storming like thunder!

I grabbed him from his neck slamming him over the pillars of the clan hall... One by one.

"You will kill him Davinc, Stop!" My father yells but my father's life didn't matter to him earlier... Or did it!?

I was burning in the chaos of a furious rage.

I Levitated into the air in his front before landing a furious punch over his filthy face.

The force pushed him off from my sight before I used that same aura to grab my sword.

My feets landed to the ground as I headed to end his pathetic life.

Men like him don't deserve to live life.

"I see... He has the aura I have been looking to feast on, you old bastard! This is why you hid him." He said.

"You can't kill me Davinc, I am your Mafia Lord!" He yells while seated over my father's chair.

"Watch me!" I said running towards him with my sword, but then my father casted a spell to stop me.

"Dad!" I asked surprised as I was unable to run towards where Haro was.

"Ha-ha-ha!... I told you." Haro said pissing me off.

"Why?" I asked my father feeling betrayed.

"You won't be the same again... Don't please my son." My father begs before his sister Catherine comes in.

"It's funny that you even call that old man your father." He said and my rage got into my skull as I struggled to reach and finish him off.

"You know I can still remember how it felt to kill your junior brother." He said and I got that flash.

Those were past memories that I tried to conceal for many years.

"You?" I asked shocked.

"Yes... I killed him and his aura felt delicious." He said to me as tears rolled off my eyes as I felt a fire beginning to rise heavily inside me.

I rushed at him, breaking the spells casted on me which caused my father and his sister to stagger before I reached closer to him.

"I will like to know how your aura taste! You monster!" I said as I took my sword through his pathetic heart.

He holds the sword with tears in his eyes.

"Finally, I can now be free of my demons." He said to me resting over the chair.

"All mafia assassins will come for you Davinc, you are now the Mafia Lord." He said as his aura explodes the entire clan hall, causing the window glass to burst open and then it stormed back into me.

"What have you done Davinc?" My father said as he looked at Haro dead over his chair.

"You need to leave." He says to me.

"Father?" I said sad and confused.

"I am not your father Davinc, you already know that, You should have listened to me my son." He said before he coughs out blood.

I hugged him as tears rolled off my eyes.

"Catherine you know what to do, take him to safety immediately." He says as mafia assassins begin to enter the clan hall.

"Daddy, what do you mean?" I asked shaking in tears as catherine begins to flee the clan hall while I stood by his side, looking into my fathers eyes.

I really loved him so much.

"Run Davinc!" He says crying as he stared at me, indirectly telling me that he would miss me.

His tears broke my heart into billions of pieces.

"Run!" He screams at me as Catherine comes dragging me away from him, while I cried before running off with Kate as fast as possible.

This definitely wasn't the end.

For the beginning of my legacy has begun.
