                               The Graduation

What good manners were they expecting the students to learn about from Brown-nosing and bullying due to status?

Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the 53rd graduation of Veron High School, the announcer said in a booming voice amidst the cheers of parents and teachers alike.

“To begin we will like our school prince and belle to kick-start the ceremony with an opening dance.” the announcer announced as he introduced Miller and Mira, the stage light fell on them and the light in other places dim making them seem like angels.

Miller was donned in a European style three-piece suit, with His black slick hair, carefully combed back, he looked like a successful career man, while Mira was donned in an off - shoulder black dress, that had a slit in the back giving it the shape of a fishtail, on our feet was champagne colored glass heels which accentuated perfectly our fear legs.

It all looked perfect like the scene from a fairy tail, after the dance finished loud cheers erupted from parents.

Soon came the award ceremony, as usual, Miller was called up each time to the extent he stopped returning to his seat and just stood there to keep receiving the award.

With each award Miller gets, Kim clench is fist in rage they were all his sweat all his efforts were given to Miller on a platter of gold.

Is an achievement stolen from him and given to a crackhead such as Miller, who probably wouldn't even place 10th on the normal scoreboard.

“Ehmm, normally our director will be the person to offer his congratulations to these fresh graduates, but due to a change in directors we will have to call on the assistant director to hand over the certificate

“There will be no need for that, I will do it personally” Kim said as he stepped towards the podium.

“And who might be?” the announcer remarked, “I am the director”. Kim said with a broad smile.

The room descended into silence for a few moments before the students and the parents burst into laughter, “hahaha is this some sort of singing prank or a high school show?

“How can a student be a director?” one of the parents said. “This student must be trying something nice to put a smile on our faces.” another parent echoed.

“kid we will forgive you because you are so handsome, don't pull this type of prank again it's an impersonation.” a fat lady said from the crowd of parents.

Seeing Kim was still there, Miller was glad at Dean, who was shivering like a wet blanket. “This idiot is not good at anything at all.” Miller muttered under his breath.

His so-called gentle expression had been replaced by a dark gloom. It was such a pity that everyone's attention was on Kim, so no one noticed his expression except Kim who sneered inwardly.

“Ehmm, there's no cause for alarm, this student was expelled for falsification of results and threatening students' peace. He was supposed to graduate today, but sexually assaulted a student and when he was called out for it by Miller, he scolded Miller.”

“No, he is trying to ruin our graduation by making fun of our director.” Mira said indignantly.

“What, such a wicked heart, at such a young age how unbelievable, I can't believe this, truly an error happened here, how can such a beauty be having such vile behavior.”

“You are simply a monster, you even dare to harass a girl, you better pray it's not my daughter, you scum.” The fat lady from before said in anger.

Several parents also chorused the same thing, as some even rushed to hurl at Kim.

Seeing this, Miller smiled, this was the effect he wanted. “Kim, I'm not concerned with what sort of miraculous transformation happened to you, you are under me. Don't you ever dream of happiness, you are my bane. As long as you exist I can never truly be happy.

I thought you were smart, who knew you were in such or to seek death, now you're you are everyone's enemy.

As the chaos unfolded, Vera and Jones felt their heart palpitating, when they saw Kim, he seemed a bit different from the Kim from years ago, as if he was a stranger to them, the close bond between relatives seemed not to exist the study change caused their eyes to linger came a bit more, but after hearing the report about him, they completely lost interest in him.

“He is still the same bad luck from years ago, what a disease.” Vera remarked with disdain.

“It's okay love, Miller our child, now this trash has been removed from our family tree long ago, " Jones said as he stroked his wife's back.

They talked in a hush voice, but Miller, who was a bit close to them, heard them and signed in relief. Kim's appearance doesn't change a thing, but still, Kim must disappear from this city.

Apart from Miller, the discussion of Vera and Jones also fell on Kim's ears which have been amplified by the White Jade Pill.

The voices of disdain struck him like needles, he thought that after a long time, they would feel even if it is just a bit of remorse, but No, they are still as relentless and unforgiving as before.

001 detecting Kim's emotions consoled him. [Don't bother about them, they chose a fish eye over a pearl, they will regret this. You will soon have a family that cares for you. You should be happy that you have absolutely nothing to do with the larken's any more except the unpleasant memories you shared with them.]

“That's right, I have to thank you for that, thank you Zero, for giving me a new home.” Kim smiled.

[Zero, who's that? I am system AI 001. I will never answer such a childish name. Zero remarked angrily, but inwardly, he was grinning.

Kim was the first host that gave him a name, he had met countless hosts from other worlds before arriving on earth, they all treated him as some sort of slave or machine, not one of them had cared about him.
