'Anyways, that was an explanation on the concept of relationship between consciousness and Mana.

Now let's get to the part where you learn how to meditate properly.

If you want to get insight into your consciousness the fastest way possible, then listen carefully to the phrase that I am going to tell

`CONSCIENTIAM MEAM VIVEAM`

In your language it simply translates to `let me see my consciousness`.

Keep saying this when you are meditating. It will take you around a week to a month of meditation, depending on how strong your consciousness is. And, remember say the mantra that I gave to you, not it's translation, otherwise it will take you years to get even a slight insight of your consciousness.

And that's pretty much it, if you want to get started then just sit and start meditating while reciting the mantra in your head.
