Chapter 45
Slowly, Ken turned around only to find a sleepwalking guard. A few minutes later, he fell to thy floor. Ken placed his hand on his chest gasping for breath and his heart pounded heavily. He had thought it was all over. He drew the gate open after imputing the passcode on the card. He had gained his freedom.

But this wasn't freedom to him, it was cowardice. He was running away from his enemies just to buy himself more time. But one thing he knew, he must return. "I will come back and by then, I will not flee again," he vowed and walked into the gardened Davis Armstrong street.

However, Williams and Joshua unaware had went to visit the huge man assigned to watch him. Williams wore his traditional matrimonial clothes. The meeting had been scheduled at an abandoned building. The three men stood adjacent to each other.

"You haven't been doing the job we paid you for," Williams began.

"You didn't pay me to keep an eye on him in his room," Roger returned.
