For the past few hours, rain had been pouring down heavily on Scota Town. Amidst the cold air and strong wind, Morgan pedaled his bicycle through the small alleys. He pushed through the rain, pushing himself despite shivering slightly.

"I have to give the best gift for Missy. I want to see her happy on her birthday. I also can't complain because Mike gave me this job. I can't keep burdening him."

Morgan has been dating Missy for two months. Even though he is only a delivery man at a small restaurant, he tries to be her best lover and gives anything to make her happy.

Morgan was happy that Missy was willing to accept his situation. He was also lucky to have a friend as good as Mike. He often helped him even though he had no family and wealth.

Morgan turned left, pedaling faster on the straight road. He observed the buildings on the left and right of the road one by one until he finally arrived at a high-rise building at the end of the neighborhood.

Morgan parked the bike near the stairs, rushing to open the door after cleaning himself.

"Why is this room empty?" asked Morgan as he surveyed the surroundings. He only saw a pile of wooden boxes, chairs, old tables, and disorganized used items. The room was dimly lit due to lack of lighting.

"Did I come to the wrong place?" Morgan checked his cell phone. "No, I came to the right place. I made sure of that before I came in."

Morgan walked to the door, silent for a moment. "Why is this door locked? I'm sure it wasn't locked when I came in."

"Welcome to the Wild Fighting Arena!" someone shouted.

The large lights suddenly turned bright. People began to arrive from various directions, emerging from behind doors and wooden boxes. They crowded the lower and upper levels.

"What's going on?" Morgan surveyed the surroundings. Several people pushed him until he was in the center of the room.

Morgan bent down to pick up a dropped food box. Looking up, he saw Missy and Mike in the crowd. They looked very close.

"Missy? Mike?" Morgan was surprised, ignoring the food box on the floor. He saw them holding hands. Missy even kissed Mike on the cheek many times.

"What's really going on, Missy, Mike?" asked Morgan as calmly as she could.

Mike laughed, ignoring Morgan. "Welcome to the Wild Fighting Arena tonight! I'm sure you'll enjoy the fight tonight. Are you ready to bet?"

The crowd cheered, jumping up and down while holding up bills.

"Mike," Morgan muttered. He clenched his fists tightly as the man kissed Missy passionately.

"That piece of trash is going to challenge the King of the Arena tonight. Who's going to bet on him?" shouted Mike.

The lights instantly turned on Morgan. People began to insult him as they threw bottles and rocks.

Morgan shielded himself with both hands, silent as Mike and Missy kissed in the crowd. "What's this all about, Mike, Missy?"

Mike raised his hand, and instantly, people fell silent. "You're so good at school, but you're so stupid at judging things, Morgan. Can't you guess what's going on in front of you right now?"

Missy laughed, kissing Mike's cheek. "That shit is stupid. I'm really sick of having to pretend to be his girlfriend all these days. You're so much better than him in every way, Mike."

"Of course I am." Mike kissed Missy's cheek, laughing out loud. "He's just a useless piece of trash with no family and no money."

"Are you making sure this is all a dream, Morgan? I'll help you come to your senses faster." Mike picked up a bottle and threw it at Morgan.

Morgan deliberately did not dodge the throw. He felt a sting on his bleeding forehead. "You two betrayed me?"

Morgan clenched his fists tightly, hearing his voice tremble with anger and sadness. His chest felt very tight. He was often insulted, but to listen to his lover and best friend insult him, the pain multiplied many times.

Mike burst out laughing. "I didn't betray you at all. From the beginning, I never thought of you as my best friend. I just felt a little sorry for you so I decided to pretend to be your friend. I thought you could be useful to me, but you're just useless trash. You just keep troubling me."

Missy looked at Morgan sardonicly. "I'm so sick of you, Morgan. You act like you can make me happy when you have no one and nothing in your life. Your kindness is useless to me."

Missy clung to Mike's hand. "You should order the King of the Arena to beat the shit out of that trash right now. I can't wait to see that trash destroyed."

Morgan watched Mike and Missy, lost in thought for some time, watching the drops of blood fall. All the times he had been with Missy and Mike kept popping up. He considered them his life savers, but his judgment was wrong.

Morgan wiped away the blood, laughing. "They were just playing me all along. I shouldn't have trusted anyone but myself. I'm such an idiot," he muttered.

Mike clapped his hands once. "You seem to understand your situation now, Morgan. I'm no longer your best friend. So, stop bothering me. Besides, you should know Missy is my girlfriend. We've been dating since last year."

A big, tall man appeared in the crowd, walking to the center of the room. The tattooed man laughed when he saw Morgan. "So, you're my opponent tonight? Are you ready to die, asshole?

"I know you're very angry with me, Morgan. If you can beat that guy, I'll let you punch me in the face once," Mike said.

"Why don't you come down and face me directly, Mike? Are you scared?" Morgan smiled. "You're such a coward!

"Shut your fucking mouth! How dare you insult my boyfriend!" snapped Missy.

Mike snorted in annoyance, laughing. "What an asshole! Don't you realize the state you're in? You're going to die tonight, but you still make me sick. I'll only let you insult me this once."

Mike raised one hand. "We start the fight now!"

A large cage suddenly descended from above, confining Morgan and the  King of the Arena in the center of the room. People instantly approached the cage, sneering at Morgan.

"I've heard about illegal fights in this town. Has Mike been managing the fights all this time?" Morgan looked at Mike. "He acts like an angel, but he's a demon in disguise."

"Don't hate me if I cause you pain, damn it! I'm just looking for money." The King of the Arena stretched, approaching Morgan.

Morgan took a few steps back, but the crowd pushed him to the center of the arena. He had worked hard all day and even braved the rain to get to this place. He was in no condition to fight.

"What are you doing, Morgan? Aren't you good at fighting?" Mike laughed. "You'll have to beat that guy to kick my ass."

The King of the Arena suddenly ran, jumping high.

Morgan suddenly felt so dizzy that he almost fell. He looked at the blood on his hands, rushing to jump to the side. However, his enemy hit him in the stomach first, and he was thrown to the side of the arena.

Morgan winced in pain as the crowd cheered. He scrambled to his feet, but his opponent kicked him in the stomach, sending him flying again.

Morgan rolled to the side to avoid the kick, scrambled to his feet, and clung to the side of the metal cage. However, the crowd pushed him away.

Morgan winced in pain as he endured the punches in the King Arena. He took a few steps back and coughed a few times. Unfortunately, the King of the Arena kicked him in the stomach, throwing him to the side of the cage.

Morgan collapsed on the floor. His whole body ached with pain as he moved. He saw Mike and Missy laughing heartily as the King of the Arena savagely beat him down.

"Ah!" Morgan dropped his face to the floor. His vision was fading, and his hearing was ringing loudly. "Why do I have to live my life like this? Don't I deserve to be happy? Why was I born if I have to live in pain? Am I going to die in this miserable condition?"

Morgan heard Mike and Missy's laughter. All the events in her life kept popping up.

Morgan clenched her fists tightly. "No! I won't give up! I have to live no matter what! I have to fulfill all my dreams and desires!"

Morgan began to close his eyes. Amidst the threshold of his consciousness, he suddenly heard someone's voice.

They scattered in all directions, gripping their weapons tightly.“You must go to a safe location immediately, Sir,” said one of the guards.“Damn it! What exactly is the security team doing? Why did they let this stupid thing happen again?” Magnus shouted.“They must be fixing the security system right now, Sir. Within minutes, the enemy will surely attack. Magnus was reviewing his main force in a room with his chief guards.Magnus watched as half of the main force departed for the enemy’s location. A convoy of cars and motorcycles moved through the gates. The other half of the force would remain to guard him here.“The thugs have already spread out across Scota Town to scout the enemy. According to reports, several suspicious individuals were seen heading to the outskirts of Scota Town. The area behind the hill is off-limits to everyone.”“All preparations are complete, but I still have a bad feeling. I still don’t know where Martin is or what he’s doing right now.”“Mario and Marcel are dangerous, but letting Martin go was also a mistake. That man used to be a smart kid. His intelligence could be very dangerous to me. He could be the mastermind behind the attack.”“Mario and Marcel let me go on purpose. They must have been planning something. I must not repeat the same mistake as yesterday.”The guards began to leave Magnus in a hallwa

I already suspected that Dad had other children besides me.” Marcus sat on a wooden crate, glancing at a few scurrying rats. “I didn’t expect him to show up now.”Marcus turned toward the loud noise at the warehouse door. He could hear the sickening laughter of the guards outside.“He’s so disgusting and repulsive! I really want to vomit!”“I’ve hated him for ages!”“I should be beating him to a pulp right now!”“Calm down, we have plenty of time to vent our anger on that trash later. We just have to be patient.”“H
