[CRITICAL WARNING: THREAT DETECTION RADAR IS OVERLOADED!]

[NEW ENEMY APPROACHING. LEGAL AUTHORITY LEVEL: EXECUTIVE]

Arka froze right in front of a deserted office cafe. The rhythmic, heavy click of expensive dress shoes echoed from the shadows of the hallway. A woman stepped into the light.

Her tailored blazer bore the solid gold crest of the Sky Central System, her hair was pulled back into a flawless bun, and she held a transparent bionic tablet glowing blood red.

Jessica. His ex girlfriend, who had ruthlessly thrown him under the bus in court just to climb the ladder and become the Sky’s Corporate PR Lead.

"Long time no see, Arka," Jessica said, her voice dripping with artificial sweetness.

"Did you really think you were the only one who knew how to exploit bureaucratic loopholes in this city? Congratulations, you managed to stall a few generic bionic grunts with that internal dispute clause. But unfortunately for you..."

Jessica tapped her screen. A golden document materialized, floating in the air. Using his data audit skill, Arka scanned the title.

[EMERGENCY AMENDMENT, LIQUIDATION OF DISPUTED PROPERTY AND ASSET SEIZURE].

"As the official representative of Central Management, I’ve just fast tracked an Emergency Amendment," Jessica smirked.

"The dispute status of that chip inside you has been unilaterally revoked by the board. Your account is now flagged for Liquidation Asset Seizure. Hand over your sister’s chip, or I’ll carve it out of your chest myself."

"Whoa, hold your horses, Ex," Arka cut in, keeping his voice casual even though his heart was hammering against his ribs.

"That’s administratively invalid. An Emergency Amendment from PR is only legally binding if it bears a ten thousand mana Star Stamp on the third page. You forgot to attach it, didn't you? Technically speaking, your little document is just corporate garbage."

Jessica paused, her beautiful face instantly hardening. She furiously checked her tablet.

"How the hell do you know about Premium Member internal regulations?!"

"I used to be your data analyst, Jess. I know you guys love setting administrative traps," Arka retorted coldly.

"Rules can be rewritten, Arka! And since you're officially classified as a Glitch costing the company money, I don't need paperwork to delete you!" Jessica raised her hand.

Suddenly, three meter tall security droids breached the cafe walls. They wore tight black suits, but their heads were shaped like giant hourglasses. Written on their massive iron clubs was a single word, deadline.

"Uh, Boss! Those are Sky Enforcer Units! They’re ridiculously strong! Just one hit could put Nara’s consciousness data in the negatives!" the silver haired leader of the Fallen Angels whispered, hovering invisibly beside Arka.

"Don't fight them head on. They are the physical manifestation of a crunch time deadline," Arka replied, activating his data Audit.

His eyes glowed gold, analyzing the bars and graphs floating around the Enforcers.

"Look at that! The numbers on their chests are ticking down. That’s their remaining operational budget! The System can’t deploy them indefinitely without burning a massive amount of Mana. We only have one job, delaying tactics! Drain their budget!"

"On it, Boss! We'll run them in circles!" The five Fallen Angels blasted forward, moving like agile black shadows, baiting the massive Enforcers all over the cafe layout.

"Damn it, they charge us Mana for every single step!" Jessica hissed, watching the sand in the Enforcers hourglass heads drain far too quickly. She aggressively tapped her tablet.

[Warning! Central Management is charging a Legal Consultation F*e 1,000 Gold per minute for this disputed zone!]

"Son of a gun, they’re trying to bankrupt us before we even die!" Arka grit his teeth.

A sharp pain stabbed his chest as the glowing blue fractures from Nara's chip began eating away at his skin. The countdown in his vision kept ticking 47 Days, 23 Hours left.

He needed liquidity and legal protection right now to get out of this building alive. He couldn't hide in server rooms forever. He needed a legitimate, legal entity in the human world to anchor the Fallen Angels' power before his own body melted down.

"Fallen Angels! Fall back and cover me for twenty seconds!" Arka shouted.

"What's the plan, Boss? We're about to dry up their budget!" the silver-haired angel called back.

"I’m launching a Corporate Takeover!"

Arka dropped to his knees, his fingers flying across his virtual bionic screen with impossible speed.

He exploited his employee ID number, which Jessica hadn't managed to purge from the office payroll system yet. Leveraging a legal loophole meant for emergency micro business registration, Arka rapidly drafted incorporation papers.

[System, please enter the name of your new legal entity.]

"Nirvana Entertainment," Arka stated firmly.

[System to authorize immediate registration without starting capital, you must collateralize a vital asset. Do you accept?]

Arka looked up at Jessica, who was already commanding her Enforcers to crush him.

"Accept. Sacrifice 5 years of my remaining biological lifespan! Liquidate it now!"

Cough!

Arka hacked up dark blood, but at that exact moment, his system interface shifted from standard blue to a brilliant, deep gold.

[UPGRADE SUCCESSFUL: DATA AUDIT has reached Level 2!]

[INCORPORATION SUCCESSFUL, Agency 'Nirvana Entertainment' is officially registered in the Neo-Jakarta commercial database!]

With Data Audit Level 2, the world transformed before Arka’s eyes.

He wasn't just seeing raw numbers anymore; he could read the macro psychological algorithms of the entire population of Neo Jakarta. A massive chart appeared, 98% of citizens are suffering from acute stress due to the perpetual artificial sun. They are desperate for an instant escape through extreme entertainment.

"Perfect. Our product is going to sell like crazy," Arka muttered with a bloody grin.

Using the residual energy from his sacrificed lifespan, Arka integrated the visual data of the five Fallen Angels into his agency’s registry.

He redesigned their tattered appearances, morphing them into digital avatars possessing the most flawlessly handsome visuals in the multiverse a bionic masterpiece designed to captivate anyone who looked at them.

[DEBUT PROJECT, VIRTUAL BOYBAND GLORIA OFFICIALLY APPROVED BY THE SYSTEM!]

"Jessica!" Arka stood tall, thrusting the golden document fresh from the system into the air.

"Under the New Creative Industries Protection Act, Nirvana Entertainment is currently classified as a State Protected Corporation. Pursuant to Section 7, all rented Enforcer Units are strictly prohibited from utilizing physical violence within the operational grounds of a registered agency prior to an official court summons!"

BZZZZT!

The Enforcers' massive clubs stopped inches from Arka’s head. Their bodies vibrated violently, then slowly dissolved into digital sand as the legal system's overrides locked down their parameters.

Jessica stared blankly at her tablet, which had completely frozen with a notification.

[ACCESS DENIED, LEGAL AGENCY OPERATIONAL ZONE].

Her face turned pale. She couldn't wrap her head around how her broke ex boyfriend had managed to build a company from scratch in under sixty seconds while cornered by death.

"You... you're insane, Arka! You traded away your own lifespan just to start a ghost agency?!" Jessica screamed in a panicked, high pitched voice.

"I'm not crazy, Jess. It's just a business strategy," Arka said, wiping the blood from his lips. He looked back at the five Fallen Angels, who had now transformed into five incredibly handsome men clad in sharp, elegant black suits.

Arka turned his back on Jessica, who was still trembling from her failed execution. His Dark Firm Contract pulsed, signaling that his first step was a massive success.

"Fallen Angels, Project GLORIA is legally official," Arka whispered as he walked calmly toward the exit, his five members following behind with victorious smirks.

"Warm up your vocals. Tomorrow morning, we're pulling off the biggest market hijacking Sudirman has ever seen."
