The doctor still refused to talk, even though he was in pain, he knew that talking would get him into trouble.

"Do I need to shoot you again to get a response from you? It seems like this one is too little," Andrew asked him, his eyes narrowing as he pointed the gun to the second Foot.

And the doctor shook his head, "Wait! I will tell you everything you want to know. Please, have somebody attend to my injuries. I'm begging you, I don't want to die."

The doctor’s voice cracked.

Andrew rolled his eyes.

"You don't want to die, but you helped kill someone else. Don't you think that's being a hypocrite?”

“If you are willing to kill someone, or be an accomplice, you should be ready to die anytime. Say what you have to say, and after giving me the information I need, then I'll send someone to come here and attend to you," Andrew told him.

Because at the end of the day, the doctor was not the one who was his target, and the last thing Andrew wanted was to have blood on his hands. He knew now that ending the life of this doctor was not enough, he wanted the man to live and suffer the pain that he had suffered.

"Everything you said is true. They told me that your wife was adopted, and you don't have any money to go against them.” The doctor began and Andrew bit his lower lips, this all happened because he had no money or power.

“So they told me to give her a drug that would make her look very ill and was bad for her health. And I prescribed the drug for them. And just as they wanted, she came to the hospital. This is not my fault! I wasn't even the one who performed the surgery.” He continued.

“All I did was prescribe the drug and tell you that your wife was dead. I am not skilled enough, as they said, to do their son’s surgery, so I was not the one who did it," the doctor told him.

All this was being recorded by a camera hidden in the room which had a mic, and everything the doctor said was being captured, because Andrew needed to have this evidence.

"So my wife was not actually sick, it was an illness that was caused by drugs? And if she had not come to the hospital, would she have survived?" Andrew asked him.

"Yes, I am sorry. This is not my fault.” The doctor cried out.

“Your in-laws were the ones who came to me, and you know that I have no power to say no. At the end of the day, if I refused to do this, they would hire someone else to do it, and they would fire me, maybe even get rid of me because I might want to reveal their evil deeds. I had no say in this," the doctor said, lowering his gaze in shame.

Andrew knew that what the doctor was saying was the truth, but he needed more information.

"Tell me who was the person who performed the surgery on my late wife. Who harvested her organs when she was still alive, which led to her death? Who did it?" Andrew asked, his voice low.

The doctor shook his head.

"The doctor who did the surgery was not part of our hospital. Your in-laws brought him in. I don't know who he is," the doctor told Andrew.

Andrew raised his gun and pointed it at the second foot of the doctor again, his finger tightening on the trigger. The doctor shook his head rapidly.

"I promise you that I don't know who it was! If I did, I would tell you. My life is more important to me than anything else!"

Andrew thought about it. He had investigated many things ,but had not actually found the doctor who performed the surgery on his wife. He knew this man wasn’t the one, that was why he wanted a confession, to see if he knew who it was. But since it wasn’t him, Andrew knew he needed to continue his investigation.

"Please, let me go. I have told you everything I know," the doctor pleaded with Andrew, his voice trembling.

Andrew stood up from his chair.

"Get someone to attend to his injuries. We need him. Since he has no use for us anymore, let go of his wife and mistress," Andrew told his bodyguards as he walked out of the basement, not bothering to look back.

Andrew walked up to the study that was prepared for him in the mansion, and on top of the table were files and different evidence that he had against people that might be involved in what happened to his late wife. He needed to find the doctor who performed the surgery. Even though he was still planning on what he would do to his ex-in-laws, he needed to get information about each and everyone who was involved in this, because he would make sure each and every one of them paid for it.

"So, this is the list of names that have been compiled. The next person we are going to attend to is the maid that my wife said gave her coffee and after that coffee she became sick. It’s the maid that was working for my ex-in-laws. I need a confession from her as well," Andrew said, sitting down on his chair, as his bodyguard took note of what he said.

"No matter how much they try to hide this I will make sure that I reveal their evil acts and make sure his public image is ruined,” Andrew said.

“Oh Mr Nelson, I will make sure he is humiliated, and then I will send him to his death because that's what he deserves. That person had to live , so my wife died. That person has to die," Andrew said, gripping the edge of the table as the bodyguard noted his words.

Even though he could easily send assassins to get rid of all of them, he didn’t want that , he wanted them to suffer, get anxious, and wonder when he would attack. Then, he would make them pay for their crimes.

The doctor that was kept in custody was treated for his injuries and then, after a week, he was released from custody and just kept by the side of a bus station.

When the bus station cashier saw him, he pleaded for the phone of the cashier, and the cashier gave him the phone. He made a call to one of his friends to come and get him from where he was. Andrew had already warned him that if he told anybody about what happened there today, he would be killed off and should keep his mouth shut, and that was what he was going to do.

But after making the call, he was waiting for his friend to come pick him up at the gas station when two police cars arrived. When he saw the police, he frowned in confusion, wondering what was going on. The police approached him and showed him their IDs.

"Is there anything I can do for you?" the doctor asked the police, raising his hands slightly.

One of the policemen brought out his handcuffs.

"Dr. Smith, we have received evidence against you, so we are arresting you on the grounds of inappropriate behaviour toward an unconscious patient and mishandling an infant leading to his death."

"You have the right to remain silent, for everything you say or do shall be used against you in court," the officer continued as he stepped forward.

Dr. Smith’s eyes widened in disbelief. Even though he had been doing a lot of dirty work for the hospital, the management had always agreed to cover up for him. So how did the police get this information?

"I did nothing wrong, you have to listen to me. There must be some misunderstanding. Call the director of the hospital and he will tell you this," Dr. Smith said quickly, his voice trembling, trying to get the policemen to let him go.

But they already had evidence. The policeman took him, handcuffed him even though he kept insisting he did nothing wrong, and pushed him into the police car. They began driving to the police station to keep him there until his trial. But at a red stop, a truck ran straight into the side where the doctor was sitting, causing a violent accident. He was rushed to the hospital.

In the hospital, the doctor opened his eyes briefly to see the hospital director standing beside his bed.

"I don’t know who revealed your crimes to the police, but I do know what you’ll say if you get better and go into the custody of the police. So I think you should just die here," the hospital director said coldly, with a frown.

Dr. Smith, lying there helpless, could do nothing as the hospital director removed his oxygen mask. His body began to convulse, and within minutes he died. The hospital director calmly walked out of the hospital room as if nothing had happened.

After getting to his office, the director made a call.

"It is done, sir. You don’t have to worry about the loud mouth," he said, leaning back in his chair.

"Okay, keep an eye on things," came the voice from the other end.

"Yes sir," the director replied.

Meanwhile, in Andrew’s mansion, he received the report that the doctor he had released from custody died in the hospital after an accident when he was arrested by the police. He watched the news and just shook his head.

"Even though I know he didn’t deserve mercy, I just wanted him to stay in prison and suffer there. But I guess there are people that want him dead more than me. This is going to be fun," he laughed, pouring himself a drink.

Besides, I can always go and meet my father-in-law in his office. We can have a nice talk there.” He laughed dryly, his eyes never leaving Mr. Nelson’s face, then turned around to walk away. The bodyguards’ jaws tightened, they couldn’t just stand by and watch him walk away after he had made such accusations against their boss.
