Sophia was still dazed as to who Henry was, she finds herself hard to believe what he had said to her of him being a retired military man.

The combat skill at which Henry displayed was so professional that if an army man were to be trained to master the skills, it would take forever which is nearly impossible. The speed, the accuracy, was just so impeccable that it made everything look surreal.

Just then, Henry's voice cut in, snapping Sophia out of the thought she was sucked in.

"Do you have any idea who those men are?"

Henry asked, looking at Sophia while strolling his hands over his chin.

"No, I don't," Sophia replied, shaking her head frantically.

"Why today? Why did they choose today to attack me?"

Sophia mumbled. And that was when she realized that she wasn't with any guards as she went out. A thought ran through her mind, thinking that should be the reason whoever wants to attack her chose the exact moment when she wasn't with a bodyguard to make his move.

"Why are you silent? Are you in some sort of a deep imagination or what? Don't worry, it's all over. I had taken the bad guys down and I don't think they would ever come back to make such silly moves toward you again," Henry assured with a grin after noticing Sophia's pale expression.

Henry was speculating if Sophia was traumatized, but it was the way round, she wasn't, she was actually trying to figure out who exactly could have planned her kidnapping and nobody was coming to her head to lay the suspicious on.

"No, I'm just trying to figure some things out," Sophia replied, shifting her gaze to Henry as she replied, with a smile.

"We have to go now," Henry muttered, his eyes darting.

"No, I called the police, and I think they are on their way."

Sophia insisted.

Earlier, Sophia called the police before Henry could even defeat all them due to how scared she was.

Even if the police she had called didn't come when the men were still present, she thought they could still be of help by doing some investigation that could help bring out some clues on who the suspect was.

"We shouldn't wait for them. You mentioned earlier that the reason you came looking for me was because your grandfather was in critical condition. Don't you think waiting for the police will delay us?" Henry explained, then gasped.

Sophia thought about it. Truly, if they wait for the police to come into the scene, it is going to endanger her sick grandfather, who needs immediate attention.

Sophia nodded her head frantically with a blunt reply, "Okay, let's go."

Henry shook his head, then went to the car engine which had crashed, smoke emanating from the engine to the sky like the engine was about to engulf into fire.

Henry ran some checks on the engine, and within a few minutes he fixed the problem and tried to start up the car and to Sophia's surprise, the car started perfectly.

Sophia saw the engine how it smoked and she knew no engineer could repair something of that nature except change some parts, but once more Henry the man who was full of wonders did it like nothing.

"Get in."

Henry urged with a grin, his voice, commanding but calm.

"This man is something else," Sophia murmured in thought, astonished by Henry's skill. Indeed, he was a man of different perspective. He could not only fight but could repair a car and also perform high medical skills even a qualified doctor could never do.

Sophia got into the car, but this time it was Henry who was driving. Within a few moments, they got to Sophia's family mansion.

Reaching the gate, the security guard who was standing at the gate entrance requested a permit from Henry before he could let him in, and when the glass fully rolled down and his eyes caught up to Sophia, he bowed to her presence as he spoke hastily.

“Sorry ma’am you can pass.”

"All this rich dude, you got so much respect by even those who are not willing to give you," Henry scoffed in murmurs.

"What did you say?"

Sophia, who hadn't heard what Henry said except the murmured words, inquired, but Henry brushed it off with a grin and chuckled.

Before Henry could open the car door and get down from it, he paused by Sophia's instructive voice.

“Hold!” she said.

"I have something to tell you, and I want you to do just exactly as I have requested. Before that, what is your name? I have to know your name so I figure out what to tell my father when introducing you to him, I can't just go ahead and tell him you are a medical student who didn't graduate, it will be absurd and unthinkable."

Sophia demanded, her tone instructive and flat.

"Hehe, I have been wondering when you would ask," Henry scoffed.

Sophia gasped, then narrowed her eyes with a blunt reply.

"Please save my time and talk."

"Well, my name is Henry, and I will be glad to know yours too," Henry replied with a teasing smile.

"There's no need to know mine," Sophia brushed off Henry and walked out of the car.

"But this isn't fair. I told you mine, and you have to tell me yours as agreed," Henry sighed.

Henry already knew who Sophia was and how influential she was, by listening to the chattering murmurs of the people who saw Sophia at Abigail's engagement party, and her name was the murmuring sound at the moment, talking of how influential and rich of a billionaire her father was.

Henry also got out of the car, and Sophia was standing right in front of the door.

"I want you to follow my instructions, okay? I will present you to my family as a fully professional doctor, and that's it. Then you do your magic on my grandfather. Don't play tricks on me," Sophia explained with a frown, her fingers pointed toward Henry before she dropped them down.

Sophia was still holding grudges on the incident that happened which ended up making her have a one night with Henry, under the influence of her being drugged, but because of how helpful Henry was to her, she tried her posible best to suppress her hate and anger, so he could help her this last time. But Henry always has a way of teasing her, making her anger engulf the more.

"Hold a minute, young lady. How will you convince your parents that I am really a doctor? Can't you see how I'm dressed?"

Henry inquired, his brow raising.

Henry was dressed in a very tattered way. He wasn't expecting to meet the almighty Sinclair family, his main purpose of dressing cowardly was to deliver the life saving medicine to Abigail in her family house, so he wouldn't look rich and expensive.

"He's actually making sense. If I present him to my parents this way with the way he's dressed, they wouldn't believe me, and besides, he's not even one. He's a fucking student who hasn't graduated, but his skills are unbelievable. Besides, I'm not after the certificate but after the skills he possesses to make the impossible possible."

Sophia stood for a moment, thinking.

"You are spending forever to think, young lady," Henry blurted out his voice, relaxing on the Ferrari with his hands folded against his chest.

Sophia had no emotional string attached to Henry; in fact, the only reason that she had come looking for him was for him to help her grandfather, nothing else, and now that he had done it, he has no use for her anymore.“What is it that my daughter gave to you that would make you reject four million?” Sinclair asked gently, getting interested. He was dumbfounded and wanted to understand what was actually going on.Just then, Sophia grabbed Henry by the hands and then began yanking his hands out of the mansion’s main entrance door.“Father, the conversation is over. • Rejecting Four Million

“Ma'am, Grandfather's body just moved. He moved his hands and tried to open his eyes.” The servant informed, her stare widened in disbelief. Sophia was hearing this like it was a dream happening right in front of her eyes, or perhaps something that is not real, a dream she had always seen not to ever happen in reality. "Are you for real, like that's what is happening now?"Sophia retorted with disbelief, slightly standing from the chair she was seated on, trying to confirm again if what she was hearing wasn't a hallucination of her greatest desire coming to life."Yes, ma'am, you can come see for yourself," the servant agreed, her smile assuring and desperate.Sophia stood abruptly, then just as she was about to dash toward the room and see for herself, she paused, then shifted her gaze back to Henry. But to her surprise, Henry wasn't even surprised. He was calm and relaxed, sipping on the drink that was given to him, like someone who had never tasted a drink of that nature before.

And just then, before the voice could leave her gut for the second time, Sinclair cracked his voice with a chuckle and so he caught Amanda’s attention.“Oh, honey, sorry, I didn’t notice you. You know how things are so jumbled up in my head today, and besides, Grandfather’s condition was jamming my thinking as well, making me confused,” Amanda explained, then came close to Sinclair and hugged him, adding with a kiss on his lips. “Let the man do what he wants to do; he is a professional doctor,” Sinclair declared, then grinned. And Amanda raised a brow. “Really? He doesn’t look like one; that was why I asked.”Henr

"Father, this is unbelievable, can't believe you are actually falling for these silly tricks," Laura laughed sarcastically.Laura was so rude that even a single respect can't be seen from her, her blunt words made Sinclair shift his gaze to her as he tried to inquire what she meant. “What do you mean,” Sinclair inquired. “I have never seen a doctor who would dress like a madman to come check on a patient, and besides, even though he is some sort of a doctor, as Sophia had claimed, his level of professionalism wouldn’t do a dime in Grandfather’s condition.” Laura explained. Realization struck Sinclair, and that was when he took more interest to know more about Henry, his gaze shifting back to Henry as he waited for an answer that could convince him about what Laura had said. “I am a doctor who specializes in neurology and also surgical aspects. I am a professional, having a record of all patients who had been treated by me with a perfect outcome,” Henry replied with a grin.Sincla

Sophia then shifted her gaze to Henry, then gasped."I would have wanted us to go get a coat for you to look more decent like a doctor, so my father won't see you suspicious, he wouldn't allow you to do a thing on my grandfather if he finds out you are a student who hadn't acquired the certificate of a professional doctor, but we are running out of time,” Sophia sighed. "Let's go inside, make sure you follow my instructions for everything to work perfectly well.
