186: Ticking Time Bomb

"Shit, shit, shit!" Liam swore out loud because he was trying as much as he could to free himself from the ropes, but he could not. He had been trying for the past two minutes and the time bomb on Avery's body was reading 5:22 seconds.

And Avery was still unconscious.

"Avery, wake up!" Liam called out to her.

Still nothing. She was unmoving, still in the exact position she was left, while the bomb was still ticking.

"Wake up, please. You can't die this way. We need to get the bomb from your body. If anyone deserves to live then it's you." The whole room was already smelling like death.
