CMA (Comparative Market Analysis): An evaluation of similar, recently sold homes in the same area. Agents use this to help sellers set a listing price or buyers make a fair offer.

Equity: The difference between the current market value of your property and the amount you still owe on your mortgage. (e.g., Value: $400k, Loan: $250k = Equity: $150k).

LTV (Loan-to-Value) Ratio: A calculation used by lenders to determine the risk of a loan. It compares the loan amount to the appraised value of the property.

ROI (Return on Investment): A measure of the profitability of an investment property, calculated as a percentage of the cost.

2. Transactional & Deal-Making Terms
