"W-What the!?"

 

Olivia almost jumped from where she stood from the sheer loudness of the perceived attack; a feeling of dread washing over her as she quickened her pace to go to where she and Tesla were supposed to meet. From within the palace grounds, the sudden burst of lightning from the eastern district almost seemed to echo to almost the entirety of the city. An invisible shockwave rolled over everything in its path, a testament to just how powerful the singular lightning strike was that even seemed to part the dark clouds that materialized over almost half the city.

 

The warrior Den briefly shook the dread out of her thoughts, looking at the clear hole in the dark sky as she hurried her in her steps.
