Sophia stood elegantly over the fallen wedding photo on the expensive Persian rug.
Tyler stomped the wooden frame into tiny splinters with his heavy leather shoes.
"That stray mutt will be back begging for scraps by tomorrow morning," Tyler laughed. His face twisted into a highly arrogant and ugly sneer.
"He has nowhere to go and absolutely no money to buy even a cheap doghouse," Diane agreed. She waved her hand through the air in total dismissal.
"A kicked dog always comes running back to its wealthy master eventually," Ashley mocked. Her voice dripped with absolute venom and superiority.
"He thinks walking out makes him look like some kind of proud lone wolf," Tyler sneered. He kicked a piece of broken glass violently across the shiny floor.
"But we all know he is just a pathetic little poodle throwing a stupid temper tantrum," Tyler added. His eyes gleamed with pure malice and extreme cruelty.
"He will realize quickly that street dogs cannot survive without our expensive leftovers," Ashley giggled. She crossed her arms while looking incredibly smug.
Sophia stared at the closed wooden door with absolute and unwavering certainty.
She was a beautiful and powerful woman who possessed everything in the world.
No man had ever walked away from her and actually meant it.
He was completely dependent on her generous family for basic survival.
Without the Morgan family name he was literally less than dirt.
Even a feral beast knows who feeds it every single day.
She waited silently for the desperate knock she knew was coming very soon.
The heavy front door knocked loudly in under half an hour.
"See? The obedient puppy is already back for his daily beating," Tyler gloated. A highly knowing and cruel smirk formed on his handsome face.
"Make him kneel on the broken glass before you let him inside," Diane suggested. Her tone was terribly wicked and incredibly mean.
Tyler pulled the door open with a very dramatic and arrogant flourish.
Old Sam stood awkwardly on the front porch instead of a weeping Ethan.
The elderly pharmacist from the factory clutched his worn cloth hat nervously.
"Is Ethan home right now?" Old Sam asked. His voice sounded incredibly anxious and deeply strained.
"We are about to run completely out of the secret dispensing mixture," Old Sam explained. He wrung his old hands together in pure panic.
"Ethan took several days off and we desperately need him here immediately," Old Sam pleaded. His wrinkled face showed deep and genuine concern.
"Ethan has been divorced and permanently removed from this household," Sophia stated. Her tone was curt and completely freezing cold.
"You do not need that worthless stray dog for anything anyway," Sophia ordered. She lifted her chin up with massive authority and complete confidence.
Old Sam looked at her with wide and totally horrified eyes.
The blood drained completely from his weathered and tired face.
"You divorced him? But the Injury Cream prescription belongs entirely to Ethan," Old Sam revealed. His voice trembled with sheer disbelief and absolute horror.
"What do you mean it belongs to him?" Sophia demanded. Her voice cracked slightly under the sudden and immense pressure.
"The secret dispensing mixture that enhances its effects also belongs to him," Old Sam continued. He shook his head back and forth in absolute shock.
"He instructed me strictly to keep it hidden from everyone else," Old Sam confessed. His posture slumped downward in total defeat.
"Without his specific guidance the cream turns into useless sludge," Old Sam warned. He looked at the family as if they were completely insane.
"I suspect those brilliant recipes actually came from his mother Helen Cole," Old Sam explained. He looked around the silent room nervously.
"She was a master herbalist and a genius natural medicine practitioner," Old Sam stated. His eyes filled with deep and profound respect for the dead woman.
"Without that exact mixture recipe our entire factory must halt production immediately," Old Sam warned. His tone turned incredibly dire and intensely serious.
"Our product quality will completely collapse before the Pharmaceutical Purchasing Conference," Old Sam concluded. He wiped cold sweat from his pale forehead.
The large living room went completely and utterly silent.
The massive success of Morgan Pharmaceuticals was built on a complete lie.
That billion dollar foundation just walked out their front door carrying his mother in a cheap urn.
Sophia whipped around instantly and slapped Ashley hard across the face.
The loud smack echoed violently against the high ceiling walls.
"You spent months urging me to divorce him," Sophia screamed. Her beautiful face contorted into pure unhinged rage.
"You talked me out of visiting Helen in the hospital last night," Sophia accused. Her chest heaved heavily with total panic and mounting dread.
Ashley held her bright red cheek while warm tears streamed down her face.
"None of this is my fault at all," Ashley cried. Her voice shook with genuine fear and pathetic desperation.
"Leave her alone right now," Tyler shouted. He stepped quickly between his angry sister and the weeping secretary.
Tyler had his own secret arrangement with Ashley behind closed bedroom doors.
"We can fix this easily if we just calm down," Diane suggested. She tried desperately to minimize the catastrophic damage to their wealth.
"None of you stupid people understand what this actually means," Sophia hissed. Her eyes darted wildly around the tense and suffocating room.
"If Helen could produce a miracle recipe like the Injury Cream formula by herself," Sophia reasoned. Her hands trembled uncontrollably by her sides.
"There is absolutely no telling what other priceless things she possessed," Sophia finished. A cold dread completely washed over her entire body.
"I will gather some tough guys from the underground," Tyler suggested. He cracked his knuckles loudly with a vicious and deadly smirk.
"We will teach that stray dog a very painful lesson and take the recipe back by force," Tyler promised. His eyes burned with violent and brutal intent.
"He is a weak coward who will hand it over the second we hit him," Tyler bragged. He puffed his chest out with completely fake bravado.
The heavy wooden door knocked loudly once again.
"I will drag him in here by his stupid hair," Tyler cursed. His face turned bright red with explosive anger.
Tyler yanked the front door open violently while expecting to see a begging Ethan.
His entire body went completely rigid and frozen in place.
Walter Thompson stood outside on the large front porch.
The venerable chairman of the Chicago Pharmaceutical Association smiled broadly.
Immaculately dressed business elites surrounded the powerful and wealthy old man.
Walter Thompson stepped gracefully into the silent and shocked living room.
He completely ignored Tyler and walked straight toward a stunned Sophia.
He did not waste any time with polite or useless greetings.
He presented a thick legal document directly to Sophia.
"I am willing to invest ten billion dollars in Morgan Pharmaceuticals today," Walter declared. His commanding voice echoed with absolute immense power.
"This investment is strictly for the joint development of the Phoenix Remedy," Walter finished. A massive and incredibly bright smile lit up his old face.

CHAPTER 84 PART 2
Victor Sr. nodded. He walked slowly to the center of the hall, his frail legs steady despite the exhaustion carved into every line of his face. He stopped in front of Ronald and looked down at him with the quiet, terrible authority of a man who had built everything in this room from nothing and was now watching parts of it try to tear themselves apart."Ronald," Victor Sr. said. His voice was slow and deliberate, each word placed like a stone being laid into a wall. "You are stripped of all corporate positions within the Harlow family business, effective immediately."Ronald's face went white."Your family dividend shares are confiscated," Victor Sr. continued. "Every asset tied to your name within the Harlow holdings is now frozen."Ronald's body began to shake."You are expelled from this estate permanently," Victor Sr. said. "You may no longer claim the Harlow name. You may no longer identify yourself as a member of this family. From this moment forward, you are nothing to us."Ron
CHAPTER 84 PART 1
Victor Sr. looked down at Ronald's trembling, kowtowing form and felt something heavy settle in his chest. It was not anger. It was something worse. Disappointment so deep it had gone past pain and come out the other side as nothing at all. He shook his head slowly and turned away.Victoria stepped forward and looked at the row of kneeling family members the way a person looks at insects that have crawled onto a dinner table."Five minutes ago you were telling my grandfather to go die so you could save your own skins," Victoria said. Her voice was steady and sharp enough to cut glass. "You called him stubborn. You called him selfish. You said his life was worth less than your comfort. And now you are on your knees crying like beaten dogs begging for scraps."Mrs. Hayes folded her arms and looked at Ronald specifically."You stood in the middle of this hall and led the charge," Mrs. Hayes said. "You told everyone to throw Victor Sr. to the wolves. You called Ethan delusional. You said
CHAPTER 83 PART 2
The Black Tiger Crew elites, twenty three men scattered around the edges of the hall, raised their weapons. Fingers found triggers. Barrels leveled at heads and chests and anything that moved.Master Frank's figure flickered. He did not move the way normal men moved. He did not run or lunge or charge. He simply ceased to exist in one location and began existing in another, and in the space between those two moments, the world changed. The first elite dropped with a puncture wound through the center of his forehead. No sound. No cry. Just a body folding to the ground like a puppet whose strings had been cut. The second fell a fraction of a second later. Then the third. Then the fourth. Master Frank passed through them like a shadow moving through a room full of candles, and every candle he touched went dark.Henry's finger was on the trigger. The barrel was aimed at Ethan's chest. His hand squeezed.A puncture wound appeared in his forehead. His eyes went wide for a single instant, and
CHAPTER 83
The three words hung in the air like the last note of a funeral bell. Kill them all. The hall held its breath and the world seemed to stop spinning for a full second before the panic hit.Ian Watanabe was the first to break. His corporate composure, the last thin layer of dignity he had been clinging to like a man gripping the edge of a cliff, shattered completely. He stumbled forward with both hands raised and his voice climbing to a pitch that cracked the polished surface of every word."You cannot kill me," Ian screamed. His eyes were wild and spit flew from his lips. "I am a foreign dignitary. I represent the Watanabe Pharmaceutical Group on the international stage. If I die on American soil, it will cause a diplomatic crisis between two nations. You will bring consequences down on this entire city that no one can control."He was backing away as he spoke, his polished shoes sliding across the marble, and then his hand found Henry Bennett's shoulder. He grabbed the bigger man and
CHAPTER 82 PART 2
Henry's grin was completely gone. In its place was the raw, animal terror of a man watching a door close that he cannot reach. He threw himself forward and dropped to his knees in front of Master Frank, grabbing at the hem of the grandmaster's torn coat."Master Frank, please," Henry begged. His voice cracked and his eyes filled with desperate tears. "My son Chad. They killed my son. You have to avenge him. I brought you here to avenge my boy. Please."Master Frank stopped and looked down at the man kneeling at his feet."What was your son's name?" Master Frank asked."Chad," Henry said eagerly. "Chad Bennett. He was buried at Oakwood Cemetery. I can take you there after this is over. You can pay your respects and then...""Chad Bennett dared to offend the Human Tower Master," Master Frank said. His voice carried no sympathy, no warmth, no hesitation. "He deserved his death."Henry's face froze."I will not avenge him," Master Frank continued. He looked down at Henry with those flat,
CHAPTER 82 PART 1
Henry's face split into a grin so vicious it barely looked human. The moment Master Frank's black coat appeared in the doorway, every ounce of dread that had been crushing his chest evaporated. The grandmaster had arrived. The nightmare was over. Ethan Cole was finished.Ian Watanabe straightened his suit jacket and stepped forward. He bowed deeply from the waist, the kind of bow a corporate man gives only to someone he genuinely fears and respects."Master Frank," Ian said. His voice was smooth and dripping with deference. "Thank you for coming. Please, dispose of this man once and for all so we can proceed with our business."Ronald and his supporters had already swarmed around Richard near the entrance. Ronald clapped Richard on the shoulder and beamed at him like he was greeting a returning king."It is over," Ronald said. He was practically bouncing on his heels. "The moment the old man is dead, we put you in the chair. I have been saying for years that this family needed new lead
