Not long after they finished having their conversation, Anthony went to take a shower and clean up the dirt and dried blood on his body while Tessa waited for him by the window.

She would have sat down but only the messy bed which had Anthony’s dried blood smeared on it was available and she didn’t want to sit there

When Anthony was done he came out looking and smelling fresh, wearing the pair of clothes he took inside the bathroom when he returned from Gem fest with the box and he joined her to continue looking out the window.

“I just realized this but what brought you here in the first place?” Anthony asked Tessa.

Tessa jolted with widened eyes then answered “Oh, that’s right. I came here originally to give you this. Unfortunately, something else took precedence but I'm glad that’s over with. Anyway, here” she said, reaching into her back trouser pocket and bringing out the half access card Anthony had given her.
