“I know you so well, Hector. Are you feeling something for my sister?” He narrowed his eyes at him as he released these teeth from the tight grit.

“Maybe, but I never said you should read me out.” Hector twisted his lips.

“Don’t you dare, Hector.” Darren threatened plainly before he turned back to stare at Laiza. She was gradually blinking her eyes open. It meant that their noise had disturbed her sleep.

“Look what you too just did.” Leo accused, as he nudged his head towards her, that they had woken her up.

“Shit, you caused this motherfucker.” Darren cursed at Hector, but a small laugh bubbled from his lips. He wanted to go close to her, but he needed to give Darren the space to speak with his sister.
