Chapter 149: Alexander Shocked. 

Having waited just ten more seconds, with his aim still focused on the string he had already set, Alexander closed one eye to perfectly pull a shot, like a sniper aiming into the distance to shoot an enemy.

The sound of Julius's car passed over the string like a furious racer, and none of what Alexander had thought and plotted happened.

"What?" Alexander exclaimed in shock.

Never had he seen a car drive over those sharp-bladed strings without bursting its tires, making the car somersault like a crashed vehicle in a race.

"What?" he exclaimed again, his voice echoing like thunder reverberating through the canyon. He could not believe what he had just witnessed as he emerged from his hiding spot and walked to the string on the pavement.

"He drove over this, and it had no effect on his car tires?" he asked himself, beginning to wonder like a perplexed detective faced with an unsolvable mystery.

"Or is this string fake?" he suddenly questioned.

"I bought this string for a hundred dollars.
