Gabriel’s rage escalated. He reversed the attack until he managed to escape from Alexis’ grip. Driven by anger, he threw a punch at Alexis’ face, causing him to fall to the floor.

Gabriel quickly climbed on top of Alexis, then punched the man in the face until the corner of his mouth bled.

“Arghh!” Alexis screamed in agony.

Security officers came and quickly separated them. Two security officers held Gabriel’s hands so that he could not attack Alexis, while Alexis was with Fiona.

With concern on her face, Fiona wiped the blood that was flowing from the corner of Alexis’ lips.

“Alexis baby, are you okay?” Fiona asked.

“That loser has ruined this party,” Alexis said in indignation.

Fiona’s gaze turned towards Gabriel as she ordered. “Quickly drag him out of here! I don’t want to see his face at my party!”

The security officers nodded, then dragged Gabriel away from there.

Alexis stared at Gabriel who had been taken away by them with grudge. A brilliant idea crossed his mind.

He looked at his biker gang and waved his hand to invite them to come closer to him. Alexis was the leader of the biker gang, so they would all listen to him.

“Boys, I have a task for you!” Alexis stated.

They approached Alexis and listened to his orders. After knowing what they had to do, the young men started their bikes and rushed away from there.

Alexis watched them leave with a sly smile. “Did that loser think I would just let him go after what he did to me?” he muttered.

On a deserted street, Gabriel walked with deep wrath and disillusion. He decided to go back to the dormitory through a shortcut. He couldn't hail a cab because he had spent all his money to buy a doll for Fiona. It even seemed like he would have to sleep with an empty stomach tonight.

"Aargghh!" Gabriel shouted while kicking a sack lying on the side of the road. He vented his anger and hoped that his hurt feelings would disappear soon.

"I didn't expect her to betray me with that man! So, all this time she was using me?" yelled Gabriel in a disappointed tone.

Gabriel looked up at the sky with tears glimmering in his eyes. "Dad, I miss you so much. Since you left me 3 years ago, I feel like I have no one. I thought I had Fiona, but it turns out she betrayed me," he spoke as if he was talking to his late father, Nathan Bruhn.

Nathan Bruhn was a cleaner at The Kingford University. This university was the best university in the country and where Gabriel studied. Gabriel took a bachelor of science in business management and was now in his third year.

Because Gabriel was an outstanding student, he received a scholarship for his education, however this scholarship did not cover his daily needs so he had to take a part-time job to make ends meet.

It was at this university that Gabriel fell in love with Fiona Laurent, who was a campus beauty.

Suddenly, a motorcycle's headlight hit Gabriel and lit up the dark street. Gabriel turned towards the source of the light and saw several bikers speeding towards him.

The bikers accelerated their vehicles and blocked Gabriel's path.

Gabriel frowned as he observed the bikers. He saw that the motorbikes they were riding were Harley-Davidson, similar to those of the biker gang at Fiona's party. They were also wearing outfits that matched the theme of Fiona's birthday party. At that moment Gabriel realized that they were Alexis' men.

The biker gang rode their motorbikes around Gabriel. Their laughter broke through the air seeing Gabriel surrounded.

"Look at this lad! He looks no more than a campus nerd, but he dares to deal with our master."

"Does he think he can win against the master?"

“He really got my nerves!”

“What’s even funnier is that he claimed that Fiona Laurent was his girlfriend. Is he dreaming?”

“I can’t wait to see him kneel before us to beg for mercy!”

The bikers exchanged comments. They glanced at each other with a plan already formed in their minds.

Gabriel’s fists clenched tightly as his jaw tightened. “Oh, so it was Alexis who ordered you to confront me? Can’t he face me himself?” he exclaimed in a mocking tone. “I knew your young master was nothing more than a coward!” he continued as he let out a smirk.

The bikers turned off their engines and got off their bikes. There were 8 of them, and they encircled Gabriel.

Gabriel looked around at the men whose faces were hidden behind their helmets. There was no fear on his face as he looked at them. Even if they were going to kill him tonight, it would be better for him because he hoped to meet his late father in the afterlife.

“How dare you insult our master!” yelled one of the gang members.

“You already dared to beat him up, and now you dare to insult him. I wonder how this young man can survive our attacks!” another man chimed in.

Gabriel took a stance with a wary gaze. He prepared himself for the attack that was coming his way.

One of them stepped forward and launched an attack at Gabriel’s face, but Gabriel quickly avoided the attack.

Gabriel grabbed his hand and threw a punch at his stomach. Then Gabriel's leg kicked the man's body until he fell to the ground.

Gabriel's resistance sent shockwaves to the biker gang. Gabriel's skill in dealing with one of their members indicated that Gabriel had quite good self-defense.

They stared at each other warily. "Attack him now!" commanded one of them, and then the seven men began to attack Gabriel simultaneously.

Gabriel faced their attacks one by one. His hands and feet did not stop moving to protect himself until a kick from behind managed to make him fall to the ground.

Before he could get up, a foot stepped on Gabriel's back, making it difficult for him to move. The foot moved to step on Gabriel's neck, making his face face scratched by the gravel beneath him.

Their satisfied laughter gripped Gabriel's ears, laughing at his misery. The foot pressed Gabriel's head even harder until he completely submitted before them.

"Quickly break his neck!" one of the men commanded.

Gabriel listened to the order with resignation. It was difficult for him to put up resistance.

Another man replied. "But I prefer to make him our toy. Get your foot off him, and together we will teach him a lesson!”
