Chapter 15 - She's my girlfriend. Got a problem with it?

Claudia was really angry now. But even more than that, she was red from embarrassment. She had never cared about her marital life anyway. She wasn't bothered about that. She had a lot of money, why did she need someone else in her life? But still, hearing someone else taunt her like this, she was really embarrassed

"I don't see how that is any of your business!"

"Really? Just admit it. There's no one else who wants you because of your attitude! As long as you apologise to me for your previous attitude, I'll forgive you and consider going out with you! Don't forget Claudia. I'm doing your a favour here!" Raymond said.

Claudia felt like this man was completely unreasonable. Doing her a favour? What a joke!

"I don't need you to do me favours! I don't want to be with someone like you!" Claudia said.

"You won't find someone like me anywhere. Just accept the fact she come to me now!" Raymond said.

"Who told you that? Why the hell are you harrasing my girlfriend here?!"

Both Claudia and Raymond were stunned by the sudden intruding. They both turned and saw Richardlooking at them. He had an angry look on his flawlessly handsome face.

Claudia really wasn't expecting to see him here. Besides him was a woman who was just as stunned as Claudia and Raymond.

Because she was shocked to see him, Claudia did not register the words that he said. She only snapped at him,

"Why are you here?"

Richardglared at Claudia. He really wanted to walk away and leave her to deal with this pervert on her own. But he needed to shake off Marisa so he had to pretend to be a couple with her.

If only Marisa had not come strongly on him, he would not have had to do this for Claudia at all ...he really did not want to help this woman who did not know how to be grateful at all

He thought about the conversation that he was having with Marisa before he saw Claudia and this pervert....

"What?!" Richardexclaimed. He could not believe what he was hearing from Marisa.

"You heard me Ryder. I really do love you. Don't you want to get together with me?" Marisa asked him.

"Hey, we need to get something straight here. The both of us already broke up. Why would I want to get together with you again? It's already over between the both of us. I don't want anything to do with you" Richardsaid. He knew that he had to be firm if he wanted to get rid of this woman pestering him.

Anyway, it wasn't as if he cared about her feelings anyway.

Marisa was stunned. Even though she knew that he was not going to agree to he with her so easily she did not think that he was going to be so mean to her.

"Why do you want to break up with me? Is it because of that actress Claudia? Are you really dating her as the tabliods are saying?" Marisa asked. She could not accept the fact that she lost to an actress.

"I already said that it's none of your business. The both of us don't have anything to do with each other anymore. We already broke up!" Richardsaid. He had never met a woman that was as difficult to shake off as Marisa. Can't she tell that he doesn't want anything to do with her anymore?

"How is it none of my business? You broke up me with and then a few hours it was released that the both of you are dating? It's because you cheated on me right?" Marisa asked.

Richard"..."

He knew that he was a jerk but he would never chest when he was in a relationship. He was pretty loyal to his relationships....at least he was for the few weeks when they lasted.

He knew that if he continued with Marisa like this then this conversation was never going to come to an end. He really wanted to shake her off.

"What do you want before you'll leave me alone?" Richardasked her.

"I want to know if you are really going out with her. Are the both of you really dating? Are you just doing this to run away from me?" Marisa asked.

Richardwas speechless once again. Since when did he need a woman like Claudia to get rid of Marisa? It was something that he could do on his own alright.

"I already said that it doesn't have anything to do with you...." Marisa did not let him finish.

"It has everything to do with me! If you are dating her then I won't bother you!" Marisa said. She thought for sure that there was no way that he was really seeing Claudia. The timing was suspicious. He probably did it to get rid of her. She was going to get to the truth this time.

Richardsighed. It seemed that he did not have a choice. He would have to use Claudia this time....were the both of them going to have something to do with each other from now on because of Marisa? He really did not like the thought of that.

"Alright! Since you want to know I'll tell you. I'm really dating Claudia! Isn't that what you want to know?" Richardasked Marisa.

Marisa was taken aback. So it's true? No. She did not believe it. She won't believe it!

"No! I don't believe it! I don't believe you at all!" Marisa said.

Richardrolled his eyes. She was the one who asked and now she doesn't believe him? How does her brain even work?

"What do you want me to do for you to believe me?" He asked. He really wanted to be as far away from her as possible.

Marisa thought hard. What is she going to do now? How is she going to get the truth out of him?

"Let's meet with Claudia! If we meet me, then we can get to know the truth!" She declared.

Richard".....!" What the hell is this? He was 100% sure that that damned woman Claudia won't play along with him.

Marisa could sense that Richardwas hesitating. She thought that she was sure about it now. He is definitely lying to her about being in a relationship with Claudia!

"What? You don't want to go? Is it because you know that you are not really in a relationship with her and that you just want to get rid of me?" Marisa taunted him.

"Hey, what do you mean by I'm lying? Am I someone who will lie about something like this? I don't have that much free time!" Richardlied. He was really nervous now. What is he going to do now?

"Alright then. Let's go find her!"

Richardcould only swallow a gulp as he followed Marisa to look for Claudia.

They had just walked a few steps when they saw her with a guy.

Ryder's brain was already working, thinking about how he was going to get her to play along with him so that he could get rid of Marisa.

They went closer to Claudia and then they ended up over hearing thier conversation.

No one could be happier than Richardthen. It seemed that they could help each out other out. It really was a great feeling!

Richardflashed a smile at the suprised Claudia and then walked over to her to put his arm around her. Claudia tried to struggle but she was no match for Richardat all. She could only grit her teeth and bear with it because of this darn Raymond!

"What did you say? That she's going to become an old unmarried lady? I don't think that you should be worrying about my girlfriend so much" Richardsaid.

Besides him, Marisa was about to cry. It seemed that it was true... Claudia.. she really is his girlfriend. Then...will she have to give up like this?

Claudia really thought that Richardshould try out being an actor. She was sure that he was going to beat all the popular actors around right now! He really knew how to cook up stories and improvise on his act right on start.

Too bad he was only doing it to mess with her!

"Your girlfriend? Claudia, are you really dating this playboy? Someone like him isn't good for you! He's in toying around with you! You should come to me instead!" Raymond said. He did not think that Richardwas better than him! He was only slightly better good looking and he only knew how to play around with women! How couod Claudia choose someone like that over him?

Claudia looked over at the woman who had come with Ryder. She seemed like she was going to start crying any second soon. She could almost guess what was going on. She looked back at the arrogant look on Raymond's face. She sighed, resigning to her fate. It seemed like she could only play along with this idioit Richardright now.

"I think he's much more better than you!" Claudia said. She never thought that she would ever made this comparision in her life. Seriously why did she listen to that darn Rose and come to the after party! If was all her fault! She is getting harrased here because of that Rose!

"What?! How is he better than me? Is it because he's handsome?" Raymond asked Claudia. He really did not think that Claudia would say something like this.

It was true...that people were most bothered by the things they felt insecure about. Raymond immediately thought it was because Richardlooked slightly better.

He wasn't ugly though...he just could not compare to the man in front of him.

"You said it yourself. He's better looking" Claudia said. She glanced over at Richardas she said that. Even though she did not want to, she had to admit it, he isn't bad looking at all.

"You.... Claudia, how can you be so superficial? Just because he is good looking doesn't mean that he'll treat you well!" Raymond said. He really could not believe this situation.

"Yes. I'm this superficial. I like him because he is good looking. And I don't need anyone to treat me well. I can treat myself really well. I just need my boyfriend to be breathtakingly handsome" Claudia said.

Richardand Raymond "....."

Richarddecided that he had to hand it to this woman. She really had a way to make people so angry that they just wanted to strangle her and be over with it!

Raymond tried hard to suppress the anger that was threatening to erupt in him. He realized that it was useless to talk to Scare. He turned to Ryder.

"The both of you are lying right? You are not really dating her right?" Raymond asked Ryder.

Richardreplied. "She's my girlfriend. Do you have a problem with it?"

Raymond really wanted to throw these two people into a sea and be done with him they really cooperated with each other well to make him so damn angry!

He looked over at the woman that was standing behind Ryder. "Who's that? One of your girlfriends?" Raymond asked. It was obvious that he was taunting Ryder.
