Dylan knocked on the primary physician's office. It didn't take long for him to hear an approval to come in then he entered.

Seeing him, the doctor immediately stood up in surprise. Putting her white jacket in order with a bright smile on her face. "Mr. Dylan. You're here."

His aunt's primary doctor was Dr. Lydia Mayfair and she was only twenty-four years old. At that age, she was already a renowned doctor with a good track record. She was also very beautiful with short brown hair and hazel eyes.

Dylan frowned at her, wondering why she was looking so flabbergasted at the sight of him, but business was more important. "I don't know how you train your employees in this hospital cause right now, I'm angry at the fact that one of them called Rita exited my aunt out of the ward because of my inability to pay. If anything happens to my aunt, I want her life."

Her eyes widened at the information. "Oh, my God. That happened? That bitch! Doesn't she know her place?" She voiced out and left her desk. "Let me go check things."

Arriving at the ward, she looked at the opened door and saw that the patient was already there looking peaceful. She stormed toward Rita who knew she was in deep shit. "Who gave you the right to do what you did?"

Rita blinked and closed the door of the ward. She couldn't say anything so she just lowered her gaze.

Dr. Lydia yelled at her continuously which made her angry. She knew why the doctor was acting that way. Why she seemed to be running a charity for Dylan. It's because she's drawn to him. She likes him, cause if she was normal and professional, Dylan's aunt would have been pushed out of that hospital a long time ago.

Dr. Lydia sighed and looked at Dylan. "I sincerely apologize for this, Mr. Dylan. Although, in light of your aunt's condition, I recommend that we start the surgery immediately. Do you have the money, if you don't, I can be of assistance? I can lend you."

Rita glanced up at her, she scoffed, rolled her eyes, and muttered to herself, "Naive bitch."

Surprised to hear that Dr. Lydia was kind enough to lend him money since half a million was no small sum, he smiled. "Wow, thank you, Dr. Lydia but I have the money so you can immediately start with the surgery."

Lydia's eyes brightened. "Oh, Great! I'm so glad to hear that. Don't worry, the surgery will start first thing tomorrow morning. I'll personally handle it. The success rate of the surgery is very high so you really don't need to worry."

Dylan gratefully said, "Thank you."

Rita scoffed again, wondering who he begged or if he even stole the money. Such a loser!

Soon, Dylan ran to the payment counter to prepay one million dollars to the hospital for his aunt's medical expenses.

The transaction went through without a hitch. Everything felt surreal as he took back the ATM and stared at it. It was still unbelievable. He was back on top and even better than he was before.

He smirked knowing he's gonna make a lot of people pay for stepping on him. He'll list them all out and make them regret ever messing with him.

The first person on his list will be his cousin, Sean. He dare try to take his wife from him? To touch his wife?

And that wife of his, although he loves her, but he'll make her suffer cause he'll make sure she will be forever tied to him and there's nothing his mother-in-law can do about it.

Another thought did disturb him though. The fact that Hermione was in trouble with Roger Mallory. What kind of trouble was that? And what can Sean do? What right does he have to stop someone from Apex Conglomerate?

Everyone in that company always feels like they're above the law and can do anything. No one can stop or prevent them so what can Sean do to help Hermione?

He sighed, then he smiled knowing exactly what to do about his family.

He brought his phone from his pocket and dialed Hermione's number and after two rings. "Hello..."

"Why the hell are you calling Hermione? She's none of your business!"

He frowned as he heard madam Sharon's voice. It made him sigh. "I know Hermione is there so give the phone to her. I need to talk to her."

"Look at this pig head brain! Is that a command I just heard? What audacity?! You really need to let go of that stupid arrogance you have in your damned DNA, Dylan!" She warned furiously.

"What if I say I'll help with your Apex conglomerate problem? Tell me what it is and I'll make it go away."

Madam Sharon smacked her head in shock like she's heard the biggest joke ever. "OMG, Dylan. You, help me? What sort of joke are you rambling about? Don't go say that outside for your own sake. If you can take care of a problem like A.C., pigs may fly, Dylan. You haven't even taken care of your aunt but you're trying to put your head in what you can't deal with!" She angrily said and chuckled. "Let me make this clear, you piece of trash! Sean is my son-in-law and he's with my daughter at the moment, doing what a cuckold like you was incapable of. Thank God for that." She said and hung up.

Among everything Madam Sharon said, what made him feel like his brain has exploded was Sean being with Hermione. It made him disoriented as if the world was spinning under his feet.

He bit his bottom lip hard, then gritted his teeth as he tried to come up with what to do in other to stop the madness between his cousin and wife.

He's not going to let that happen.

However, her smile quickly faded into a frown as she pulled away. “Why didn’t you tell me about this?” she asked, her voice tinged with frustration. “How could you keep this from me for so long?” Before Dylan could respond, Stephanie, who had been observing the exchange, interjected with a disapproving look. “He kept it from all of us, including me, his godmother.” Dylan responded with a gentle kiss on Allison’s forehead, his eyes filled with affection. “Well, you know now, don’t you? Sometimes, it’s best to leave certain things in the past and focus on moving forward.” At that moment, Madame Beth cleared her throat, drawing everyone’s attention. Maya, with a beaming smile, walked over to her father, who happily lifted her into his arms. Daddy

We’re both seeing the same thing!” Hermione took a shaky breath, her eyes wide as she turned back to the screen. There, Dylan stood, facing the crowd and the camera with a smirk that made him look impossibly handsome. She couldn’t tear her gaze away. “Surely… it can’t be his twin, right? This doesn’t make any sense,” she murmured, still fixated on the image. Sharon looked away briefly, blinking as she tried to make sense of the revelations. “Come to think of it, Dylan really was the one who made that contract possible, and he bo

What’s wrong? Why are you so upset? Is everything alright? Is Jenna alright?”Alison nodded with a sigh. “Yes, Jenna is stable, thankfully. But I was so worried about you. You were saying something earlier, then suddenly disappeared. And when I tried calling you, there was no response. You can’t imagine how worried and anxious I’ve been, especially with my sister in the hospital.”Dylan let out a sigh of relief and enveloped her in a comforting embrace. “I’m sorry for causing you worry. I didn’t mean to add to your stress. But I’m back now, and everything’s under control. Those responsible for this situation are facing the consequences, and we’re safe now.”Alison gazed at him, a
