Thoom!!!
Shen Wuyin vanished beneath the southern sea, sending a towering plume of water soaring into the air.
His body continued sinking through the ocean's depths, descending farther into the deep. The moonlight above gradually faded from view.
“I... can't die,” he muttered within his soul.
The dark veins marring his skin thickened with every passing second, spreading across his body until not a single patch of skin remained visible.
“The Guixin beast can't end me like this. Not when I finally have the chance to live again.”
He struggled to move his arms and legs, desperately trying to swim back toward the surface, but his limbs remained stiff and unyielding,
The poison had completely paralyzed his body.
The harder he fought for control over his body, the deeper he sank.
The Guixin Beast's poison corrupted mortal souls, reshaping them into grotesque beasts of every unimaginable kind..
Although Shen Wuyin had reincarnated into a mortal body, his soul remained that of a God King. Unable to corrupt such a divine soul, the Guixin Beast's poison was forced to unleash its full effects upon Yun Li's body instead.
As the coldness of the deep settled within him, a fragment of memory from his previous life surfaced in his mind.
“The Samsara Dispelling Art.”
Just like the Samsara Cycle Reversal Technique, It was also one of the techniques he had created in his previous life.
The ocean's depth was equivalent to the height of mount Runyu.
When his body finally struck the ocean floor, he slowly began drawing qi from the surrounding waters, guiding it carefully through his meridians and wrapping it around his limbs.
He began reciting the Samsara Dispelling Art spell.
Bubbles escaped from his mouth and drifted upward as he continued.
Moments later, the water surrounding him began to swirl turbulently, before forming into a perfect sphere that enclosed him completely.
His body rose from the ocean floor and floated within the sphere of water.
“Now I need to perform the technique,” he muttered.
Slowly, he raised his hands before his face.
He folded his pinky and ring fingers inward while pressing his middle finger, index finger, and thumb together in a precise seal.
“Reverse.”
He said, low and husky.
A stream of bubbles escaped his lips as the word left his mouth.
Suddenly, a brilliant silver light erupted throughout the sphere.
The dark veins across his skin began vibrating violently.
Thin cracks appeared along the veins before splitting open.
Dark crimson liquid seeped from the cracks and flowed into the water sphere.
Shen Wuyin gritted his teeth.
The cracks widened with every breath he drew, sending waves of pain through his body.
His fingers trembled uncontrollably.
A muscle twitched in his cheek as he fought to maintain the hand seal.
The strain grew heavier with every passing second as the posion was pulled out from his meridians.
He locked his fingers firmly into place.
At once, the silver light filling the sphere surged toward him.
Moving his feet slowly, he shifted into a crane stance despite the pressure pressing against him from all directions and the sickening pull with him.
The vibrations within the dark veins intensified.
The poison began flowing outward in thin streams, leaving his body and dispersing into the sphere while silver light continued flooding into him.
His heart pounded violently against his chest.
An invisible weight settled over him, crushing down on every muscle and bone.
He tightened his jaw.
“Ahhh!”
The growl tore from his throat.
As the dark veins around his eyes began draining into the sphere, a sharp agony ripped through his eye sockets.
Blood streamed from the corners of his eyes.
His jaw slackened.
A pained groan escaped his throat as his vision blurred.
“How long will this take?” he snapped.
The moment the words left his mouth, his legs nearly gave out beneath him.
A sizzling crack echoed through his ribs and spine.
Pain exploded through his body.
Far above him, the ocean surface began glowing faintly.
The currents intensified.
Massive waves roared across the ocean as the surrounding waters churned with increasing ferocity.
What felt like an eternity later,
The dispelling art was complete, the poison was extracted completely.
The silver sphere pulled Shen Wuyin to the shore.
“Daylight already?” Shen Wuyin muttered.
The sun hung high in the center of the sky, casting its brilliant rays across the land.
A vast valley stretched before him.
The soil glowed beneath the scorching sunlight, shimmering with heat.
Then he realised……
“The Spirit Jade Crystal,” he whispered.
His hands immediately shot into his pockets.
His fingers searched frantically through the fabric.
“Aah.”
A sheepish grin spread across his lips the moment he felt the familiar object resting beneath his fingertips.
“Those fools actually thought I gave them the Spirit Jade?”
A dry cackle escaped his lips.
To the five cultivators, they possessed the Spirit Jade Crystal.
What they actually carried was the eye of the Guixin Beast.
“Fools,” he scoffed.
He began walking forward.
The instant he took a step, a sickening crack echoed from within his bones.
“This body has a lot more training to undergo,” he said.
Tilting his head from side to side, he continued forward while his joints protested with every movement.
As Shen Wuyin walked through the valley, a shadow stood silently among the trees near the ocean shore.
Two crimson eyes followed his every movement.
“The Samsara God King, Shen Wuyin,” the figure muttered.

He turned to the reception counter.“Good day, miss. I have information on the location of an ancient hidden gem deposit.”The receptionist leaned forward. She adjusted her glasses, letting them sit low on her nose, then ran her eyes over him from head to toe.“This is Tianji Hall,” she said, lowering her gaze to his sandals. “False information is punishable by soul sealing. Though your soul isn’t worth the hassle.”Shen Wuyin shook his head slightly.“Elegance is all that matters to these mortals,” he muttered in his thoughts.“Ignore him, Miss Bai Xue.
